Abstract

In attracting consumers, business owners try their best to provide everything they can to meet customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is a very important factor to ensure the survival of a company. The goal of a company is to create and retain consumers. In order for a company to develop and get satisfaction from consumers, a company must be able to provide more value to the quality provided to consumers. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction with loyalty as moderation. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers or customers who have shopped. Samples were taken from this population, and the sample selection for this study was determined by random sampling, resulting in a sample of 150 respondents. The results of this research have found that product quality and service quality influence customer satisfaction. Loyalty as a moderating variable is able to moderate the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to study and analyze problems related to supplier selection in manufacturing companies. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and literature study. Data processing uses the AHP approach. The results of data processing using the AHP method can be obtained from several alternative suppliers, namely "GA", "BS", "PO", while the criteria include quality, price and service. Then, using AHP, the results of Suppliers that are recommended to be prioritized by taking into account the three criteria are found in the first order, namely Supplier GA with a priority weight of (0.657), then the second priority order is Supplier BS with a weight of (0.237) and the third priority is Supplier PO with a weight of (0.104).

Abstract

The increasing business competition that exists requires business people to be more creative and innovative in creating new businesses and competitiveness, especially in the transportation business. Where today's people need transportation that is fast, safe, comfortable and easy to find. This research aims to determine the influence of satisfaction as a moderating influence of brand image, trust and commitment on customer loyalty of online transportation applications. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The results of this research have found that brand image, trust and commitment influence customer loyalty in online transportation applications. Satisfaction as moderation is able to moderate trust in customer loyalty of online transportation applications. However, satisfaction was not able to moderate brand image and commitment to customer loyalty of online transportation applications in this research.

Abstract

Halal tourism has become an industry that has a positive impact in both Muslim majority and minority countries. If previously this industry seemed exclusive because it was limited by something called 'haram', then halal tourism has become an attractive option because it is an activity without having to sacrifice religion by touching on 'haram' elements. This research aims to determine the influence of religiosity as a moderation and factor that influences tourists' intentions to visit halal tourism in Indonesia. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The results of this research have found that attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control influence tourists' intentions to visit halal tourism in Indonesia. Religiosity as moderation is able to moderate subjective norms regarding tourists' intentions to visit halal tourism in Indonesia. However, religiosity was not able to moderate attitude and perceived behavioral control on tourists' intentions to visit halal tourism in Indonesia in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline has on the performance of PT employees. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. The 40 respondents in this research were employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative approaches. In the research, a normality test, a simultaneous statistical test (F test) and a partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous positive influence between occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline and employee performance, with a result of 16,539 > 3.25, which means the calculated F value is greater than F Table. Meanwhile, partially, occupational health and safety (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 2,021, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 5,747, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Gold Price, Company Size, and Profitability have on Gold Pawn Financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi for the period 2021-2023. The objects of research are Gold Price (X1), Company Size (X2) Profitability (X3) and Gold Pawn Financing (Y). The research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed a relationship between Gold Price, Company Size, Profitability on Gold Pawn Financing of 0.766 the level of relationship including strong relationship criteria. Then the results of the partial test show that the price of gold has a positive and significant effect on gold pawn financing, company size has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing, profitability has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of green human resource management on environmental performance mediated by organizational commitment. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this research is employees of PT Bank Boyolali. The sample collected in this research was 73 respondents. The data used is primary data where data is obtained from respondents' answers through the questionnaire that has been given. The results of this research indicate that Green Human Resource Management does not have a significant influence on Environmental Performance. Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Environmental Performance. Organizational Commitment can mediate the relationship between Green Human Resource Management and Environmental Performance.

Abstract

The development of tourism in Indonesia is currently increasingly rapid. The development of the tourism sector provides benefits to many parties, including government, society and the private sector. This is because tourism is a sector that is considered profitable to develop as a promising asset for the surrounding community and the government. This research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the destination image, social media marketing and tourist facilities that influence interest in visiting tourism in Indonesia. The population and sample in this research were tourist visitors spread across Indonesia and there were 150 respondents. Analysis techniques using SPSS. The results of this research have found that destination image, social media marketing and tourist facilities influence interest in visiting tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract

In this modern era, all fields are required to move faster so time is considered very valuable in this era. Therefore, transportation as a tool used by humans to travel is also required to be improved so that it can be faster and more comfortable. The aim of this research is to find out whether service quality influences consumer satisfaction when ordering long-distance train tickets via the KAI Access application. The data collection method used in this research is by using a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that is carried out by giving a set of questions or statements to consumers or users of the KAI Access application. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive analysis, simple regression and coefficient of determination. The research results show that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction when ordering train tickets via the KAI Access application. This is known from the results of the t test where the t count of 9.017 is greater than the t table value of 1.984 or can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Financial literacy can be generally defined as a person's ability to understand, analyze, manage and communicate personal finances. Technological advances can have an impact on people's financial behavior. So financial literacy in this era of sophisticated digital technology and virtualization is very important for society, so digital financial literacy needs to be understood by the public. Digital financial literacy (DFL) is financial literacy in the form of digital financial technology. Demographic factors also influence financial behavior in society. Demographic factors can have an influence because the older you get, the more experience you have, including your financial intelligence, which also increases. This research used a sample of 125 respondents and obtained data from the results of a questionnaire distributed using the Likert scale assessment method. The analysis method uses structuralEquation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. The results of this research conclude that Digital Financial Literacy (DFL) has been proven to have a good and significant effect on the financial behavior of the people of Gresik City. And educational demographics are proven to have a good and significant effect in moderating the influence of DFL on financial behavior.
