Al-Amwal: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Perbankan Syariah is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Islamic Banking Syariah Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Abstract

Abstrak Lima kriteria penentu kualitas jasa pelayanan yaitu reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, dan tangible dalam hubungannya dengan kepuasan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba menggunakan tiga variabel yang diungkapkan oleh Fish T. A, C. J Brown, K. Cannizaro dan B. Naftal yaitu  physical facilities,  guest relations programs dan clinical quality assurance sebagai variabel penentu patient satisfaction.Physical facilities, guest relations programs dan clinical quality assurance  secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa pelayanan rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Pertamina Cilacap yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa F hitung sebesar 103,7197 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,7253.  78,35 persen tingkat kepuasan yang diperoleh pengguna pelayanan jasa rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit pertamina Cilacap dipengaruhi oleh variable-variabel diatas, sedangkan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti terhadap kepuasan pengguna pelayanan jasa rawat inap pada rumah sakit Pertamina Cilacap adalah sebesar  46,53 persen.   Guest relations programs secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa pelayanan rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Pertamina Cilacap yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa koefisien jalur untuk  guest relations programs  sebesar 0,4298 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan koefisien jalur untuk physical facilities sebesar 0,2847 dan clinical quality assurance  sebesar  0,3403. Secara ekonomi dapat diartikan bahwa  guest relations programs  yang diperoleh pengguna pelayanan jasa secara langsung akan dapat berpengaruh pada kepuasan pasien sebesar 18,47 persen sedangkan pengaruh melalui hubungannya dengan  physical facilities sebesar 7,82 persen dan pengaruh melalui hubungannya dengan clinical quality assurance  sebesar  7,25 persen sehingga total guest relations programs akan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna pelayanan jasa rawat inap sebesar 33,54 persen.      Kata kunci:    physical facilities, guest relations programs, clinical quality assurance  Abstract Five criteria of service quality determinants are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible in relation to satisfaction. In this study the author tries to use three variables expressed by Fish T. A, C. J Brown, K. Cannizaro and B. Naftal are physical facilities, guest relations programs and clinical quality assurance as variable determinant of patient satisfaction. Physical facilities, guest relations programs and clinical quality assurance jointly have a significant influence on the satisfaction of users of inpatient services at Pertamina Hospital Cilacap as evidenced by the results of calculations that show that F arithmetic of 103.7197 is greater than F table of 2.7253. 78,35 percent satisfaction level obtained by user of inpatient service at Pertamina Hospital of Cilacap influenced by the above variables, while the influence of other variable not examined to the satisfaction of user of service of inpatient at Pertamina hospital of Cilacap is equal to 46,53 percent. Guest relations programs partially have the most influence on the level of satisfaction of inpatient service users at Pertamina Hospital Cilacap as evidenced by the results of calculations indicating that the path coefficient for guest relations programs of 0.4298 is greater than the path coefficient for physical facilities of 0.2847 and clinical quality assurance of 0.3403. Economically, it can be interpreted that guest relations programs obtained by service users will directly affect the patient satisfaction of 18.47 percent while the influence through its relationship with physical facilities of 7.82 percent and the influence through its relationship with clinical quality assurance of 7.25 Percent so that total guest relations programs will be able to affect the user satisfaction rate of inpatient services by 33.54 percent.  Key words: physical facilities, guest relations programs, clinical Quality assurance

