Abstract

Abstract: Urbanization always give negative and positive influences to the development in any sectors. Impact that has been occurred from this process is not only be implicated to the aspect of spacing, but also to social, economy, and cultural aspect. The consequences of urbanization flow rapidly to urban area will cause the slum settlements spread widely, and the micro informal sectors are mushrooming. Informal sector is really developed rapidly and profitable, but it has a consequence to the increasing of poverty. This condition will disturb the urban structure because buffer area like "DAS" will be the target of settlement. The increasing of labor force which could not be involved in the industry are able to bring about internal conflict in the sector of manpower, like unemployment. Social and services facilities became increasingly as a reaction of user demand, however the benefit does not spread evenly because of high cost operating. The analysis of secondary data in this article/writing will try to show the urbanization condition in Indonesia and its developments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul Ritual Kelahiran ( Mappendre Tojang ) Kajian Siklus hidup masyarakat bugis di Kampung Airport Bt.10, Ladang Tun Fuad, Kunak, Sabah, Malaysia. Penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah yakni (1)Makna dari ritual mappendre Tojang dalam hidup masyarakat bugis di Kampung Airport Bt.10, Ladang Tun Fuad, (2) Pengaruh budaya melayu dalam pelaksanaan Mappendre Tojang masyarakat bugis di Kampung Airport Bt.10, Ladang Tun Fuad. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna ritual mappendre tojang dalam hidup masyarakat bugis Kampung Airport Bt.10 dan pengaruh budaya melayu terhadap ritual mappendre tojang di masyarakat bugis Kampung Airport Bt.10, Ladang Tun Fuad. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa proses pelaksanaan ritual mappendre tojang di Kampung Airport Bt10, Ladang Tun Fuad yaitu: (1) makna ritual mappendre tojang masyarakat bugis di kampung Airport merupakan bentuk rasa syukur dan bentuk kewajiban yang dijalanin sebagai umat islam serta upaya pelestarian tradisi masyarakat bugis yang bermigrasi di luar dari kepulauan asli mereka. Tahapan dan hal yang diperhatikan dalam ritual mappendre tojang yaitu: waktu pelaksanaan ritual, mappeleppe sanro, jenis sajian makanan, barzanji/makkulawi, Gunting rambut, naik ayunan. (2) pengaruh budaya melayu terhadap ritual mappendre tojang di Kampung Airport Bt.10, Ladang Tun Fuad hanya dipengaruhi dari segi nilai-nilai agama islam serta kepercayaan tradisi yang diwarisi secara turun temurun oleh budaya melayu terhadap tradisi masyarakat bugis Kampung Airport Bt.10, Ladang Tun Fuad.Kata Kunci : Ritual, Mappendre Tojang, Bugis, Masyarakat

Abstract

Abstract: This research article aims to know and describe the motivations and social actions of adolescent adolescent café visitors in Barru City. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling, with the criteria, aged 17 – 21 years, unmarried, and every week being a café visitor. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews then the data obtained is analyzed using descriptive methods with stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data validation techniques are used by member checks. The results showed that there are different motivations behind teenagers to visit cafes, namely (1) intrinsic motivation, such as feeling pleasure, comfort, pride and satisfaction, (2) extrinsic motivation, such as getting rewards in the form of praise. Then the type of action from teenagers to visit a café, namely (1) the existence of instrumental rational actions, such as they visit a café as a place to meet primary needs, namely eating and drinking, hanging out, refreshing ̧ relieve fatigue, follow trends, interact with others, get new acquaintances, and as a place to use Wi-fi. (2) the existence of value-oriented actions, such as self-actualization events to show existence. (3) affective actions, such as feeling happy, and feeling satisfaction when in a café.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPembebasan Bersyarat merupakan salah satu tujuan dalam sistem pembinaan narapidana yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan sistem Pemasyarakatan bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan narapidana agar dapat berintegrasi secara sehat dengan masyarakat sehingga berperan kembali sebagai anggota masyarakat yang bebas dan bertanggung jawab. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor 03 Tahun 2018 Tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pemberian Remisi, Asimilasi, Cuti Mengunjungi Keluarga, Pembebasan Bersyarat, Cuti Menjelang Bebas dan Cuti Bersyarat, dilaksanakan sesuai dengan asas-asas dalam penyelenggaraan tugas umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan serta berdasarkan asas pengayoman, persamaan perlakuan dan pelayanan, pendidikan, pembimbingan, penghormatan harkat dan martabat manusia.Pemberian pembebasan bersyarat terhadap narapidana pelaku tindak pidana penipuan dalam perspektif hak-hak narapidana serta ratio legis terhadap pembatasan pemberian pembebasan bersyarat terhadap narapidana tindak pidana penipuan. Dalam tulisan ini penulis memfokuskan pembebasan bersyarat terhadap narapidana pelaku tindak pidana penipuan dalam perspektif hak-hak narapidana bahwa pembebasan bersyarat merupakan hak asasi manusia yang kemudian hak asasi tersebut dituangkan dalam produk hukum yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 39 tahun 1999 tentang hak asasi manusia dimana dinyatakan bahwa salah satu Hak bagi narapidana penipuan adalah memperoleh pembebasan bersyarat.

