Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pelayanan kefarmasian yaitu melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka keselamatan pasien. Salah satu Standar Pelayanan Minimal Farmasi Rumah Sakit adalah tidak adanya kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat (100%). Medication error juga merupakan salah satu jenis medical error yang paling umum terjadi di rumah sakit.  Kesalahan pengobatan juga dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam efek negatif bagi pasien. Dalam proses penggunaan obat yang meliputi prescribing, transcribing, dispensing dan administering, dispensing menduduki peringkat pertama. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi mengenai fase dan tipe medication error. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil kejadian medication error di Instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit “X” Jakarta Utara tahun 2020. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data secara retrospektif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan total sampling yaitu semua laporan kejadian medication error di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit “X” tahun 2020 sebanyak 37 kejadian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil kejadian medication error pada fase prescribing sebesar 0%, fase transcribing 29,73%, fase dispensing sebesar 62,16%, dan fase administering sebesar 8,11%..   Kata Kunci: medication error, transcribing, dispensing, administering

Abstract

Background: Anesthesia management in morbidly obese patients undergoing any neurosurgical procedure is particularly challenging. This case report aims to further discuss the importances and concerns regarding the anesthesia management of decompression craniectomy in morbidly obese patients. Case presentation: A 46-years-old male patient was diagnosed with intracerebral hemorrhage on regio left external capsule due to hypertensive emergency suspected from Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) aneurysma rupture. Decompression craniectomy with clot evacuation was planned. This patient has morbid obesity. Prediction of difficult intubation and mask ventilation can be assessed using LEMONS, MOANS, Mallampati score and STOP-Bang Questionnaire. The dosage of anesthetic agents used in these patients had been adjusted according to current recommendations. Intraoperatively, patient’s hemodynamic was successfully maintained stable. Postoperatively, patient was closely monitored in the intensive care unit. Conclusion: It is imperative to acquire adequate knowledge on choosing the effective anesthetic management during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative periods to achieve good outcome in morbidly obese patient undergoing neurosurgical procedures.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan rendahnya sikap menghargai perbedaan pada diri siswa, yang kurangnya sikap menghargai ini menyebabkan rendahnya rasa percaya diri siswa. Hal ini Peneliti dapati pada pengamatan di lapangan siswa yang kurang menghargai temannya dengan tidak mendengarkan teman yang tampil di depan kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini ialah Penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 3 siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa angket siswa mengenai sikap menghargai, yang diberikan pada setiap siklus, dan juga observasi pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Data yang terkumpul setiap siklus akan dianalisis, diuji, dideskripsikan dan ditarik kesimpulan dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil Penelitian yang didapatkan peningkatan sikap menghargai siswa dilihat dengan berkurangnya nilai angket yang berisi pernyataan negatif terkait sikap menghagai perbedaan. Pada siklus 1 total nilai 395, pada siklus 2 total nilai 350, dan pada siklus 3 total nilai 301.

Abstract

Learning is a process in which teachers and students interact in educational situations to achieve specific goals. Its intended purpose is to teach. One of the pedagogical goals achieved is the level of student achievement. With the high achievement, students have a good expression of knowledge. Motivation is one of the factors that influence student success. Learning motivation requires increasing school academic efforts. This study examined the effect of learning motivation on student achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this study consisted of 90 students of SMA Negeri 1 Baso Bukittinggi, with a sample of 29 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire—data analysis using simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 program . Based on the test results, the correlation value (r) is 0.852. This means that variable X (teaching motivation of teachers) with variable Y (Student Learning Outcomes) has a robust correlation because the correlation value is between 0.80 and 1.00 . These results conclude that the higher the student's learning motivation, the higher the learning achievement

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran PAI Pada New Normal di SDIT Haji Djalaluddin Nagari Ampang Gadang Kecamatan Ampek Angkek Kabupaten Agam.dan kegunaan penelitian ini adalah sebagai sumbangan pemikiran guna menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan tentang pelaksanaan Strategi pembelajara PAI Pada New Normal. Adapun yang melatar belakangi penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah di Nagari Ampang Gadang Kecamatan Ampek Angkek Kabupaten Agam, permasalahan pembelajaran PAI menggunakan sistem shif, kekurangan waktu yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, kurangnya semangat siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran baik di rumah maupun di sekolah, kurangnya bimbingan orang tua terhadap anak untuk belajar di rumah, oleh karena itu perlu diketahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan strategi Pembelajaran PAI Pada New Normal di kelas V dan VI SDIT Haji Djalaluddin yang dilakukan oleh Guru dan siswa. Dalam pengumpulan data skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dilapangan untuk mencari dan mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dan dibutuhkan dalam skripsi ini. Dengan metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa fenomena, peristiwa, pemikiran orang atau kelompok.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Pelaksanaan Strategi Pembelajaran PAI Pada New Normal di Kelas V dan VI SDIT Haji Djalaluddin adalah Blended Learning, faktor pendukung diantaranya: bantuan kouta internet, adanya arahan dan motivasi, kebebasan atau kemudahan dalam proses pembelajaran, kesiapan guru, peran orang tua. Sedangkan untuk faktor hambatan strategi pembelajaran guru PAI pada masa new normal yaitu persepsi yang salah dari orang tua, bantuan kouta internet, kurangnya semangat siswa, media sosial.

