<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the costs, volume and profits (CVL) of coconut products in order to increase farmers' income. Through a CVL analysis approach, this study will identify the break-even point obtained by coconut farmers. This research will also assess production costs and marketing efficiency of coconut products to understand how to increase maximum profits. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can provide practical recommendations for coconut farmers to optimize their production and marketing, which will ultimately increase farmers' income and welfare. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach which aims to describe or describe a condition or phenomenon as it is. In the descriptive approach, researchers do not manipulate or provide certain treatment to the research object. This research was conducted in Totopo Village, Bilato District, Gorontalo Regency. The products that will be analyzed are middleman coconut products, black copra and white copra using data collection techniques by means of documentation, interviews and observation.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the developing countries that cannot be separated from the problem of unemployment, the number of residents who have increased every year has an unfavorable impact if not balanced with quality. The increase in population must be balanced with the quality and ability of each workforce. The average Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Indonesia has decreased every year, but the problem of unemployment is still the center of attention. Java Island has a higher population density and is still a favorite place for migrants to find work. West Java Province is among the five provinces with the highest TPT in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the existing problems and determine the variables that can be used to solve the problem of high unemployment in the districts/cities of West Java Province. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Economic Growth (PE) and Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) have a negative and significant influence on the TPT in the district / city of West Java Province. Simultaneously, the variables of economic growth, TPAK, MSE and HLS affect the TPT in the districts/cities of West Java Province. The coefficient of determination (R2) of this research model is 0.8693 or equivalent to 86.93%. Independent variables consisting of PE, TPAK, MSE, and HLS are able to explain the TPT variable in the district / city of West Java Province by 86.93%. While 13.07% is explained by other variables that are not explained in the study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the World Halal Industry Trade Case Study Indonesia China 2020-2024. The method in this study uses library research with a narrative method. Primary data sources in this study are data obtained directly from primary sources, namely books and journals on the world halal industry trade. The data collection method used by the author is descriptive. The results of Indonesia's export trade to China in 2020 to 2024 show a positive trend of recovery and growth. China remains one of Indonesia's main trading partners, with an increase in various product sectors. Product diversification strategies and increasing added value are key to strengthening Indonesia's position in the Chinese market in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has an important role in improving employee performance, especially in the manufacturing industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Control (TQC) and Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance with OHS as a mediating variable at PT Metal Hitech Engineering. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The sample of this study amounted to 57 employees from the production department with saturated sample technique. The results showed that TQC and TQM have a significant influence on employee performance, both directly and through K3 mediation. Optimal OHS implementation can improve employee welfare and productivity, so companies need to develop strategies such as periodic training, improving safety standards, and optimizing the quality management system. These findings are expected to be a reference for companies in implementing more effective K3 policies to improve company performance and competitiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Sharia financial management strategies play an important role in improving school financial management. This study aims to improve understanding of management functions, sharia principles and implementation of strategies in financial management of Muslimeen Suksa schools. This study uses a descriptive approach that is classified as a qualitative method by utilizing observation and interview data and additional information from journals, books and articles. The results of the study indicate that the school management function has been running well in financial planning and implementation, especially in providing educational services and prioritizing more important needs. While in terms of organization, it still needs improvement to be more effective and structured. Meanwhile, the supervision aspect requires community participation to monitor school financial management. Similarly, the sharia principles in school finance show that the principles of justice, effectiveness and efficiency have been implemented well. However, the principles of transparency and accountability in their application still need to be improved. Therefore, this study confirms that good school financial management must be in accordance with management functions and sharia principles.]]>

<![CDATA[Sales of pirated e-books are still found today, especially on the Shopee marketplace, which of course harms many parties. This article aims to analyze the form of marketplace responsibility for the sale of pirated e-books on the Shopee marketplace from Wahbah Zuhaili's perspective. This research uses empirical juridical research with a living case studies approach, statute approach and conceptual approach. Data was collected by interviews and document studies, then the data was processed and analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of this research show that Wahbah Zuhaili emphasizes the importance of responsibility in every aspect of muamalah, including for parties involved in buying and selling transactions on the marketplace. Shopee as a marketplace platform has a big responsibility in preventing and cracking down on the sale of pirated e-books. This responsibility includes active supervision of products sold and based on the prohibited goods policy, Shopee has taken firm action against sellers who are proven to be selling pirated e-books, such as deleting products, reducing seller's rights, blocking and suspending seller accounts. Wahbah Zuhaili's view explains that someone's copyright which is then distributed with the intention of making a profit is an injustice, and the pirate should be responsible for providing compensation or royalties to the owner of the work who has sacrificed great effort in preparing his work.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on the poverty rate in Indonesia with zakat distribution as a moderating variable. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research with secondary data types that can be accessed through the website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Indonesia and the page of the PPID Baznas RI Information and Documentation Management Officer. Data analysis was carried out using the Eviews 12 application to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product on the poverty rate in Indonesia. Then a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test was carried out to determine the moderating effect of zakat distribution on the relationship between Gross Domestic Product and the poverty rate in Indonesia. The results of this study are that Gross Domestic Product does not have a significant effect on the poverty rate in Indonesia. Therefore, the moderation test conducted shows that zakat distribution does not directly moderate the relationship between gross domestic product and poverty rates in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the role of islamic banking study programs and the quality of human resources on islamic financial institutions. The type of research in this thesis is quantitative research and the data used is in the form of promer data. The population used is all semester VI students of islamic banking study program, namely 58 students. Data analyze tecniques with descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The data processing process uses the SPSS version 22.0 program. The results of the study indicate hat the independent variables in this study affect the dependent variables can be seen from the model estimation showing that R Square is 54,9% and the remaining 45,1% can be influenced by other cariables outside this model.]]>

<![CDATA[Kedungsepur is a Particular Region which is included in the National Spatial Planning. This region purpose to in an integrated manner equitable income disparities and increase the economic growth. In encouraging the region development optimally, it is needed the solid relationship interregion (districts/cities) in Kedungsepur Region. In practice the cooperation is less work effectively because of the unbalanced economic growth. This study aimed to analyse the effect of education, health, primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector on income disparity districts/cities in Kedungsepur Region Central Java Province. This study method using indeks Williamson and regression analysis panel data model (cross section and time series) with Fixed Effect Model. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province and object of this research is district/cities in Kedungsepur Region Central Java Province. The result were obtained average indeks Williamson during 2015-2024 include low is 0,11. And regression of education variables, secondary sector and tertiary sector influenced positively on income disparity districts/cities in Kedungsepur Region Central Java Province. Whereas the variables health and primary sector influenced negatively on income disparity districts/cities in Kedungsepur Region Central Java Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Generation Z, born between the 1990s and early 2010s, is a demographic group that has unique characteristics in terms of consumption behavior and technology adoption. Along with their increasing access to the internet and mobile devices, this generation shows great interest in technology-based financial solutions, including Islamic digital banks. So this study intends to find out the aspects that affect the determination of users to use Islamic digital banks in generation Z. Through quantitative research methods using basic information in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data used were 50 respondents who used Islamic digital banks. The data obtained were processed by SPSS 21.0 for windows. Data from the research show that: 1) The Security variable has a good and relevant impact on the determination of FAI UMSU students to use Islamic digital banks. The statement is based on t-test data with a value of 0.001 ≤ 0.05. This figure can show that Ha1 is approved, which of course if the insight has a good and relevant impact; 2) The Ease variable has a good impact and is relevant to the determination of FAI UMSU students to use Islamic digital banking. This statement is based on t-test data with a value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05. This figure can show that Ha2 is approved, which means that ease has a good impact and is relevant.]]>