Abstract

AbstractThe poor are vulnerable to disease and easy to transmit various diseases due to lack of environmental hygiene, clean living behavior of people who are not yet entrenched, knowledge about health and education which is generally still low. This study aims to find out the perspective of the poor regarding the health services they have received so far and the efforts they have made to access the health services they have wanted so far. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research conducted in Makassar City. The informants in the research were carried out by purposive sampling, this study used observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive data analysis techniques (pre-field analysis and field data analysis). The results of our research regarding the efforts of the poor in accessing the health services they have received so far are that in the field there are many irregularities in obtaining access to proper health and many of them do not have any health cards programmed by the government and to manage paperwork. even they do not know how the procedure is performed.

Abstract

Veiled students are a representation of the teachings of Islam. This religion has several commands or recommendations. Among them help people who are oppressed or wronged. This religious suggestion has a substantial correlation with the aims of the social movement of the UNM student demonstrations. Namely to help people who are oppressed or oppressed. Seeing the harmony between religious advice and the goals of the social demonstration movement, in reality it is rare or even never seen that UNM-veiled students are present in a series of UNM demonstration social movements. This study aims to find out how the perspective of UNM veiled students towards the social movement of UNM student demonstrations and how the participation of UNM veiled students in social movements in general. This research uses a qualitative approach. Location and research informants are at Makassar State University, which are spread over various faculties. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling involving 20 individuals as informants. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the perspective of UNM-veiled students towards the social movement of demonstrations at UNM consists of a positive perspective and a negative perspective. The form of participation of UNM veiled students in carrying out social movements is divided into two forms. Namely participation in physical or tangible form and participation in physical or intangible form.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out Adaptive Governance Planning Strategies in Green Open Spaces in Makassar. This study uses a qualitative technique to investigate decision-making transparency, responsiveness issues, inclusivity, spatial concerns, and community involvement tactics in relation to the adaptive governance of green open spaces in Makassar. Even with strong decision transparency, there are still issues with inclusivity and responsiveness, which highlights the necessity for dynamic governance. The study recognizes the different sizes of green spaces in Makassar and emphasizes the importance of spatially aware planning. Diverse tastes should be accommodated by community engagement techniques. Studies that have been compared to one another show both consistency and distinct environmental elements. Planning that is appropriate for the situation, dynamic interaction platforms, and continuous training are examples of constructive suggestions. All things considered, the results add significant knowledge to the conversation about adaptive governance and point planners, policymakers, and communities in the direction of a resilient and sustainable future for Makassar's green open spaces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pola Asuh Hafidz Cilik, 2) Model Pendidikan Dini Hafidz Cilik yang dapat menumbuhkan Hard Skill dan Soft Skill bagi Hafidz Cilik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: a) Pola Asuh Hafidz Cilik: 1) interaksi antar anggota keluarga, 2) pengenalan nilai positif dan negatif, 3) bentuk berpikir (mind set), 4) internalisasi nilai-nilai, 5) tingkah laku, 6) kaidah-kaidah (kepercayaan, kesusilaan, kesopanan, dan hukum). b) Model Pendidikan Dini Hafidz Cilik yang dapat menumbuhkan hard skill dan soft skill bagi hafidz cilik ialah Metode Keteladanan (Uswah), hard skill berupa kemampuan membaca dan menghafalkan Al Quran. Soft skill berupa  kemampuan berkomunkasi, berperilaku baik,  disiplin dan mempunyai daya ingat yang kuat. Kata Kunci : Pola asuh, Hafidz cilik, Model pendidikan dini.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui : (1) Penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual di kalangan aktivis lembaga kemahasiswaan Universitas Negeri Makassar (2) Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual yang terjadi (3) Respon lembaga kemahasiswaan terkait kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di kalangan aktivis lembaga kemahasiswaan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik snowballing sampling dalam menentukan informan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual di kalangan aktivis lembaga kemahasiswaan dipengaruhi adanya dorongan dalam diri pelaku, intensitas interaksi antara korban dan pelaku, dan normalisasi kekerasan seksual. (2) Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual terjadi pelecehan verbal, fisik dan percobaan pemerkosaaan (3) Respon lembaga kemahasiswaan (a) perspektif pengurus lembaga mengakui adanya upaya secara kelembagaan seperti pengawalan kasus, mediasi, pembahasan secara kelembagaan, sanksi sosial dan pengadaan posko aduan. (b) perspektif korban menilai kurang maksimalnya upaya dalam pengimplementasian. Pada pembahasan secara kelembagaan masih terdapat intimidasi dari pihak lembaga, minimnya keberpihakan atas korban dan penyebaran privasi korban oleh posko aduan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the factors that influence youth participation in village development programs in Borong Village, Herlang District, Bulukumba Regency. (2) Forms of youth participation in village development programs in Borong Village, Herlang District,Bulukumba Regency. The results of this research show A) Factors that influence youth participation in village development programs namely, Internal factors,a) Economic Factors, External Factors, a) community spirit wants youthparticipation in development programs, b) Lack encouragement of youth organizations. B) Forms of  youth participation in village development programs, a) Forms of youth participation in village development programs, namely 1) Participation of ideas or ideas, where youth provide input and ideas regarding development planning, a) Planning for farm roads in Kajang-Kajang Hamlet, b) agricultural training planning. 2) Labor participation, a) Mutual cooperation in cleaning infrastructure, 3) Property participation, a) Youth donatetheir land for the construction of farm roads, b) Youth donate their land for the constructionof children's education facilities.
