Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Functional Security Equipment on the Performance of Aviation Security Unit Officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport to be able to improve the performance of human resources in order to realize flight security and safety. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport from 05 December 2022 to 05 January 2023. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method. The population in this study were all Aviation Security unit officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport, totaling 80 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling and the analytical tool used in this study was simple linear regression. The results of the regression test show that the functional variable of security equipment has a positive effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the functional variable of security equipment has a significant effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers. The results of the determination test produce an adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.766. This indicates that 76.6% of the variation in the magnitude of the variation in performance variable changes can be explained by the functional variable of safety equipment and the results of the partial test show a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that the functional security equipment has an effect on performance. Keywords : functional security equipment, performance.

Abstract

The recovery of situation due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, several airports will reopen international routes. Therefore the purpose of this research is to analyze the readiness of the facilities and personnel of the aviation security unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport in the reopening of international route. This research was conducted from 5 December 2022 to 5 January 2023, at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This research used a qualitative method, including data obtained from observations at the Adi Soemarmo Airport terminal, interviews with aviation security personnel, and supporting documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Aviation Security unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport is ready for the reopening of international routes. The facilities owned are certified in accordance with KP 138 of 2018. The number of personnel available is sufficient to carry out their duties and the working hours of personnel are in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003. The obstacles experienced by personnel are that there are still several facilities that are not yet available and the need for additional personnel aviation security when there is a reopening of international routes. Abstract

Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport, Central Kalimantan, has 5 parking stands that are used for its operational activities, the direction of the parking stands has been regulated in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). In its implementation, violations occurred, namely parked aircraft that did not comply with the SOP and pilots who did not want to follow directions from AMC officers referring to the applicable SOPs. The purpose of this study was to find out the causes, impacts, and solutions of the mismatch of aircraft parking configurations at the parking stand of Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport, Central Kalimantan. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection is done by participatory observation, structured interviews and documentation. The documentation used is in the form of the applicable AMC Iskandar SOP. The research was conducted on 3 informants, namely Mr. Idi Adnan Ismail with the position of Head of Services and Services section, Mr. Wahyu Hidayat with the position of Head of AMC. And Mr. Roni Chaeruddin as an AMC officer. The validity of the data using triangulation, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study indicate that there is a cause for the mismatch of aircraft parking configurations at the Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport parking stand. In the form of violations committed by AMC officers and pilots who committed violations on purpose. This violation resulted in a negative impact, namely flight delays, as well as the feared impact of crashes between aircraft and disruption of operations. Solutions made to overcome this impact include verbal warnings to Wings Air airline pilots and giving warnings in briefings carried out with the site manager (SM) of Citilink airlines, AMC officers, and marshallers. Abstract

Working following work safety procedures is one of the safety behaviors that must be carried out at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport, to realize the company's goals, it is necessary to have a safety culture that is rooted in the organization or each - each officer. So this study aims to: (1) Determine the influence of safety culture on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo and (2) Find out how much influence safety culture has on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Airport Soemarmo Solo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a total of 33 personnel in the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data obtained was then analyzed using a simple linear regression test, the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study are (1) safety culture has a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo and (2) the influence of safety culture on safety behavior at the PKP-PK unit at the Airport Adi Soemarmo Solo by 81,6%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of students' knowledge about Islamic Banking significantly on the interest in choosing BSI products. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was students of class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan and the sample taken was 85 respondents. Sampling is carried out by probability sampling using simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire measured using a likert scale. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study partially with the t-test showed that the variables of agencies, products and locations did not have a positive and significant effect on the interest in choosing BSI products with a value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a fhitung > ftabel (18,317 > 2.48). The Rsquare value of 47.8% was determined by independent variables, while the remaining 52.2% was influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords : interest, islamic bank, knowledge.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that analyzes the influence of internal factors (total bank assets, income diversification, and capital buffers) and external factors (gross domestic gross and inflation) on the stability of Islamic banks. This research uses panel data, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2017-2021 period. The method for explaining this research is panel data regression analysis with Eviews version 9. The results of this study prove that starting from the factors of total assets, income diversification, capital buffers, gross domestic income, and inflation significantly affect the stability of Bank Syariah Indonesia. These results also prove that the independent variables consist of internal factors (bank total assets, income diversification, and capital buffers) and external factors (gross domestic product and inflation) simultaneously influencing the stability of Indonesian Islamic banks. In addition, this study also supports the charter value theory but rejects the too-big-to-fail theory. Abstract

Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 108 is an accounting standard that is used as a guide for accountants in the recognition, measurement and presentation of sharia insurance transactions. This research aims to produce financial reports that are accurate, reliable and relevant so as to make people believe in the company. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subject of this research is the administrative and financial staff of PT. Allianz, which records company transactions. Analysis that is based on the notions or facts as they are in a systematic and accurate way. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the Evaluation of Liability Reports on Insurance Contracts at PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Vision Coal MDN 138 The company accepts premium payments and develops business activities with a purely profit orientation, ignoring several syar'i prohibitions such as the elements of maisir, gharar and usury. Compliance with PSAK in sharia insurance contracts in companies that comply with financial rules according to accounting standards, despite the fact that much remains to be evaluated in terms of insurance claims. Abstract

This paper aims to investigate developments and changes in Islamic economic thought during the period 1960-1980. This period is very important in the history of Islamic economic thought because it experienced many social, political, and economic changes in the Muslim world. This study uses historical analysis methods to trace the evolution of Islamic economic thought at that time. This paper identifies several key figures and schools of thought that played an important role in developing Islamic economic thought in that period. Some of the figures studied include Sayyid Abul A'la Maududi, Sayyid Qutb, and Muhammad Baqir as-Sadr, who represent diverse views in Islamic economic thought. The results of this study indicate that the period 1960-1980 was an important period in the development of Islamic economic thought. During this period, attempts were made to combine the principles of Islamic economics with contemporary economic practices. Several schools of thought propose alternative economic models based on Islamic principles, such as an economic system based on social justice, sustainable economic development, and economic empowerment of Muslims. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the Prestasi Daya Platform Application which was introduced to Bank BTPN Syariah customers through the University Friendship Program by BTPN Syariah in supporting Bank BTPN Syariah customers, especially those who have MSME businesses in increasing customer knowledge regarding tips on entrepreneurship in the sub-district area. Pujon, Malang Regency. The research in this journal article uses the case study qualitative method because of the closeness and ease of finding accessible information related to the research being conducted and the limited time and place to conduct the research. Bank BTPN Syariah specifically created an application called the Exact Daya Platform as well as running an Internship program with the theme Friends of University Daya which aims to improve the quality of MSMEs from its customers by assigning apprentice students through gradual mentoring providing direct education to its customers regarding tips in developing its business and also supported by the introduction of the Prestasi Daya Platform Application which can be used as a means of self-learning for its customers in the future after the mentoring period is over. With the Precise Daya Platform application, it is hoped that BTPN Syariah bank customers can develop their business independently and better in the future. Abstract

The existence of Islamic banking in the midst of Indonesian community activities is one of the options in carrying out economic activities, Islamic banks that operate according to Islamic principles. One of the Islamic banks in Indonesia is Bank BTPN Syariah, in the financial sector carried out by BTPN Syariah there is one financing product that uses a murabahah contract. The agreement in question is the same as the sale and purchase contract. The financing carried out by BTPN Syariah is intended for inclusive customers who are underprivileged mothers who have not been touched by banks, so BTPN Syariah's role here is to provide financing and training in developing its customers' businesses. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is known that the application of murabahah contracts in financing at BTPN Syariah is also carried out with Wakalah contracts so that the purchase of goods is not carried out directly by the bank, but the purchase of goods is represented to the customer by the bank. So that the financing carried out by BTPN Syariah does not fully use a murabahah contract, but becomes a wakalah wal murabahah contract on "Tepat Pembiayaan Syariah" financing product.
