Abstract

Tercatat didalam kitab suci Al Qur’an. Zakat adalah salah satu bentuk kewajiban amal yang wajib dibayar oleh seluruh umat Islam. Zakat diartikan sebagai upaya pemurnian, karena membayar zakat dianggap sebagai bentuk ibadah dan menurutnya menjadikan investasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transparansi sebagai moderasi pengaruh tingkat pendapatan dan literasi zakat terhadap minat bayar zakat melalui Baznas. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah muzakki yang pernah membayar zakat. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa tingkat pendapatan dan literasi zakat berpengaruh terhadap minat bayar zakat melalui Baznas. Transparansi sebagai variabel moderasi mampu memoderasi tingkat pendapatan dan literasi zakat terhadap minat bayar zakat melalui Baznas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Social media promotion strategies have become an important foundation for young people in making college decisions. Education is the main pillar in community development. However, with increasing competition between universities, both state and private, new challenges have emerged. Universities must continue to improve their quality in order to remain relevant and competitive in the increasingly tight education market. This study aims to determine the effect of social media promotion strategy analysis on students' decisions in choosing higher education institutions. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The study was conducted at 5 universities in Indonesia with a student population of 100 respondents. The results of this study found that social media promotion strategies on students' decisions in choosing higher education institutions.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Stikubank University Semarang at the Faculty of Economics and Business. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and self-esteem on student academic achievement. This research has a population of 1,160 students registered at the faculty of economics and business. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with criteria for students from semester 4 to semester 8. The number of samples in this research is 100 respondents. The results of this research shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has grown rapidly in customer service, including AI chatbots. Tokopedia has adopted an AI chatbot for customer service, but there are still many users who do not trust it because it lacks reliability. This study aims to examine the effect of AI chatbot dimensions on customer trust in Tokopedia, focusing on the variables of empathy response, anonymity, customization, and interaction. This research is quantitative using descriptive and causal methods, involving 437 Tokopedia user respondents through structured questionnaires. Data analysis using the SEM-PLS model with SmartPLS. The results show that empathy response, anonymity, customization, and interaction have a positive and significant influence on customer trust. In addition, empathy response, anonymity, and customization also have a positive effect on interaction. The suggestion for Tokopedia is to improve the quality of chatbots in providing empathetic responses, such as greeting users, appreciating, and validating their problems. Innovation in the aspects of empathy response, anonymity, customization, and interaction is also important. Future research could explore additional factors that influence customer trust as well as the mediating or moderating effects of certain variables.

Abstract

Packaging can manufacturers experience a quality problem, namely with product defects / defects in every production that has not reached zero defects, especially in 800 ml crab meat packaging cans which most often experience product defects. Six Sigma can be defined as a methodology that functions for process improvement that aims to minimize defect processes and improve production quality using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analize, Improve, Control) approach. So that it can be analyzed from the known problems to obtain improvement recommendations. From the results of the measurement of the data obtained that for (CTQ) Critical to Quality, the key is based on the pareto diagram, that 85% of the highest defects are in the breaking of welding. From the analysis of the causal diagram, the factors that cause product defects / defects come from machine, human, raw material, and environmental factors. Thus, recommendations can be made for appropriate corrective actions, especially providing training and direction for employees on how to work according to SOPs for checking raw materials, improving the quality standards of raw materials received, and adding appropriate lighting during the production process so that defects / production defects can be minimized.

Abstract

Village development plays an important role in improving the well-being of the people. According to the Law No. 6 of 2014 the village is the basis of development and is given the authority to regulate and manage its interests independently. It is important for the village to manage its finances effectively and optimally so that the village can plan and implement the village development programmes sustainably. However, the problem that has occurred in Sayang Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang District is the late receipt of pagu and budget information from the district/city that can hinder the budget planning process. The study aims to analyze the budget planning process in Sayang Village, Jatinangor district, Sumedang district using qualitative methods. Data was obtained through observations, interviews, and supporting documents. The results of the research showed that despite the delay in receiving pagu and budget information, Sayang Village was able to perform budget planning according to the theory (Mahsun, 2019) well at every stage. This research provides academic and practical advice to improve the budget planning process at the village level.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance (empirical study at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Lampung). The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Lampung totaling 442 employees. The sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling method, namely randomizing from a total population of 442 employees with the Slovin formula where the error limit is 5% or 211 employees as sample test respondents. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that quality of work life and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In terms of quality of work life, companies need to consider employee welfare, such as holding recreation. This can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can have a positive impact on mental health. And in business activities, companies need to provide opportunities for all employees according to their respective duties and responsibilities, thus creating work that motivates workers, achieves high job satisfaction, and produces increasingly qualified employees.

Abstract

Purchase intention is very important in knowing the behavioral intentions of consumers who are conscious in purchasing an item, especially iphone brand smartphone products. as for some studies that have mentioned the factors that influence a person's purchase intention, namely: Brand image, hedonic value and utilitarian value, attitude. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of hedonic value and utilitarian value, attitude towards Purchase Intention. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, the sample used was 50 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SEM PLS. The results of this study Hedonic value affects attitude, utilitarian value affects attitude, there is a significant effect of hedonic value and utilitarian value on purchase intention. Attitude is able to mediate the influence of hedonic value utilitarian value on purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of ability and work effort on employee performance which is mediated by management support. This type of research applies quantitative descriptive and data collection techniques from questionnaires. The sample was 60 employees of UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, and classic assumption tests, which consist of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. To test the hypothesis, use the Path Analysis and R2 tests using the SPSS Version 25 computer program. Based on the research results, it show that (1) Ability and Work Effort have a positive impact on Employee Performance at UD. Gemah Ripah Pacitan Regency. (2) Ability has a positive impact on management support but work effort does not have a positive impact on management support at UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency. (3) Management Support does not have a positive impact on employee performance at UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency. (4) Ability has a positive impact on performance but work effort does not have a positive impact on performance which is mediated by management support at UD. Gemah Ripah, Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance. The research was conducted at GERAI INDOSAT OOREDOO SEMARANG using employees from the call center digital care division as samples. Convenience sampling was the method used to select samples. Data validity testing utilized factor analysis. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27.0 software. The research results indicate that job satisfaction significantly affects employee performance. Additionally, organizational culture also plays a role in influencing employee performance, and emotional intelligence also have a significant impact on employee performance. This study contributes both theoretically and practically.