Abstract

AbstractThis study seeks to analyze in more depth and specifics how al-Shafi'i's biography and the epistimology of his fiqh, ijtihad and istinbath, how the development of qiyas and his thinking changed from qaul qodim to qaul jadid, and how his thought was implemented in the field of sharia economics and finance. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection methods in the form of librarianship or literature review. This type of research is research. The implementation of the Qiyas method in the field of sharia economics and finance is as in sharia law, which is very relevant to the concept of shirkah according to Indonesian law, the prohibition of selling and buying orders (salam) online with a mystery box, the legal validity of the legal agreement/transaction of buying and selling via digital messages or similar communication media, and the equalization of zakat distribution to asnaf zakat.Keywords: Imam Syafi’i, Islamic Economy, Islamic Sharia, Qaul Jadid, Qaul Qadim. AbstrakPenelitian ini berupaya membedah lebih dalam dan spesifik tentang bagaimana biografi al-Syafi’i dan dasar epistimologi fiqihnya, ijtihad dan istinbath-nya, bagaimana pengembangan qiyas dan perubahan pemikirannya dari qaul qodim menuju qaul jadid, dan bagaimana implementasi pemikiran beliau dalam bidang ekonomi dan keuangan syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa kepustakaan atau literature review. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian. Implementasi metode Qiyas dalam bidang ekonomi dan keuangan syariah adalah seperti dalam akad syirkah yang sangat relevan dengan konsep syirkah sesuai UU di Indonesia, larangan jual beli pesanan (salam) secara online dengan mystery box, keabsahan hukum akad/transaksi wakalah jual beli melalui via pesan digital atau media komunikasi sejenisnya, dan penyamarataan pembagian zakat kepada asnaf zakat.Kata kunci: Ekonomi Islam, Imam Syafi’i, Qaul Jadid, Qaul Qadim, Syariah Islam.

Abstract

AbstrakPT Bank Syari’ah Mandiri yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa keuangan memiliki tujuan agar dapat menjadi sektor usaha yang dapat menjadi perusahaan jasa yang bermutu tinggi dan profesional. Oleh karena itu, penulis dituntut untuk mempu menilai kondisi dan perkembangan PT Bank Syari’ah Mandiri melalui analisis rasio laporan keuangan agar dapat mengetahui apakah PT Bank Syari’ah Mandiri dapat mempertahankan keberadaaan perusahaan dan mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan perusahaan ditengah pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin pesat dan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Analisis rasio laporan keuangan yang lazim digunakan adalah analisis rasio likuiditas atau rasio modal kerja, analisis rasio solvabilitas, dan analisis rasio profitabilitas. Analisis rasio likuiditas merupakan rasio yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek perusahaan. Dari hasil  analisis kinerja keuangan dan permodalan diatas, maka dapat disimpukan bahwa Bank Syariah Mandiri adlah bank yang sangat sehat dari sisi permodalan dan stabil dalam posisi likkuiditas, solvabilitas maupun profitabilitasnyaKata Kunci : Analisis, Kinerja, Keuangan, Modal dan BSM.

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy in Islamic financial institutions in the city of Pekanbaru, from the data revealed that the level of Islamic financial literacy of Indonesian Islamic bank customers, can be stated in good condition and high interest in using Islamic financial services, this is stated in the results of the study with an average the average level of Islamic financial literacy is in the good category (3.8). The data reveals that from Sharia financial literacy on knowledge, trust and skills, it reveals that the data reveals the level of public trust is also classified as good/high. This research was conducted on customers of Indonesian Islamic banks in Pekanbaru city. The type of this research is qualitative research.Keywords: Islamic Financial Literacy

