Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the purchase decision of Muslim consumers at Alfamart Tenggarang Bondowoso branch. This research was carried out quantitatively by collecting primary data obtained through a google form link distributed to respondents. The population of this study is consumers of Alfamart Tenggarang Bondowoso branch. Meanwhile, for the determination of the sample, the Nonprobability Sampling technique of the Purposive Sampling type was used so that a sample of 115 people was prepared. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS analysis tools. The results of this study show that promotions and price perspectives affect the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Alfamart Southeast Bondowoso branch. Meanwhile, religiosity, product perspective, and location have no effect on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions at Alfamart Southeast Bondowoso branch. This result is different from previous research where in previous studies it was stated that all research variables affect consumer purchase decisions. This research provides more specific insights into Muslim consumer behavior at Alfamart Tenggarang Bondowoso branch. The main novelty lies in the discovery of two factors that have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, namely promotion and price perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee performance (X1), profit sharing (X2) and service quality (X3) partially and simultaneously on member satisfaction (Y) in Malabar sharia consumer cooperatives. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study is members who have mudharabah savings at Malabar sharia consumer cooperatives with a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression. The test results of the multiple linear regression analysis coefficient show that; 1) employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative. 2) profit sharing has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative. 3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative. 4) employee performance, profit sharing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of mudharabah savings members at the Malabar sharia consumer cooperative.

Abstract

The State Budget mechanism manages tobacco excise, which is state revenue, and has an important and strategic role in financing government programs and performance as well as development throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in a planned, orderly, safe, fair, and sustainable manner. The government raises excise almost every year as part of their fiscal policy. The increase in excise rates has an impact on the economy, especially state revenue and tobacco production. This study will look at how the policy of increasing excise rates has an impact on state revenues and cigarette consumers because of its huge impact. A descriptive qualitative research method was used to explain the causal relationship between the increase in excise rates on state revenue and Muslim cigarette consumers in Jember district. The results of the study show that the policy of increasing excise rates for tobacco products implemented by the government increases excise revenue every year, despite the challenges faced by the government. However, the policy has a negative impact on the production of tobacco products due to the implementation of the policy. Therefore, the implementation of the excise rate increase policy will be contrary to the purpose of imposing excise rates, namely reducing the number of goods subject to excise and the amount received by the state.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Facebook advertising features in increasing sales of jilbab products at Alwani Nusantara Production House, Nangkaan District, Bondowoso Regency. The method used is qualitative analysis with a case study approach. The research data comes from primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from documents, journals, and websites relevant to the research. The results show that the use of Facebook advertising still has the potential to increase sales, despite a decline in sales data from 2022 to 2024. Factors such as ad duration and content quality significantly influence consumer interest and purchasing decisions. This research recommends that Alwani Nusantara explore other promotional media to optimize their marketing strategy

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of the principles of Islamic Corporate Governance and analyze the implementation of the principles of Islamic Corporate Governance in improving the performance of the Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Institution in Bondowoso Regency. Implementation of Islamic Corporate Governance by analyzing the principles in it, namely the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, justice and sharia compliance. In this study, the informants were the President Director, Director of Fundraising and Cooperation, Director of Empowerment and Distribution and Director of Finance and Assets of Lazismu Bondowoso. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study are first, the mechanism for implementing Islamic Corporate Governance by Lazismu Bondowoso has generally been implemented but not fully. Because, there are some shortcomings in several aspects of accountability and transparency. Second, the application of Islamic Corporate Governance aspects, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, sharia compliance, has a positive impact on improving the performance of Lazismu Bondowoso.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, including in Wonosari District. With the number of business actors reaching 1,260, this sector has great potential to grow. However, challenges such as low adoption of technology and sharia economic literacy are the main obstacles. Many business actors still rely on traditional marketing methods and are hesitant to switch to digital marketing. Transformation through the implementation of digital marketing supported by sharia economic literacy is expected to increase MSME income. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and sharia economic literacy on MSME income in Wonosari District. This study uses a quantitative method, with primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from trusted sources. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that digital marketing and sharia economic literacy have a positive and significant influence on MSME income in Wonosari District, Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 2021 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Jember Regency from the perspective of Islamic public finance. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with primary data obtained through interviews with the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), and academics, while secondary data is sourced from APBD documents and related literature. The results of the study show that in terms of revenue, Jember Regency is still highly dependent on transfer revenues from the central government, which account for 74% of total regional revenue, while the contribution of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) is relatively small. From an Islamic public finance perspective, this condition shows that the management of local economic potential in accordance with the principle of al-maliyah al-'ammah is not yet optimal. In terms of expenditure, the largest allocation is focused on personnel expenditure, while expenditure for the poor and public welfare is still low. This is not in line with the principle put forward by Ibn Taymiyyah, that state expenditure should prioritize the welfare of the poor and public needs. Thus, the application of the principles of justice, trustworthiness, and welfare in Islamic public finance in Jember Regency still needs to be strengthened

Abstract

Currently there is widespread news regarding calls for action to switch to alternative products from companies that support Israel's genocide against Palestine, one of which is through an international boycott under the command of Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions. One of the BDS lists is another quite controversial boycott list, including Pizza Hut, MCD, Wix, Burger King, Papa John's Pizza and Domino's Pizza. The Indonesian Ulema Council also issued MUI Fatwa number 83 of 2023 as a response to the Palestinian struggle. The above phenomenon makes people more careful in buying products that are on the boycott list and start switching to alternative products, namely local products. One of the local Bondowoso products which is an alternative product is D.Co Pizza Bondowoso which has its own competitiveness and characteristics. separately, but it is not yet known exactly what factors influence people's shift to alternative products, especially at D.Co Pizza Bondowoso. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge of MUI fatwa number 83 of 2023 and religiosity on purchasing decisions for D.Co Pizza Bondowoso. The method used is explanatory research using binary logistic regression analysis. From the results of logistic regression analysis calculations, a significant relationship was obtained between knowledge on purchasing decisions and religiosity on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine human resources and practices that affect employee performance from the perspective of Islamic human resources. Employees of the Pasuruan City DPRD are the subject of research. The research method used is a qualitative approach and with a descriptive method, data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. Employee performance analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data analysis, data verification, data preparation, conclusion drawn, validity check, and result reporting. The results of the study show that the strategy to improve employee performance in the secretariat consists of three main components. The first is Islamic-Based Training which includes religious activities such as Qur'an recitation and routine recitation every Friday, as well as the Friday Blessing program where employees are invited to give alms voluntarily. Second, Professionalism Development which includes training at Lemhanas, analysis of laws and regulations, and budget analysis. These programs are designed to improve employees' competencies and skills in various aspects of their careers, such as understanding of public policy, law, and financial management. Third, an Islamic Work Environment consisting of a Culture of Helping, in an Islamic work environment, the attitude of mutual assistance between employees is strongly emphasized. This culture creates a high sense of solidarity and care, increases productivity, and builds trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the business success of mustahik in the productive zakat program managed by BAZNAS Tasikmalaya Regency. Using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling, this research involved 71 mustahik beneficiaries of capital assistance from the BMM (BAZNAS Microfinance Masjid), Z Chicken, and Z-Mart programs. The variables examined include business assistance, business capital, business motivation, and business environment, with multiple regression analysis as the main analytical tool. The findings indicate that all variables have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on business success. These results highlight the importance of assistance, capital, motivation, and the business environment in fostering the economic independence of mustahik. Beyond its practical implications for BAZNAS in strengthening economic empowerment strategies, this research also contributes to the theoretical development of Islamic philanthropy studies, particularly in positioning productive zakat as a sustainable instrument for poverty alleviation.
