Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of financial inclusivity in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia during the period 2021Q1–2023Q4 using the Index of Financial Inclusion (IFI) method. The data used includes the amount of third-party funds (DPK) of Islamic banking, the number of Islamic banking service offices, the number of population, the amount of financing, and the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) per quarter. The data was obtained from the Sharia Banking Statistical Report released by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesian Statistical Report, and the Provincial GDP Report. The results of the study show that the average accessibility dimension has a relatively low value of 0.07, with an average actual value of IDR 1,890,000,000 per 1,000 residents. The availability dimension is also low with an average index of 0.05, indicating that only one unit of Islamic banking service office is available for every 100,000 residents. Meanwhile, the utilization dimension recorded an index of 0.13 which was also low, although the average actual value reached Rp137.7 billion in the form of financing. Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province (NAD) stands out with a usage index of 0.92 and an average financing of Rp944.95 billion, showing a high level of Islamic financial inclusion. This research underscores the importance of increasing financial literacy, expanding service networks, and digital innovation in encouraging more equitable Islamic financial inclusivity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tana Toraja Regency is one of the areas in South Sulawesi province that still faces poverty problems. Tana Toraja is a district whose poverty level is seventh out of a total of 24 districts/cities in South Sulawesi. This research aims to analyze the impact of HDI, AK, and P on poverty levels using time series data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Tana Toraja and South Sulawesi. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method via Eviews 12 software. The results showed that HDI had a negative and insignificant relationship with poverty levels, which means that improving people's quality of life can reduce poverty levels., Labor Force showed a relationship positive and significant, indicating that increasing the number of the workforce has a direct impact on reducing poverty. Meanwhile, Unemployment has a positive and significant relationship, indicating that high levels of unemployment contribute to increasing poverty. Overall, these three variables together have a significant relationship to the level of poverty in Tana Toraja, underscoring the need for integrated policies in poverty alleviation efforts in this area.

Abstract

Inflation is the process of continuously increasing the prices of general goods. An increase in the price of just one or two goods is not called inflation, unless the increase extends to (or results in an increase in) most of the prices of other goods. This research aims to analyze the influence of Money Supply (M2) and Interest Rates on Inflation in Indonesia, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this research state that partially the Money Supply (M2) has a positive but not significant effect on inflation, the Interest Rate has a negative and significant effect on inflation. Then simultaneously the Money Supply (M2) and the Interest Rate together have a significant influence on Inflation.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the communication strategies used by dormitory caregivers in facilitating the mastery of foreign languages ​​by students at the At-Tibyan Tanjung Morawa Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. This research also aims to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of these communication strategies in the Islamic boarding school environment. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The findings show that the At-Tibyan Islamic Boarding School is not only an educational institution that shapes character and morality, but also a place where the younger generation can master world knowledge through mastering foreign languages. The communication strategies implemented by the dormitory caregivers have proven to be effective and have resulted in students' achievements in the field of language. However, dormitory caregivers continue to carry out evaluations to correct deficiencies in language mastery.

Abstract

The film Negeri 5 Menara is a popular and frequently watched movie among students at Tarbiyatus Shibyan Islamic Boarding School in Bagan Batu. This research aims to determine the influence of watching Negeri 5 Menara on the learning motivation of students at Tarbiyatus Shibyan Islamic Boarding School, Bagan Batu. This study employs a quantitative associative approach with a causal relationship. The population consists of 414 individuals, while the sample size is 80 individuals, selected using Random Sampling. Data analysis utilizes the Product Moment correlation, aided by the SPSS application. The analysis reveals a positive and significant influence of variable X (watching the film Negeri 5 Menara) on variable Y (learning motivation). This is evident in the coefficient value at a 5% significance level, with r = 0.413, indicating a moderately strong correlation. The contribution of watching Negeri 5 Menara to learning motivation is 17.05%, while the remaining 82.95% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

