Abstract

Jembatan Nasional Pakem-Kalasan STA.37+417, bagian Jalan Tol Solo–Yogyakarta–NYIA Kulonprogo Seksi 1 Paket 1.2, memiliki bentang total 111,91 m dalam tiga segmen (41,79 m; 28,33 m; 41,79 m).

Abstract

Outpatient visits are an important indicator of healthcare service utilization and play a significant role in hospital service planning and resource management. This study aims to model the number of outpatient visits at Sarkies Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital using Poisson and Negative Binomial regression and to identify the factors influencing outpatient visits. This study used secondary data consisting of 41 daily observations from November 1 to December 12, 2025. The response variable was the daily number of outpatient visits, while the predictor variables were the number of BPJS patients, the number of operating clinics, and the number of doctors on duty. Data analysis was performed using RStudio. The results showed that all three predictor variables had a positive relationship with outpatient visits in the Poisson regression model. However, the overdispersion test produced a dispersion value of 10.04, indicating that the Poisson assumption of equidispersion was not satisfied. The Negative Binomial regression model showed that the number of BPJS patients and the number of clinics had a positive and significant effect on outpatient visits, while the number of doctors had a positive but non-significant effect. The Negative Binomial model provided a better fit, with an AIC of 435.58, compared with 673.48 for the Poisson model. Therefore, the Negative Binomial regression model was selected as the more appropriate model for outpatient visit data at Sarkies Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital.

Abstract

This study develops a web-based School Management Information System (SIMS) equipped with a deep learning Optical Character Recognition (OCR) module that extracts data from tuition payment receipts at SMK BIT Bina Aulia, Bogor. The system aims to accelerate transaction verification, reduce manual input errors, and improve administrative transparency. The Research and Development method was applied, with the Waterfall model used to construct the product. The OCR module was built on PaddleOCR PP-OCRv4 with DBNet text detection and SVTR_LCNet text recognition using a CTC decoder, fine tuned on 384 receipt images collected from 14 payment channels and augmented into 14,824 training crops. The best training checkpoint reached 79.04% exact match accuracy with a normalized edit distance of 0.9563 at epoch 90. Evaluated on 940 text crops, the deployed service achieved 94.79% character accuracy, a 5.21% Character Error Rate, a 25.67% Word Error Rate, and 76.60% exact match accuracy, rising to 86.49% when spacing differences are ignored. Fine tuning improved exact match accuracy by 4.05 percentage points, and the proposed model outperformed Tesseract OCR 5 and EasyOCR on every metric. Black box testing of 63 test items and white box basis path testing of 53 independent paths passed without failure.

Abstract

Book classification is an important activity in library management because it determines the grouping of collections based on subject areas and facilitates information retrieval. Manual classification requires considerable time and accuracy from librarians, particularly as the number of collections increases and book subjects become more diverse. This study aims to implement the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting to assist book classification based on the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) and to develop a web-based book classification system as a decision-support tool for librarians. The research data consist of book titles, synopses, and DDC labels obtained from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas) catalog and other library OPAC catalogs available on the internet. The research stages include text preprocessing, vocabulary construction, TF-IDF weighting, Cosine Similarity measurement as a data-scope filtering process, and classification using SVM. The Cosine Similarity testing on 20 out-of-category data and 85 in-scope data showed that a threshold of 22% achieved an accuracy of 96.19%. Furthermore, SVM model testing on 235 testing data across 46 DDC classes achieved an accuracy of 96.17%, precision of 97.09%, recall of 95.90%, and F1-Score of 96.49%. These results indicate that the combination of TF-IDF and SVM provides good classification performance in determining the DDC class of books. The developed system also provides librarian validation, as well as model management and evaluation, allowing the classification results to be used as recommendations before being established as the final classification.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Population administration at the Tanah Merah Village Office, Pasir Penyu District, previously relied on conventional records that created duplicate data, inconsistent information, slow retrieval, and delayed report preparation. This study designed and implemented a web-based population data processing information system using observation, interviews, literature review, and the waterfall development model. Requirements were translated into use-case, activity, and class diagrams and a MySQL database. The implemented PHP-based system provides administrator authentication, user management, population and destination records, move-out requests, online birth-certificate registration, death-certificate registration, monitoring, document-completeness checks, and service outputs. Black-box testing covered seven navigation and data-management scenarios. All seven scenarios produced the expected results, yielding a 100% pass rate within the documented test scope. The system centralizes village records, reduces dependence on physical archives, and supports faster retrieval and reporting. Further work should evaluate usability, security, data validation, interoperability with higher-level civil-registration services, and operational performance after deployment.

Abstract

The wireless network at SMP Swasta GKPS I Raya Simalungun initially depended on a single modem/router installed in the administration room. Its corner position and concrete-wall obstructions produced uneven signal distribution and blank spots in several school areas. This study analyzed the existing condition and developed an optimized network configuration using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Cisco Packet Tracer supported logical design and simulation, while TP-Link access points and a MikroTik hAP lite router were configured for addressing, wireless service, routing, firewall functions, and queue-tree bandwidth management. The implementation expanded service planning to the principal's office, administration area, library, teacher room, and computer laboratory. Configuration verification confirmed successful router access, static addressing, SSID and channel definition, LAN integration, MikroTik management, and queue-tree activation. The resulting design provides a structured basis for fairer bandwidth distribution and continuous monitoring, although future work should add quantitative measurements of coverage, throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss, and user experience.

Abstract

Manual student admission at SMP Swasta Taman Siswa Sugarang Bayu required applicants and parents to visit the school, while staff recorded and searched paper forms. This study developed a web-based admission information system using a user-centered design procedure to align its functions with applicant and administrator workflows. The procedure covered understanding the context of use, specifying user requirements, producing design solutions, and evaluating the implemented functions. The system was modeled with Unified Modeling Language, implemented with Bootstrap and MySQL, and organized into applicant and administrator modules. Applicants can register accounts, authenticate, complete biodata, enter report-card scores, and print documents; administrators can manage users, menus, information, applicant records, scores, and contacts. Black-box testing across seven navigation and transaction scenarios produced seven successful outcomes (100%), with no broken links observed in the tested workflow. The system therefore provides a functional digital alternative to the former paper-based process. Because the evaluation was limited to functional verification, future work should quantify effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, accessibility, and security with representative users and deployment data.
