Abstract

The spider-web concept is utilized as a metaphor to understand the interconnectedness of various aspects of human life in Islamic Guidance and Counseling, encompassing spiritual, emotional, social, and psychological dimensions. This study aims to analyze the relevance of this concept as a foundational framework in Islamic-based counseling. Employing library research methods, the study reveals that the concept supports a holistic approach emphasizing the importance of life balance and integration of life aspects to achieve individual harmony and well-being. The spider-web concept is proposed as a relevant approach to address the complexities of modern life.

Abstract

The Ahmadiyya missionary movement is an interesting socio-religious phenomenon to study, especially in the context of its community organization in spiritual and social missions. Since its establishment in 1889 by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad in Qadian, India, Ahmadiyah has experienced various reactions, both positive and negative, among the community, particularly among Muslims. This research aims to explore the organizational structure of Ahmadiyah, which includes various communities such as Ansharullah, Lajnah Imaillah, and Khuddam, as well as the missionary strategies they implement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a library study approach. The research results show that Ahmadiyah not only focuses on the dissemination of Islamic teachings but also commits to social activities aimed at improving the quality of life in the community. The missionary activities carried out through these communities reflect the integration of spiritual values and social actions aimed at building a better understanding of Islam in society.

Abstract

The crime of trafficking in persons, especially in sexual exploitation, is still common in Indonesia. So that the existence of this criminal act injures the ethics of life which has been implied in the TAP MPR RI Number VI / MPR / 2001, also considering that the victims, who are mostly women and children, need legal protection from a victimology perspective. So from here the writer wants to discuss about knowing the criminal law policy of sexual exploitation in Indonesia and analyzing the policy from a victimology perspective. The method used by the author is normative juridical by reviewing the current criminal law policy on child sexual exploitation as well as how the viewpoint is from a victimological perspective. In the regulation of the crime of trafficking in persons in Law Number 21 of 2007, there are three main elements, namely the recruitment / sending / acceptance of persons, the existence of coercion or threats, and finally the goal is to lead to sexual exploitation or other forms. And in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection it also regulates this and the two regulations regulate slightly different protection. In the victimology of legal protection from the law on trafficking in persons, it is more repressive in nature, while the child protection law has preventive and repressive stages and the second punishment given to the perpetrator is also severe for the justice of the victim.

Abstract

The planning of educators and educational staff is a critical aspect in efforts to improve the quality of education at various levels, including at MTs Tarbiyatul Huda, Desa Jenggawah. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing HR planning, the processes carried out, and the planning system implemented at the school. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including interviews, direct observation, and document studies. The findings show that HR planning at MTs Tarbiyatul Huda is influenced by academic needs, the competencies of educators and educational staff, financial support, government policies, technological changes, and collaboration between the school and its foundation. The HR planning process includes needs analysis, recruitment, continuous training, placement, and performance evaluation. Additionally, a competency-based and data-driven planning system is utilized to ensure the availability of qualified educators and staff. This article underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration and long-term HR development to sustain the quality of education. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for HR planning in similar educational institutions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between strategic control, innovation, and entrepreneurship in organizations based on an Islamic economic perspective, with a focus on its implementation in da'wah institutions. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, this study collected secondary data from relevant literature such as current books and journals. The results show that strategic control in Islamic economics is not only based on managerial procedures, but also sharia values such as tawhid, amanah, and maqashid sharia. Islamic innovation emphasizes the principles of maslahah, blessings, and creativity in accordance with Islamic teachings, while Islamic entrepreneurship integrates a balance between profit, social benefits, and the application of Islamic business ethics. This integration between strategic control, innovation, and entrepreneurship creates an Islamic business ecosystem that is sustainable, provides benefits to society, and is able to compete globally. This research contributes to providing insights into Islamic values-based managerial models that are relevant to contemporary challenges, including digitalization and sustainability.

Abstract

Bullying cases often occur in schools and in the community, so this needs to be handled so that it does not continue. The role of Islamic religious education and teachers' efforts is crucial in dealing with bullying using an Islamic values ​​approach, therefore this research aims to analyze PAI teachers' efforts in preventing bullying using an Islamic values ​​approach. This research uses library research. The collection technique collects relevant studies from various scientific articles, books, and reading sources relevant to the topic. The theories obtained were studied practically and presented in this article. This study presents an analysis of the causes of bullying, the role of Islamic religious education teachers, and efforts to play the role of Islamic religious education as a basis for preventing bullying.

Abstract

The results of observation, memorization of Hadith Arba'in at MIS Darul 'Ilmi that out of 16 students in the 2022/2023 school year, only 63% or around 10 students and 78% in 2023/2024 managed to reach the target of memorizing 15 Hadith, this shows a significant difference between what is expected and what actually happens. The purpose of the research is to study and evaluate extracurricular management at MIS Darul 'Ilmi thoroughly and in depth. This research is quantitative with a correlational descriptive design. The research was conducted at MIS Darul 'Ilmi, Karang Jaya, Teras Terunjam. The population was all grade VI students with saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires, tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the research obtained on the presence or absence of the influence of extracurricular management on memorizing Hadith Arba'in there is a positive and significant relationship and influence, which is 37.21%. This means that in extracurricular activities management is needed and plays an important role in the implementation process in terms of planning to evaluation.

Abstract

The observation that less than 50% of youth are involved in DKM programs shows a significant social shift. This study has a strategic objective to explore in depth the role of DKM Al-Muttaqin in efforts to generate religious fervor and participation of the younger generation. This research is quantitative with survey method. The population was all teenagers with random sampling technique. Data collection used observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The analysis technique is simple linear regression. The results showed that the Al-Muttaqin DKM program was in the moderate category or 69.23%, and teenagers' interest in the DKM program was also in the moderate category with the same proportion. This study found a significant influence between the DKM program and teenagers' interest, as evidenced by the correlation value r_(xy) of 0.292, where the factors that influence teenagers' interest include activities such as congregational prayers, the implementation of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), joint religious activities, community service to clean the mosque, and joint Al-Qur'an reading activities that can include teenagers in the DKM program.

Abstract

The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach has been proven effective in helping individuals overcome various psychological issues. In the context of Islamic counseling, integrating CBT with Islamic values offers a holistic solution that addresses both psychological and spiritual aspects of clients. This approach employs cognitive restructuring and behavioral modification techniques combined with Islamic principles such as muhasabah (self-reflection), tawakkal (trust in God), and worship practices. This study demonstrates that the application of Islam-based CBT enhances counseling effectiveness, particularly for Muslim clients, as it aligns with their cultural and religious beliefs. However, the success of this approach relies on counselors proficient in both aspects. With the development of a more structured Islamic CBT counseling model and increased public awareness, this approach holds significant potential for broader implementation.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation in the management of student graduates at SMPN 1 Sangatta Utara, which successfully graduated all its students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation with the main informants, principals, deputy principals for curriculum, student affairs, and teachers. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation, and analysis was carried out descriptively. The research results show that management functions are implemented effectively: 1) Planning is carried out through coordination meetings to prepare integrated programs without disturbing the main schedule. 2) Organization is carried out by the school principal giving authority to the deputy head of curriculum to appoint the person in charge of the program. 3) Implementation involves technology-based learning, increasing academic competence, and routine religious formation. (4) Evaluations are carried out periodically to measure program effectiveness and identify obstacles. This research concludes that the application of management functions supports the success of improving the quality of graduates. Recommendations are aimed at strengthening collaboration between related parties for program sustainability
