Ornamental plants can be used as income for farmers and ornamental plants include businesses that are quite popular among the public. Aglaonema ornamental plants can be used as indoor decorations, this is due to the beauty possessed by this plant from the patterns and colors on its leaves. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the Aglonema commodity ornamental plant business in Tasikmalaya Regency, especially at the Bibitbungaku Ornamental Plant Shop using the R/C Ratio. In this study only took 1 sample respondent, namely only the owner of Bibitbungaku Ornamental Plant Shop. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded in this study about the financial feasibility of the Aglaonema ornamental plant business, the R C Ratio value is 1.76 which indicates that the R/C Ratio value is more than one, so that from this analysis the Aglaonema ornamental plant business at the Bibitbungaku Ornamental Plant Shop is feasible to be developed further by considering increasing the knowledge and skills of farmers, as well as better environmental management.

Consumer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment from within a person that arises from comparing the perceived performance of the product. Consumer satisfaction will be obtained if the desired product meets consumer expectations. This research was conducted to determine the influence of perceived price and product quality on consumer satisfaction who consume Minyakita cooking oil, either partially or simultaneously, and then see how dominant the influence of the independent variable is on the dependent variable. In this study, the sample took 100 respondents who were determined based on the Lemeshow equation. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling technique by analyzing data using a multiple linear regression analysis model. Based on the research results, it shows that the variables of perceived price and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Minyakita consumers with a calculated F regression value of 45.159 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. price perception (X1) has a partially positive and significant effect with a t-count value of 2,967 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05 then the product quality variable (X2) has a partial and positive effect with a t-count value of 6,378 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0, 05 on consumer satisfaction (Y). The independent variable that has a dominant influence in this research is the product quality variable which has a percentage level value of 29,59%.

Hydroponic lettuce cultivation will run well if production inputs are available and accompanied by a good management system. Business feasibility is an activity to examine a business activity as a whole with the aim of considering whether the business activity is feasible to run or not. This research was conducted at Alfa Hidroponik owned by Mr. Raihan located in Kp Leles Kidul, Ciawi Village, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted directly with the owner of the hydroponic lettuce business. The data analysis technique used was using the quantitative descriptive analysis method, namely Business feasibility analysis with the R/C ratio. The total production cost of hydroponic alpha lettuce cultivation is IDR 29,659,500, - with a total income of IDR 48,035,000, - and a total income of IDR 18,375,500, - with an R/C ratio of 1.62, meaning that for every rupiah of costs incurred, an income of IDR 1.62 is obtained. So it can be concluded that the hydroponic alpha lettuce cultivation carried out by Mr. Raihan in Ciawi Village, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency is worthy of being developed.

Deficiency vitamin A deficiency increases the risk of children becoming susceptible to infectious diseases such as upper respiratory tract infections, measles and diarrhoea. Among children among pre-school children there are an estimated 6-7 million new cases of xeropthalmia (night blindness) each year, approximately 10% of which suffer from corneal damage. corneal damage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between Mother's Motivation and the Role of Cadres with Adherence to Vitamin A Giving to Toddlers in the Posyandu Watas Marga Health Centre Working Area in 2024. This study This study used analytical research with a cross sectional design. Technique purposive sampling technique, which is sampling based on the consideration of the researcher and in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sample The sample used by mothers had as many as 75 people. Chi-square test results show that the variable of Maternal Motivation with Adherence to Vitamin A Giving to Toddlers is obtained chi-square results p-value 0.001 (α <0.05), the role of cadres with compliancVitamin A administration in toddlers obtained a chi-square p-value of 0.001 (α<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal motivation and the role of cadres with adherence to vitamin A administration in toddlers. Cadres with Adherence to Vitamin A Giving to Toddlers in Posyandu Area Watas Marga Health Centre Work Area in 2024. It is recommended that th health centre improve health services, especially in Maternal and Child Health.

