Abstract

This research is based on the urgency of the motor development process is very closely related to the motor center in the brain. Motor skills develop in line with muscle and nerve maturation. In this case, it was found that the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years were considered lacking based on the results of observations in the activities of scissors, drawing lines and in controlling the coordination of hand and eye movements at KB PAUD Citra Nusantara. This study uses a quantitative method with an approach using  the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design pre-experimental model  in this study, 35 students and students aged 4-5 years from classes A1 and A2. They were observed twice: before (pretest) and after (posttest) doing finger painting activities. This method starts with collecting data, interpreting it and then producing appearances and results. The data collection techniques are observation and documentation. The technique of measuring observation items uses a Likert scale. The data validity technique uses the Correl  formula in Microshoft Excel and uses a significance of 5%. The technical data analysis uses the N-gain Score. The place for this research was carried out at KB PAUD Citra Nusantara, Bojong Village, Ragas Masigit Village, Carenang District, and was carried out in February-March 2023. Based on the results of observation and data processing, it can be concluded that the Improvement of Fine Motor Skills of Children Aged 4-5 Years through Finger Painting Activities at KB PAUD Citra Nusantara shows an increase of 74% with the level of effectiveness quite effective.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the national economy, particularly in rural areas that serve as the foundation of community-based economic activities. However, the limited utilization of digital technology remains a major challenge in expanding market reach and improving the competitiveness of local products. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital promotion strategies in enhancing the capacity of MSMEs in Partoruan Lumban Lobu Village. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 15 local MSME actors. The findings reveal that digital marketing training provided to the community has contributed to an increase in sales performance, demonstrating greater understanding and application of digital marketing practices. These results indicate that the implementation of digital promotion strategies can significantly improve the visibility and income of MSMEs. Therefore, sustainable collaboration between village authorities, academic institutions, and digital communities is recommended to strengthen the rural digital economic ecosystem.

Abstract

  Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving the local economy, particularly in rural areas such as Partoruan Lumban Lobu Village. However, limited managerial capabilities and inadequate marketing strategies often become major obstacles for MSME actors in improving their competitiveness and productivity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of management and marketing training programs in enhancing the capacity of MSME entrepreneurs in the village. The research method employs a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that after participating in the training, MSME actors experienced significant improvements in financial management, promotional strategies, and the use of digital media as a marketing tool. The training program also increased the entrepreneurs’ awareness of the importance of innovation and collaboration among MSME players to expand their business networks. Thus, management and marketing training proved effective in strengthening the capacity of MSMEs at the village level.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the interpersonal communication patterns between the principal and teachers at TK IT Insan Robbani Sibuhuan, Padang Lawas Regency. The research problem arises from the finding that two-way communication between the principal and teachers has not been fully optimized, indicated by a lack of openness, delayed feedback, and a low frequency of face-to-face interactions. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the principal’s interpersonal communication patterns are implemented through two main forms: verbal and written communication. Supporting factors include a sense of togetherness, teacher loyalty, and adequate communication media, whereas inhibiting factors consist of limited time and differences in teacher workloads. Overall, verbal interpersonal communication is more effective in enhancing teacher motivation, discipline, and performance in the learning process.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed patterns of communication and learning, including in the field of Islamic religious education. Social media platforms such as TikTok, which were initially used for entertainment purposes, have now evolved into new spaces for religious preaching (dakwah) and Islamic learning activities. This phenomenon requires santri (Islamic boarding school students) to adapt and integrate dakwah with digital media in creative and effective ways. This study aims to analyze how santri utilize TikTok as a medium for digital dakwah and to examine its implications for Islamic Religious Education learning in the social media era. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, conducted in an Islamic boarding school actively using TikTok as a platform for dakwah. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation of santri’s dakwah activities on TikTok, and documentation of digital content. The collected data were analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to identify thematic patterns relevant to the focus of the study. The findings reveal that santri utilize TikTok to disseminate dakwah messages creatively by using simple language, appealing visuals, and short durations to suit the characteristics of young audiences. The main motivation of santri in conducting dakwah through TikTok is to widely spread Islamic values and to adapt the methods of dakwah to technological developments. The audience’s response to the dakwah content is generally positive, although challenges remain, such as limited duration, competition with entertainment content, and the risk of message misinterpretation. The study concludes that the use of TikTok by santri represents a tangible form of integration between social media and Islamic Religious Education learning. Digital dakwah not only expands the reach of Islamic values but also enhances santri’s media literacy, creativity, and communication skills. The implication is that Islamic educational institutions need to adjust their learning strategies to be more adaptive to digital technological developments without neglecting spiritual values and the ethical principles of dakwah in Islam.