Abstract

This article examines the purpose, methods, and challenges of Islamic education in Indonesia. Its primary goal is to cultivate Muslim individuals with noble character, deep religious knowledge, and a commitment to societal progress. The education process should integrate general and religious knowledge to enhance students' capacities. The article identifies three dimensions of Islamic education: spiritual, cultural, and intellectual. Despite increased government attention since 1945-1950, Islamic education institutions often remain under-recognized in the national system. Legal recognition has emerged, but challenges persist, particularly regarding the quality of human resources, as graduates often lack creativity. The article emphasizes the need for modern management and innovative methodologies to meet students' evolving needs. It positions Islamic education as vital, especially in rural areas, and concludes that enhanced support from the government and society is essential to improve its quality and relevance

Abstract

Research findings state that the review or intention of the Qur'an regarding multicultural education does not conflict with Islamic teachings in any way, especially the Qur'an as a source of Islamic law. The differences that exist in reality are an asset for scholars to study, as the Qur'an has explained. Through multicultural education, it is hoped that every person or group will accept and appreciate the differences between them, live with harmonious words in order to create peace and a prosperous nation. Another interesting finding in this research is that there are five roles of multicultural education in the view of the Koran; learn to live with differences, building three mutual aspects (trusting and understanding each other, open-mindedness, appreciation and interdependence), as there is no violent conflict resolution and peace. In fact, several characteristics are formed using Al-Qur'an verses and tafsir as references which show that the concept of multicultural education is parallel to Islamic teachings governing the structure of humanity living on earth, especially in the context of education.

Abstract

Education is the main capital that must be owned by every human being. Education will elevate humans and humble other humans, humans will be considered valuable if they have an education that is useful for others. Lifelong learning is continuous and continuous learning (continuinglearning) from the cradle to the end of life, in line with the phases of development in humans. Because each phase of development in each individual must be passed by learning in order to fulfill the tasks of development, then learning begins from childhood to adulthood and even until the end of his life.The period of education is very long, many people think that education takes place only at school, but in reality education lasts a lifetime through experiences lived in his life. In the world of Islamic education, it is known as lifelong education or lifelong education. This shows that education takes place indefinitely, starting from birth until we die. So it is clear that lifelong education is very true in our lives. Because if it is out of date, it is easy to be fooled by others. That's why lifelong learning is so important. In addition, Islam also teaches to study His words, both qouliyah, namely verses on the Mushaf Al-Qur'an, as well as kauniyah verses or events in the surrounding nature. So departing from this background, the author is moved to find out what kind of lifelong education values are taught in the Quran surah Ali Imran verse 190. In addition, the author also wants to prove that lifelong education is not only more discussed by western thinkers. To actualize the above problems, it takes the ability and quality of humans, namely the quality of faith and piety, then the quality of science and technology to be able to process and function the potential given by ALLAH SWT to humans.

Abstract

Religious plurality anywhere in the world, except in certain places, is a reality that cannot be denied. Contacts between communities of different cultures are increasing. Indonesia is known as a pluralistic society, this can be seen from the existing social reality. Evidence of its diversity can also be proven through the motto of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, multicultural education is a solution to calm and a solution in education in Indonesia. This work is compiled based on data in the form of a 'library research' literature study with a philological-phenomenological approach. From this study it was found that the values ​​of multicultural education can be found in the Qur'an and Hadith and can be implemented by implementing several things such as building an inclusive religious paradigm in the school environment, respecting language diversity in schools, building a sensitive attitude gender in schools, building a critical understanding of social differences, building an attitude of anti-ethnic discrimination, respecting differences in abilities and respect age differences.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of punishment and reward in an Islamic perspective and its relevance to today's living conditions. This study aims to review the related literature to understand the implementation of punishment and reward in education and its impact on students' moral behavior in the modern era. This type of research is included in library research which examines theoretically and in-depth a discussion so that conclusions will be obtained. The method used in this writing is a literature review, which is a collection of books or other sources related to punishment and reward in an Islamic perspective: Its Relevance to Education and Morality in the Modern Era. In this writing, various literacy sources are also used, namely journal articles and other reading materials. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawn. The results of this research can be concluded that punishment and reward in the perspective of the Qur'an are part of the divine justice system that aims to uphold truth and balance. In the Qur'an, it is explained that punishment is given as a reward for wrongdoing or violating Allah's commands. This punishment can be in the form of this world, such as the punishment handed down to the previous ummah or in the hereafter, which includes torture in hell. On the other hand, the Qur'an also promises rewards for those who believe and do righteous deeds. Rewards can be in the form of favors in this world or in the hereafter, with the culmination being a paradise full of pleasure. Thus, there is relevance to Education and Morality in the Modern Era It is known that the application of these concepts can help create a conducive learning environment and support character building.
