Abstract

Sharing basic volleyball passing tactics used by extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Marabahan is the aim of this research. The sample for this quantitative descriptive research was twelve students of SMA Negeri 1 Marabahan who played volleyball extracurricularly. Participants are selected through a deliberate selection process taking into account several factors, one of which is their understanding of the basics of volleyball. This research uses a volleyball passing test as a data collection method. Data analysis methods consist of testing protocols, survey design, and descriptive statistics. Analysis of research data revealed that 12 students of SMA Negeri 1 Marabahan who took part in volleyball extracurriculars had poor passing abilities. This finding is based on the results of the students' lower passing test at SMAN 1 Marabahan as well as an examination of the students' basic volleyball passing skills, where the torso remains upright and the legs remain bent. Bending makes the basic volleyball passing technique less than ideal because the eyes are still not focused on the ball.

Abstract

Lack of proficiency in badminton backhand shots was the driving force behind this study. Through analysis during the initial observation, the researcher found that there were still training patterns that had yet to be considered so that they were more reproduced in games. There was no variety of exercises applied. Therefore, researchers researched to determine the effect of the drill training method on badminton backhand shot skills. This type of research is quantitative research using the "pre-experimental design" research method, namely One-Group et al. The population in this study were all PB—Sarma Pangkalpinang athletes, totaling 20 people. The sample in this study was all members of the population. The data analysis technique in this study uses normality tests and hypothesis testing. The count value of 18.728 is higher than the t table value of 1.729, which means that Ho is not true and Ha is true. This means that the study titled "The Effect of the Drill Training Method on Badminton Backhand Hit Skills at Club PB. Sarma Pangkalpinang" has a significant effect.

Abstract

Learning is a very strategic effort to achieve the expected goals. One of the delivery of creative and innovative teaching is by modifying a lesson to make it more interesting and to make students enthusiastic in participating in physical education, sports and health lessons. The problem that currently arises is that students are less comfortable when faced with standard tools such as basketball. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of self-regulated learning models using modified basketballs on the learning motivation of class XI students of SMPN 1 Telagasari. This study used the Pretest-Posttest research design, with a population of class XI students of SMPN 1 Telagasari totaling 440 students and using a sample of class XI students of SMPN 1 Telagasari totaling 29 which were taken by using the normality test technique, homogeneity, and paired sample test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researcher can conclude that the results of this study are good and have an effect on students' learning motivation by using modified basketball.

Abstract

This study aims to see the results of students' dribbling learning in sports lessons with a learning model of learning interaction teaching style at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan in the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This research includes classroom action research. The subject of this research was taken at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan in the 2020/2021 academic year with a total of 20 students consisting of 17 students and 3 students. At the beginning of the KBM learning outcomes test (Pretest), with an average data of 63 with a passing percentage of 30%, it shows that the ability to dribble by students is still low. Then continued with KBM using the learning model of learning interaction teaching style, at the end of the first KBM and the second KBM, a ball dribbling learning outcome test was conducted. Cycle I obtained an average grade of 71.3, the percentage of graduation was 70% of class students whose grades were above the KKM and experienced an increase. in Cycle II with an average grade of 86.2 with a passing percentage of 86% of class students whose grades are above the KKM. From these data it can be concluded that the value of students' dribbling learning outcomes has increased from before being treated with the teaching style learning model of learning interaction to the first cycle and also increased in the second cycle. The application of the teaching style learning model of learning interactions during KBM students are very happy, and very enthusiastic. However, there are still limitations in the research conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, namely the material discussed in this study is "dribbling", this does not guarantee that other materials will experience higher learning outcomes. same and further research should be carried out..

Abstract

Physical education learning is less popular with students because of students' lack of understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy and fit body. The aim of this research is to find out students' interest before and after taking a fitness test using the Spiral Kemmis and Taggart method consisting of two cycles, each cycle using four components of action, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The population in this study involved all classes With a percentage result of 15% in the very interested (SM) category, the interested (M) category obtained a result of 40%, the less interested (KM) category with a percentage result of 28 %, the Not Interested (TM) category obtained 10% and the very not interested category (STM) with a percentage of 6%. From the results of classroom action research, there was a significant increase between before and after the fitness test due to students' lack of understanding about physical fitness. Therefore, student interest can be increased by making learning less boring and providing students with an understanding of the importance of maintaining physical fitness and planning schedules. regular physical fitness tests to monitor the development of students' fitness levels.
