Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between dividend policy and stock prices. The population used consists of banking companies included in the IDX30 index from 2020 to 2022. The reason for choosing these companies is that the companies listed in this index tend to distribute dividends and have high trading liquidity. We collected data from banking companies that were part of the IDX30 during the period from 2020 to 2022. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used as the hypothesis testing technique. The results demonstrate that dividend policy positively impacts stock prices, and profitability, proxied by ROA, also positively influences the company's stock price.

Abstract

Technological innovation has a crucial role in increasing the productivity of the agricultural sector, but the challenges in the application of technology in this sector are still quite large. This study explores how technological innovations can affect agricultural productivity and identifies key factors that support or hinder the application of these technologies. The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of technological innovation on agricultural productivity and provide recommendations for the effective use of technology in this sector. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews with farmers, agricultural experts, and technology developers. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and document analysis to gain in-depth insights into technology implementation and challenges faced in the field. The results show that technological innovations such as smart irrigation systems, crop monitoring drones, and agricultural management software significantly improve efficiency and crop yields. However, the application of technology faces obstacles such as lack of training, limited access to technology, and high costs. The study concludes that to maximize the benefits of technology, strategies are needed that include increased training for farmers, technology subsidies, and the development of supporting infrastructure. Recommendations for policy and field practices are provided to help improve the adoption and effectiveness of technology in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Agricultural exports have long been a vital component of Brazil's economic structure, influencing the nation's overall economic performance. This study explores the impact of agricultural exports on Brazil's economic growth, focusing on sectoral contributions and identifying the dynamics within various agricultural sub-sectors. The primary issue addressed is how these exports contribute to economic growth and the extent to which different sectors within agriculture drive this growth. The research aims to analyze the relationship between agricultural exports and economic growth in Brazil by investigating specific sectors that significantly contribute to the nation's economy. A qualitative research methodology is employed, utilizing data from government reports, economic analyses, and academic literature to gain insights into the economic impacts of agricultural exports. The study involves a sectoral analysis to identify the most influential agricultural products in driving economic growth and examines how fluctuations in global demand and pricing affect these sectors. The findings reveal that certain agricultural sectors, such as soybeans and sugar, play a crucial role in Brazil's economic growth. However, the reliance on these exports also exposes the economy to risks associated with global market volatility. The results underscore the need for Brazil to diversify its agricultural exports and strengthen its domestic agricultural policies to enhance economic stability.

Abstract

The reporting flow of budget accountability in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Malang City plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency and good governance in the management of public funds. This study examines the procedural framework and stages involved in the budget accountability process at DPRD Malang City. Using a qualitative approach, the research focuses on analyzing the responsibilities and obligations of DPRD members in reporting budget usage, as well as the systems and tools implemented to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the reporting process. Data were collected through a review of relevant literature, government regulations, and interviews with DPRD officials. The research findings highlight that the reporting flow involves several key stages: budget planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Each stage requires thorough documentation, which is reviewed and approved by various levels of authority within DPRD before submission to higher government bodies. Additionally, there are challenges faced in this process, including delays in documentation, lack of human resources with adequate financial expertise, and technical issues with digital reporting systems. The study recommends improvements in training for DPRD staff, better integration of technology in reporting systems, and more stringent oversight mechanisms to ensure the accountability process is conducted smoothly and efficiently. By addressing these challenges, DPRD Malang City can enhance its financial reporting practices, contributing to better public trust and ensuring proper utilization of public funds.
