Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of company size, asset growth, asset tangibility, leverage, board of directors, and sales expenses on the financial performance of companies operating in the food and beverage consumption industry sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the specified time period. starting from 2021-2023. By using a quantitative approach, this research succeeded in analyzing secondary data originating from 38 companies operating in the food and beverage consumption industry sector which have been declared to meet certain criteria. The results obtained from multiple linear regression analysis state that simultaneously, the six independent variables produce a significant influence on financial performance. Partially, company size and board of directors have a negative and significant influence on financial performance. Meanwhile, asset growth and asset tangibility have a positive and insignificant influence on financial performance. Leverage has an insignificant negative influence on financial performance. Meanwhile, sales expenses have a positive and significant influence on financial performance. The results obtained in this research reveal that operational strategies and resource management must be prioritized in order to achieve optimal financial performance in the consumption industry sector which operates in the food and beverage sector. It is hoped that carrying out this research can contribute to the literature regarding factors that can influence the financial performance of the food and beverage sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the outcomes of applying Islamic economic principles to digital gold trading on the MetalGO app. The study employed a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, supplemented by descriptive quantitative methods involving interviews with four key informants: Islamic economists, app developers, and two users. Data collected included both primary (interview narratives) and secondary (literature review) sources, which were analyzed using qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques. The findings indicate that MetalGO is compliant with Islamic principles in its online gold trading operations, allowing users to purchase gold according to Shariah law. The app enables users to acquire physical possession of gold starting from 10,000 units, which can be delivered to their specified address upon request. Despite being an online gold trading platform, MetalGO adheres to Islamic economic principles such as Ekonomi Illayah, Ekonomi Rabbaniyah, and sma’ or asma’ wa sifat.

Abstract

Tokma is a company operating in the retail sector. This research aims to analyze how much influence service quality and shopping experience have on customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method, data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Tokma Kondang consumers. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and the sampling method applied is Accidental Sampling using the Lemesshow formula to determine the number of samples. The number of samples was 120 visitors to Tokma Kondang. The results of this research show that service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction by 7,001, the correlation coefficient of shopping experience on customer satisfaction shows an influence of 10,180, the correlation coefficient of service quality and shopping experience on customer satisfaction is 201,089 and analysis of service quality and shopping experience simultaneously influence customer satisfaction by 77.1%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of knowledge and compliance on K3. This research was carried out at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing West Java. The research method is descriptive quantitative verification with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS25 calculations. The population consists of employees of at the packing shop, totaling 102 individuals. Using Slovin's formula with a 5% significance level, 81 respondents were selected. The sampling method applied random sampling techniques based on the criteria for permanent and contract employees. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that, knowledge with a score of 200 is in the high category, compliance with a score of 174 is quite high, while, K3 with a score of 206 is in the good category, knowledge partially has a very significant positive effect with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 while tcount is 4.813 > from t table 1.988 on K3, compliance has a very significant positive effect with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 while tcount is 3.154 > T table 1.988 towards K3, Simultaneously, knowledge and compliance have an effect on K3 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and fcount 93,078 > f table 3.09. Meanwhile, the determination value is 0.751 or 75.1%, while the remaining 0.239 or 23.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which the promotion and brand image of the car repair shop influence purchasing decisions. The study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents via Google Form. Data includes instrument analysis to assess validity and reliability, classical assumption tests such as normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests, hypothesis tests such as t-tests and F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and calculating the coefficient of determination. This provides results that promotion and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Producing a contribution value of promotion variables and brand image variables to purchasing decisions of 68.8% to purchasing decisions..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Compensation and managerial support on employee job satisfaction at CV. Indo Bata Beton. The method used is a quantitative approach, including several linear regression tests and classical assumption tests. The sample size consists of 36 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents, using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27 software. The results of the study show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at CV. Indo Bata Beton, both partially and simultaneously, while managerial support does not significantly affect job satisfaction. However, Compensation and Managerial Support can predict the level of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe human relations, physical work environment, and work ethic. Then to analyze the effect of human relations, physical work environment on employee work ethic at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri Sukabumi Regency. This study uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The population is all employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri totaling 58 people using saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, the measurement of this study using a semantic differential scale. In this research analysis technique, namely using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, research model testing (F test), and hypothesis testing (T test). Based on the results of the study, it is obtained that the relationship between the variables of Human Relations and the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.874, including the criteria for a very strong relationship, the magnitude of the influence of Human Relations on Work Ethic is 0.667, and the magnitude of the influence of the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.615 or 76.4% while the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The sharia insurance industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia, but the management of insurance claims still faces challenges related to the effectiveness of accounting information systems. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of accounting information systems in the management of sharia insurance claims. The research method used is a case study at one of the leading Shariah insurance companies. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the accounting information system used has been quite effective in supporting the process of sharia insurance claims. However, there are some aspects that need to be improved, such as system integration, data quality, and compliance with Sharia principles. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of accounting information systems include improving the functionality of systems, improving procedures, as well as enhancing the competence of human resources. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve the performance of sharia insurance companies and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education plays a major role in increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Because entrepreneurs create jobs for other in addition to themselves, the unemployment rate may decline as their numbers rise. Students must therefore be ready for entrepreneurship. Understanding the entrepreneurial mindset and preparedness of SMKN Sukaresik students is the aim of this study. The study discovered that while unemployment is rising, students are not as prepared for entrepreneurship. This result from the inadequate application of entrepreneurship education in the educational setting. The purpose of the study was to determine how education affected the entrepreneurial readiness of SMKN Sukaresik students. This study combined descriptive and verification methods with quantitative method. The research population consisted of 102 SMKN Sukaresik online business and marketing majors. The Slovin formula was used to generate a sample of 50 responders. The findings demonstrated that entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on SMKN Sukaresik students’ entrepreneurial readiness. A coefficient of determination of 0,555 indicates that entrepreneurship education has a 55,5% impact on entrepreneurial readiness, while 44,5% is attributable to other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

This research analyzes and formulates the business strategy of PT XYZ using the Business Model Canvas to enhance and innovate in the logistics industry. The focus of the study is to identify logistics challenges, analyze the business model, develop business strategies, and provide policy recommendations to improve PT XYZ's competitiveness and operational efficiency. This research incorporates SWOT, PESTLE, and Porter’s Five Forces analyses in evaluating the nine building blocks of the Business Model Canvas. As a result, 26 strategies were developed, consisting of 9 SO strategies, 4 ST strategies, 6 WO strategies, and 6 WT strategies. Through focus group discussions and member checks, 9 priority strategies were identified and categorized into three approaches: short-term, medium-term, and long-term. The short-term strategies include offering competitive pricing packages, adopting innovative technology, and strengthening relationships with business partners. The medium-term strategies emphasize communication integration through social media and improving service quality. The long-term strategies focus on expanding the partner network and building innovative and sustainable partnerships. The implementation of the nine building blocks in the Business Model Canvas demonstrates PT XYZ's comprehensive adaptation to market dynamics and operational challenges, with the ultimate goal of strengthening its market position and supporting the company's sustainable growth.
