Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of village fund management in 2023 in Mekargalih Village based on indicators of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation as stated by Duncan in Steers (2003). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the research object “Village Fund Management”. This research collected primary and secondary data obtained through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, literature study, and documentation study. The results showed that the Village Government was able to achieve the goals and objectives of using village funds, implement the applicable legal basis, carry out socialization and consensus, manage village funds according to procedures, and optimize the use of facilities and infrastructure. However, the disbursement of village funds and village fund activities are generally implemented late. Furthermore, training activities are considered not to have a significant impact to the capacity building of village officials. In addition, village governments face challenges in managing village funds in the form of limited village apparatus capacity and low levels of village independence. Overall, the village government has fulfilled most of the effectiveness indicators. Thus, it can be concluded that village fund management has been carried out effectively by the Mekargalih Village Government, but there are aspects that need to be improved to increase the effectiveness of village fund management in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of standard operational procedures and analyze the obstacles or challenges of telephone operators at the Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers. This study uses a qualitative method. By collecting data through observation, interviews, document analysis and field notes, with a focus on the interactions and functions of telephone operators in hotels. Data analysis uses narrative analysis to produce in-depth descriptions of telephone operators' experiences and interaction patterns. The data reduction process simplifies and filters information to find the most relevant and significant findings. Interpretation of findings is carried out by connecting them with relevant theory or literature, and the results of the analysis are explained in detail in the research report. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for telephone operators at the Sheraton Bandung has been carried out successfully, which has had a positive impact on service performance and customer satisfaction. However, despite this, several areas were identified that needed to be improved to achieve a better level of consistency. The challenges and obstacles faced, both technical and non-technical, need to be resolved in order to increase overall service effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia, using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach and secondary data from 2019 to 2023. The results showed that asset quality, as measured by Net Performing Financing, proved to have a significant influence on profitability, with the coefficient value of Islamic banks in Indonesia is 0.035 and in Malaysia is 0.05. While other factors do not have a significant effect on profitability. This shows that both Islamic banks are very vulnerable to the quality of financing. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that stakeholders, such as Islamic banks and the government, can take concrete steps to improve the profitability and stability of the Islamic banking sector. Islamic banks are expected to focus on improving asset quality, managing credit risk better, and developing effective risk management strategies. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of banking credit on economic growth and social welfare. The type of research used in this research is secondary data, namely data in the form of numbers or quantitative time series. The findings in this research are that working capital credit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, investment credit has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, and credit consumption has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. This means that if working capital credit, investment credit and consumption credit increase, economic growth will also increase. And if economic growth increases, it will encourage social prosperity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji berbagai faktor pendorong belanja online dan pengaruhnya terhadap niat perilaku konsumen pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Indonesia dan juga menguji Cash on Delivery (COD) sebagai moderasi untuk meningkatkan niat perilaku konsumen berbelanja online. Pendorong belanja online diidentifikasi berdasarkan model UTAUT2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendorong belanja online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cash on delivery (COD) dan niat perilaku konsumen. Sedangkan cash on delivery (COD) memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap niat perilaku konsumen, serta tidak ada pengaruh moderasi yang berarti antara hubungan pendorong belanja online terhadap niat perilaku konsumen melalui cash on delivery (COD) sebagai variabel moderasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In running a business, sellers must be able to think about how their sales can increase every day. Likewise with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which must continue to increase their sales amidst the intense competition. Increased sales can be caused by several factors, one of which is how the seller markets his product. Digital marketing is a method that is widely used today, with various easy access offered to sellers and buyers. In this case, of course, Islamic business views on digital marketing and increasing MSME income can also be reviewed. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of digital marketing on increasing MSME income in Medan Tembung District. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples in this research was 44 respondents from MSMEs in Medan Tembung Subdistrict. Data was collected through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, partial test (t-test), coefficient of determination test. The research results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in Medan Tembung Subdistrict. Abstract

E-commerce makes it easier for people to carry out buying and selling transactions without having to expend energy so that people prefer to shop online because of the practicality that e-commerce provides. This situation provides changes in consumer behavior where people prioritize desires over needs when shopping. Tokopedia, one of the e- commerce sites, is here to provide updates for the public in carrying out shopping transactions. This encourages researchers to examine what variables influence impulse buying. The aim of this research is to find out what variables influence the impulse buying behavior of Tokopedia users. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data types. Respondents in this study were determined using the Lemeshow formula and there were 100 respondents. Testing of this research data uses multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination test and T test. The results of this study show that the three variables, namely shopping lifestyle, price discount and self control have a significant effect on the impulse buying of Tokopedia users

Abstract

This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, using field research. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of Pegadaian's involvement in enhancing the revenue of micro, small, and medium companies (UMKM) through the utilization of Shariah People's Enterprise Credit (KUR). This study employs interviews, observations, and documentation as methods for data collection. This research demonstrates the significant role of Kur Shariah Pegadaian in facilitating small and medium-sized companies (UMKM) in acquiring the necessary finance for company expansion and development. In addition, the Kur shariah pegadaian significantly boosts the profits or revenue of small and medium-sized firms (UMKM) to a far greater extent than previously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Green Accounting, Environmental Disclosure and Material Flow Cost Accounting (MFCA) on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). The population utilized is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 - 2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the sample amounted to 100 observations (20 companies for 5 years). The analysis technique utilized is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that green accounting and environmental disclosure have an effect on achieving SDGs, while MFCA has no influence on SDGs. This study has implications for manufacturing companies that implement green accounting by incurring environmental costs that will help improve the company's SDGs.

Abstract

Tourist experiences are highly dynamic when visiting sustainable tourism destinations. Their significance is the essence of the tourism product itself. Memorable experiences will make tourists feel happy, subsequently shaping the destination's image and encouraging repeat visits. This research aims to analyse tourist descriptors and typologies, tourist experiences, and formulate directions for the future development of sustainable tourism destination products. This study employs qualitative methods with a multiple case study approach and also hermeneutics in the study of tourism destinations. Findings from this research indicate that tourists visiting consist of various characteristics and are predominantly millennials and zillennials. Their visits are mostly of the allocentric and mid-centric typology, with the latter being very minimal. The experiences gained are very memorable and make tourists feel happy. However, product services need to be improved by managers as tourists still engage in minimal activity attractions. The formulation of supplementary tourism becomes a direction in the future development of spatially-based sustainable tourism destinations. The implications of this research are the development of tourism products that provide memorable experiences and happiness for allocentric tourists to shape the destination's image and also improve the local community's economy.
