Abstract

Semesta Mitra Sejahtera South Sumatra is a company engaged in the field of chicken farming. Determining the cost of production has an important role for companies to help determine the selling price of a product, the company must first calculate the cost of production. The purpose of setting a price is to achieve company targets, gain profits from sales, increase and develop product production, and expand marketing targets. The decision to determine the cost of production is important for the company, because the decision to determine the cost of production affects the determination of the selling price that is informed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence between the Personality Competencies of Religious Education Teachers on the Behavior of Class VIII Students at Karya Murni Sidihoni Private Middle School, Ronggur Nihuta District, Samosir Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive inferential, with a population of 103 people and a research sample of 36 people, which is 35% of the total population. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 32 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The instrument was tested on 33 students who were not research respondents, and its validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that the results of the simple regression equation are Ŷ = 13.08+0.74X. The results of the t test show that the value of tcount>ttable is 2.705>2.042. Next, data analysis for hypothesis testing using the f test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 7.31 > 2.23, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the magnitude of the influence of the Personality Competence of Religious Education Teachers on the Behavior of Class VIII Students at Karya Murni Sidihoni Private Middle School, District Ronggur Nihuta Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year is 17.7% and another 82.3% is obtained from other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

The Food and Beverage business sector at the Airport contributes to developing the non-aeronautical economy of PT Angkasa Pura 1 by utilizing the Commercial area and Airport layout which is managed by the Commercial Operation Strategic Business Unit of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport and outlet operations are carried out by Business Partners . Supervision and control of business partner outlets is carried out to create appropriate operational conditions. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, data collection was carried out using interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies in the Commercial area of the Airport departure terminal and in the office of the Commercial Operation Strategic Business Unit at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. This research was conducted to determine the management carried out by Commercial officers in the Food and Beverage business sector at the Airport departure terminal. The results of this research are that the management carried out by operational officers is running well, this is proven by the performance of officers who carry out daily routine supervision and checks, morning and evening and storage checks at business partner outlets.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the process of developing the concept of digitalization and solutions by PT Gapura Angkasa in dealing with obstacles during the process of implementing digital transformation at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This research was conducted on February 9, 2023 to February 16, 2023 at Terminal 3 Ultimate of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Research data was obtained from the Check-In Counter operational section by including observation of facilities and infrastructure, interviews with the Supervisor of the Check-In Counter section, and digging deeper into the software which is currently entering the development stage. Some facilities and infrastructure such as the Self Check-In Machine, Travelin App, and Digital Wayfinding can be fully used by Passenger but there are still several System Errors so that they still require further assistance or confirmation to the responsible one. While infrastructure such as Face Recognition Camera, and E-KTP Reader are still in the Alpha Testing stage where some of these devices are tested internally and cannot be tested directly on Passenger. The quality of infrastructure and human resources is still one of the main factors behind the adaptation of the latest innovations in Indonesian aviation, and currently Gapura Angkasa is still in the stage of providing education to Passengers regarding the regulations that apply in the airport environment and Gapura Angkasa also in the stage of adapting the Standard Operating Procedure and Standard Use of Hardware & Software socialized by Angkasa Pura to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Stakeholders. Another step that can be taken by Gapura Angkasa is to fulfill basic needs such as speed & accuracy of information, feasibility of devices, increasing Human Resources so as to produce Operators who are experts in their fields.

Abstract

Rapid and competitive industrial development encourages companies to improve their performance. Employee performance is an important factor in achieving competitive advantage. Performance evaluation is an integral part of human resource management that measures, manages and improves employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Energi Unggul Persada (PT. EUP), a palm oil processing company. Pre-research with 20 PT employees. EUPs indicated that most did not regularly participate in performance evaluations, and their understanding of performance evaluations was limited. The research aims to deepen performance evaluation at PT. EUP, identifies factors that influence the performance evaluation process, and explores the benefits for employees and companies. Qualitative research methods involve interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research results are expected to provide valuable insight for PT. EUP in designing more effective strategies to improve employee performance. In a changing business environment, a better understanding of performance evaluation will help companies maximize their human capital and strengthen their position in the competitive market. This research is expected to be a valuable source of information in the company's efforts to achieve a higher level of competitive advantage.