Abstract

The professionalism of healthcare workers serves as the primary foundation for improving the quality of health services across various healthcare facilities. One of the key factors that significantly contributes to building such professionalism is effective leadership management. Good leadership can create a conducive work environment, encourage interprofessional collaboration, and foster commitment to ethics and professional responsibility. This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership effectiveness and the enhancement of healthcare workers’ professionalism in hospitals and health service centers. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies and interviews with several healthcare workers in regional hospitals. The findings indicate that participatory and transformational leadership styles can improve work motivation, professional responsibility, and the quality of patient care. Therefore, the implementation of effective leadership management becomes a strategic key in developing highly professional and integrity-driven healthcare personnel.

Abstract

Inequity in access to healthcare services remains a major challenge within Indonesia’s national health system. Although the government has introduced various programs such as the National Health Insurance (JKN) and BPJS Health, disparities between urban and rural areas, as well as between affluent and low-income populations, are still clearly evident. This article aims to evaluate the strategies employed by public health organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, in addressing these disparities. The study uses a qualitative approach through literature review and policy analysis. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of these strategies is strongly influenced by cross-sector collaboration, data-based planning, and local community participation. However, challenges such as limited resources, shortages of healthcare workers in remote areas, and imbalanced health infrastructure remain significant barriers. Therefore, policy innovations that strengthen the role of public health organizations are needed to achieve equitable healthcare access in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Group Investigation (GI) learning model in improving student learning outcomes through a structured collaborative and investigative process. Employing a two-cycle Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, the study integrates the core phases of GI—topic identification, investigation planning, group inquiry, data analysis, report preparation, and presentation—with continuous reflective evaluation. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires, classroom observation, and achievement assessments, then analyzed using a value-based analytic approach to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings. Results indicate consistent improvement across four of the five learning indicators, including note-taking skills, group collaboration, questioning ability, and accuracy in responding to questions. Meanwhile, participation in report writing and presentation remained at a very high level. These findings affirm that the GI model fosters active engagement, reinforces collective responsibility, and significantly enhances students’ academic performance. The study contributes to pedagogical scholarship by offering empirical evidence that GI is an effective approach for strengthening classroom interaction and improving learning outcomes in school settings.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of information technology (IT) development on unemployment levels in Indonesia, emphasizing how digital innovation drives structural changes in the labor market. The primary objective is to determine the extent to which IT advancement contributes to two major outcomes: job displacement caused by automation and the creation of new employment opportunities driven by the digital economy. Employing a quantitative approach, this research utilizes secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), covering labor indicators and national digital development trends. The analysis reveals that IT penetration generates an ambivalent effect. Automation in manufacturing and labor-intensive industries reduces demand for traditional labor, while digital sectors such as financial technology, e-commerce, and platform-based jobs demonstrate significant growth in providing new employment opportunities. Therefore, IT development does not merely increase unemployment; instead, it triggers a transformation in work patterns that requires skill upgrading and workforce adaptability. The success of this transformation largely depends on the readiness of human resources and the government’s ability to implement adaptive policies, training programs, and sustainable digital ecosystem support.

Abstract

Information system transformation is a crucial step for small businesses in facing rapid technological developments. However, limited costs and technical skills are often major barriers to adopting new technologies. This study aims to evaluate the cost efficiency of implementing a Cloud-Based Management System (CBMS). Cloud-based systems have been proven to reduce operational costs, improve accessibility, and accelerate organizational performance through data automation and integration. The success of a CBMS implementation depends on organizational readiness and human resource training. Despite offering many benefits, data security remains a major challenge, necessitating the selection of a cloud service provider with robust security systems. Overall, a CBMS provides an effective solution for small businesses to improve operational efficiency and support ongoing digital transformation.