Family planning is one of the methods to reduce the population growth rate. Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and wife support with interest in using contraceptives in men in the Bermani Ulu Health Centre Working Area in 2024 analytical survey research with a Cross Sectional design. The population of this study was men of childbearing age who visited the Bermani Ulu Health Centre, Rejang Lebong Regency in 2024 from January to April 2024, totalling 328 people, the sample in this study was 180 respondents. Sampling was taken by purposive sampling. The results of the study obtained from 180 respondents most of the respondents (58.3%) had poor knowledge. Of the 180 respondents most respondents (51.7%) the wife supports the use of male contraceptives Of the 180 respondents most respondents (71.1%) the husband's interest is low in the use of male contraceptives. There is a relationship between knowledge and interest in the use of contraceptives in men in the Bermani Ulu Health Centre Working Area in 2024. There is a relationship between wife support and interest in using contraceptives in men in the Bermani Ulu Health Centre Working Area in 2024. It is expected to increase public knowledge about male contraception by increasing health promotion programmes through counselling and health education so that the awareness of men of childbearing age to be willing to use male contraceptives.

Durian (Durio zibethinus) is a tropical plant that produces delicious fruit that is very popular. During the fruiting season, many durians are marketed fresh at varying prices. In general, durian fruit is consumed fresh and only a few are processed into processed products. For farmers, one of the problems they face is the high difference between selling prices at the farmer level and retail selling prices. Apart from that, the technology for processing durian fruit is very limited so farmers are forced to sell it fresh at prices determined by collecting traders. And the aim is to find out consumer attitudes towards soft durian products in the Giwi Gewi souvenir shop, Bengkulu City, and to find out consumer behavior towards soft durian products in the Giwi Gewi souvenir shop, Bengkulu City. Based on the results of research analysis using analysis, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: The average respondent assessment of attitudes is 3.03. The average respondent assessment of behavior is 0.79 with the highest percentage being 100%. The N value or number of respondents is 96, the race value is 25 for attitude and six for behavior, the minimum value is 13 for attitude and four for behavior. , the respective numbers are attitudes 2918 and behavior 767, the mean or mean for each is 30.40 for attitudes and 7.99 for behavior.

BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) is an institution that operates in the field of processing village economic resources which aims to improve community businesses which create jobs, develop the economy and increase the village's original income. BUMDes is an institution that operates in the field of managing village economic assets and resources which aims to optimize village assets, improve community businesses, create business opportunities, create jobs, develop the village economy and increase village income. If the management of BUMDes is optimal, then the village will become an independent village and be able to eradicate poverty by improving village welfare. This research aims to find out how effective the distribution of village funds is to the Bumdes, to find out the performance of village funds on the performance of the Bumdes, and to find out the influence of the Effectiveness of Fund Distribution Villages on the Performance of Bumdes for Palm Oil Farming in Tumbuk Village, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method using a Likert scale and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of village fund distribution on the performance of the oil palm farming BUMDes in Tumbuk Village, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency is 68.8 in the effective category. Meanwhile, the performance of village funds for the oil palm farming BUMDes in Tumbuk village was 69.13 in the high category. The results of statistical tests show that there is an influence on the effectiveness of the distribution of village funds on the performance of the Bumdes for oil palm farming in Tumbuk village.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development, leadership style and motivation on the work achievement of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion Office in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 105 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression Y = 21,987 + 0.140 X1 + 0.313 X2 + 0.128 X3 + 0.3,841. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables of Human Resources Development (X1), Leadership Style (X2) Motivation (X3) on Work Achievement (Y) of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion Office in Bengkulu City. The test results of human resource development (XI) show tcount 2.350> ttable 1.65964 and sigfinication 0.021 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the Work Achievement of the State Civil Apparatus of the Bengkulu City Ministry of Religion Office. The results of the leadership style test (XI) show tcount 5.086> ttable 1.65964 and sigfinication 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the Work Achievement of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion Office in Bengkulu City. The results of the motivation test (XI) show tcount 2.143> ttable 1.65964 and sigfinikasi 0.035 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Work Achievement of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion Office in Bengkulu City. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 14.636> 2.46, it is concluded that it accepts the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between Human Resource Development (X1), Leadership Style (X2) Motivation (X3), the value is 0 (zero), on Work Achievement (Y) of civil servants at the Ministry of Religion Office in Bengkulu City.

This study aims to analyse the quality of learning achieved through the application of the inquisiry base learning (IBL) learning model and its effect on student learning interest in the Science Laboratory Management and Engineering course. The research method used is quantitative method with experimental design. The results showed that the application of the IBL model significantly improved the quality of learning, which was indicated by an increase in the average score of students. In addition, students' interest in learning also increased significantly after the application of this model. This study recommends the use of the IBL model as one of the effective approaches to improve the quality of learning and student interest in learning.