Abstract

Communication is a process of conveying messages and information from someone to another someone so that the message in question can be easily understood. This concept has been around since the time of Prophet Adam AS and involves human relationships. According to the Quran, a person is responsible for individuals when it comes to communication. Islam has 6 types of language styles, including Qaulan Sadidan (true and firm words), Qaulan Baligha (words that leave an impression on the soul), Qaulan Ma'rufa (good words), Qaulan Karima (noble words), Qaulan Layina (gentle words), and Qaulan Maysura (proper words). Responsibility is a fundamental trait that humans, especially Muslims, must possess. As Rasulullah SAW said in HR. Bukhari, not being responsible has serious consequences. However, responsibility in Islam also has its advantages and disadvantages, which are influenced by differences in individuals and groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out how important good communication etiquette is because we as human beings must have good etiquette when we speak so that people who communicate with us feel comfortable and will not be offended by what we say. This ethical culture must be instilled within us. ourselves in accordance with the teachings of Islam, especially those taught by the Al-Quran. Organizational culture is very important, especially in Islamic educational institutions, where it creates a culture that is flexible and never regressive, which when combined with a religion based on the Koran and Sunnah will make the institution perfect. In addition, religious individuals will separate their culture in the struggle for education itself if they cannot integrate religious teachings into their daily lives. marginalized in competition in the world of education itself, culture and ethics are very important in relation to our daily lives in small and large scopes, communication ethics is very important, namely it will make us more careful and clever in speaking. In Islamic organizations, manners and ethics of communication are highly prioritized, not only in our own country, but also in our own country. Abstract

This research explores the characteristics of Islamic values-based organizational culture and the development of communication models that reflect Islamic principles. Islamic organizational culture reflects the implementation of Islamic teachings in organizational norms, behavior, and policies. These cultural characteristics, such as fairness, transparency, civility, honesty, and responsibility, are integrated into organizational communication models. This model of communication reinforces Islamic values, creating an ethical and harmonious working environment. Fairness in communication emphasizes equality and fairness, transparency promotes openness, politeness creates respectful relationships, honesty builds trust, and responsibility emphasizes organizational obligations. However, the development of this model is faced by challenges such as resistance to change, limited resources, and cultural diversity. Education, training, active participation, and external support can overcome these barriers. The challenges of intercultural communication are also addressed with strategies that consider cultural diversity. This research provides practical guidance for organizations that want to strengthen the Islamic dimension in their communication. With open dialogue, continuous evaluation, and attention to diversity, Islamic-based organizational communication models can be implemented effectively to achieve desired goals.

Abstract

La Beaute Skincare is a private company that operates in the beauty services sector with a payroll system that is not yet effective because salary and commission calculation errors often occur because the salary calculation process is still manual using a calculator. There is a delay in paying employee salaries due to the long time required to calculate employee commissions. There is no proper recording of employee loans because loan data is only recorded in a memo so it is often forgotten when calculating employee salaries. It is difficult to find documents related to payroll because they are still mixed with other documents. This research was conducted with a direct survey at La Beaute Kincare using library methods, observation, interviews and document analysis. The database was created using MYSQL and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the programming language. Thus, the final result to be achieved with this employee payroll information system is that it can make it easier to resolve problems in current business processes and help La Beatu Skincare to produce reports that are more accurate and relevant in decision making.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between the learning environment, learning facilities, and academic stress on student learning motivation. This research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta which is located at Jl. Rawamangun Muka, RT.11 / RW.14, Rawamangun, Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13220. The population used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, with a sample size of 100 people. The research method used is the quantitative method. The data obtained is primary data through survey data collection methods. Data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire through the Google Form platform which is distributed online. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Smart PLS 4.0 software application.