CV. Dunia Walet Kapinis as one of the companies in the field of selling and washing swallow nests that is developing in the Jasinga district, requires a lot of information technology support because this company still uses a manual salary increase system. CV. Dunia Walet Kapinis continues to strive to improve the quality and quality of its performance. It is felt that there is an inaccuracy in the results of the assessment of employee salary increases from the current system such as calculating employee salary increases, making employee salary increase reports which are still being done manually, resulting in inaccurate results. In the proposed system, namely a decision support system for salary increases on CV. Dunia Walet Kapinis uses the simple additive weighting (saw) method, where in the application there are employee data, employee ratings, and the final results of employee assessments to determine how much the employee's salary increase will be. Abstract

This research aims to develop a Management Information System for Extension Officers at the Jombang Regency Agriculture Office to overcome the obstacles faced in data management and extension reporting that were previously done manually. The designed information system enables more accurate, easy-to-use, and real-time data management, making it easier for extension officers to carry out administrative tasks and increase agricultural productivity. The system also supports the Agriculture Office in monitoring and evaluating extension performance more optimally, as well as strengthening decision-making in agricultural management in Jombang Regency. The results show that the implementation of this system not only improves the work efficiency of extension officers, but also provides an easily accessible solution to improve services and sustainability of the agricultural sector in the area. Recommendations for future research include the integration of the latest technology, improvement of the user interface, and regular system testing and evaluation to ensure the performance and reliability of the system on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The coil function to convert low voltage into high voltage, which produces a spark in the spark plug. This is important for efficient combustion. In this experimental research, we analyzed the effect of comparing standard coils, imitation coils and racing coils on the performance of motorbikes with an engine capacity of 160 cc. Performance tests are carried out using the Dyno Test tool to measure torque, power and motor acceleration. In terms of torque performance (Nm), data showed that the highest performance was found in tests with a standard coil of 34.16 Nm, while the racing coil was 29.79 Nm and the imitation coil was 26.50 Nm. In terms of power performance (HP), data was obtained that the highest performance was found in tests with a racing coil of 24.5 HP, while the standard coil was 23.1 HP and the imitation coil was 21.6 HP. In terms of acceleration performance (s), data shows that motorbike acceleration using a standard coil to reach peak performance or speed (topspeed) takes 6.34 seconds, a racing coil takes 5.64 seconds and an imitation coil takes 5.82 seconds.

Abstract

Library spatial planning plays a crucial role in creating comfort and supporting the reading culture of users. This study examines the optimization of the spatial arrangement of the Jusuf Kalla Library at UIII to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and the appeal of reading spaces. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research evaluates zoning, lighting, circulation, and ease of access to collections and supporting facilities. The results indicate that natural lighting, clear zoning, and digital technology integration can enhance user comfort. Flexible zoning allows users to choose spaces according to their needs, whether for individual study or group discussions. However, limitations in accessibility, space efficiency, and operational hours remain challenges. As a solution, this study recommends optimizing spatial planning through a more dynamic design, improved accessibility, and the utilization of smart technology to enrich user experiences. This optimization is expected to serve as a model for modern libraries that are more functional and attractive.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in the industrial sector, necessitates innovative educational tools to enhance students' practical skills. One crucial aspect of technical education is microcontroller programming, which is fundamental in the development of automation and IoT-based systems. However, conventional learning methods, which rely heavily on theoretical instruction and simulations, present challenges in understanding abstract microcontroller programming concepts. This study aims to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based microcontroller trainer to support practical learning for students at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The study includes needs analysis, prototype design using simulation tools, hardware development, validation by experts, and a practicality test involving students. Validation results indicate that media experts rated the trainer at 93.08%, while material experts provided an average rating of 83.85%, categorizing the trainer as highly valid. Furthermore, student practicality tests resulted in a 90.36% feasibility score, confirming the trainer's effectiveness in enhancing students' understanding of microcontroller programming. These findings suggest that the developed IoT-based microcontroller trainer is a viable educational tool that aligns with industry demands and modern learning methodologies.
