The research method used is a quantitative method and uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to inpatients at the Muara Kelingi Health Center. The sample in this study was 164 respondents with a simple random sampling technique with Likert scale measurement. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression, t-test, and determination coefficient using SPSS version 27. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on inpatient satisfaction at the BLUD UPT Muara Kelingi Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, with a calculated t value of 9.521 > t table 1.974 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 hereby declared H0 rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the determination coefficient test were found to be 0.764 R Square (R2) value, indicating that 76.4% of patient satisfaction was influenced by service quality while 23.6% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study. To improve the level of service provided at the BLUD UPT Muara Kelingi Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction and organizational goals can be realized to the maximum.

This study aims to analyze sharing behavior on TikTok social media related to Bernadya's song “Satu Bulan” using the netnography method. Data was collected through observation of comments on the TikTok account @bearnotber. This study categorized comments into several types, namely personal experiences, appreciation of the song, humor, advice and support, and emotional resonance. The results showed that many listeners felt an emotional connection with the song's lyrics, which encouraged them to share personal stories and provide mutual support. These interactions created a supportive community, strengthened social bonds among listeners, and contributed to their mental well-being. The song “Satu Bulan” serves not only as entertainment but also as a medium for coping with difficult feelings and building deeper social relationships. These findings underscore the importance of music in facilitating emotional communication and creating a safe space for individuals to share experiences and support on digital platforms. This study is expected to provide further insights into the impact of music on social behavior and mental health in the digital age.

This research aims to determine the impact of organizational culture on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Bengkulu Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to 84 respondents as research samples. The obtained data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The analysis results show that the regression equation obtained is Y = 7.763 + 0.997X, indicating a positive relationship between organizational culture (X) and employee performance (Y). The correlation value (R) of 0.758 indicates a strong relationship between the two variables, and the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.575 indicates that 57.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture. The t-test produced a significance value of 0.000, which is less than α = 0.05, concluding that organizational culture significantly affects the performance of Civil Servants in that institution. Thus, improving organizational culture can encourage an increase in employee performance.

Forward chaining is a search method that begins by displaying convincing data or facts to reach a final conclusion. This method is applied to identify rotavirus infections in BABY to assist medical personnel and the community in early detection. The detection process, which was previously done manually, was considered inefficient in data management and did not utilize database-based digital storage technology. This study designed and developed a web-based expert system application using PHP and MySQL so that it can be easily accessed by users and related parties. Functionality testing was carried out using the black-box method on six main components, including registration, symptom data input, disease data input, rules data input, advice and solution data input, and output results. The test results showed that all system modules functioned as expected. This expert system has been proven to improve the efficiency of the early identification process for rotavirus infection, maintain data storage security and order, and facilitate digital access to information. With the support of Forward Chaining method, this system is expected to assist the community and medical personnel in early detection and more effective initial treatment.