Abstract

ABSTRAKSektor pembangunan di bidang ekonomi merupakan masalah sentral dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Ia dapat dikatakan sebagai tulang punggung atau bahkan jantung dari kehidupan suatu negara. Tanpa didukung oleh ekonomi yang kuat, mustahil suatu negara dapat melaksanakan pembangunan-pembangunan di bidang yang lain secara baik dan sempurna.Perkembangan perekonomian pada masa pemerintahan Dinasti Umayyah secara umum sudah mulai meningkat dibanding dengan masa sebelumnya. Meningkatnya perekonomian yang membawa kepada kemakmuran rakyat pada dinasti ini, sebenarnya tidak terlepas  dari kebijaksanaan-kebijaksanaan yang dilakukan khalifah, di samping dukungan masyarakat terhadap kebijaksanaan-kebijaksanaan tersebut.Dalam masa permulaan pemerintahan Bani Abbasiyyah, pertumbuhan ekonomi (economic growth) dikatakan cukup stabil dan menunjukkan angka vertikal. Devism negara berlimpah-limpah, uang masuk lebih banyak dari pada pengeluaran.  Khalifah al-Mansur merupakan tokoh ekonom Abbasiyyah yang telah mampu meletakkan dasar-dasar yang kuat dalam bidang ekonomi dan keuangan negara. Keutamaan al-Mansur dalam menguatkan dasar Daulah Abbasiyyah dengan ketajaman pikiran, disiplin, dan adil adalah sama halnya dengan Khalifah Umar ibn Khattab dalam menguatkan Islam. Kata Kunci : Bani Umayah, Bani Abbasiyah, Ekonomi dan Administrasi

Abstract

This article aims to analyse Indonesia's policy of joining China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) through a perspective of distribution in Islamic economics. The BRI project is one of the agendas of the Chinese government to expand economic hegemony in the international market. At the same time, the Indonesian government has a national development priority program (PSN). However, the state's finite financial condition and the stagnation of economic growth became an obstacle for the Indonesian government to realize the domestic infrastructure projects. Therefore, the Indonesian government requires a source of capital other than the state budget. One of the steps taken by the Indonesian government is to become part of BRI. Behalf of these difficulties and opportunities, how Islamic economics argue the Indonesian government policy especially on distribution perspective. To address the question, this article utilizes descriptive qualitative methods and the theory of distribution of Islamic economics. It was found that the Indonesian government's infrastructure policy is in line with the spirit of Islamic distribution to reduce income disparity by providing equal access to infrastructure for the communities. Beside BRI's open access and integration to regional countries and supported by the needs of China's domestic industrial raw materials, Indonesia is predicted to be the largest exporter of raw materials. The need to export these raw materials will also tend to be exploitative and contrary to Islamic principles. Therefore, to tackle that, this article recommends the formulation of policies that encourage an expansive domestic industry so that Indonesia is not only an exporter of raw materials but also an exporter of goods and services.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini berupaya menelaah contagion effect antara emerging market kepada developed market dengan menggunakan model DCC MGARCH dalam konteks krisis keuangan Asia 1998 dengan Thailand dan Indonesia sebagai negara benchmark. Hasil empiris pada penelitian ini memperlihatkan pada kondisi krisis Thailand dengan sepuluh negara maju dan berkembang menunjukkan adanya contagion effect di empat negara. Sedangkan pada saat  krisis di Indoneisa walaupun pencetusnya dari Thailand, justru memiliki efek yang lebih menyeluruh yaitu hanya satu dari sembilan negara yang tidak menunjukkan signifikansinya yaitu Malaysia. Kata kunci : Contagion effect, DCC MGARCH AbstractThis article attempts to examine the contagion effect between emerging markets and the developed market using the DCC MGARCH model in the context of the 1998 Asian financial crisis with Thailand and Indonesia as a benchmark country. The empirical results of this study show the conditions of Thailand's crisis with ten developed countries and Growing shows the existence of a contagion effect in four countries. While at the time of crisis in Indonesia though the originator of Thailand, it has a more comprehensive effect that is only one of the nine countries that do not show the significance of Malaysia. Keywords: Contagion effect, DCC MGARCH

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of business credit, management capital, and spiritual values on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the Teunom sub-district. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the quantitative method for this research. The research population included 115 respondents who were SMEs and KUR recipients at BSI KCP Teunom, and data were collected through a questionnaire. The findings revealed that people's business credit and spiritual values had a significant and positive impact on the performance of MSMEs. However, management capital did not affect the performance of MSMEs. The study strongly suggests that increasing the religiosity value of the community towards the funds received could lead to an increase in people's business loans.InsertRephraseImprove itShorten itSound confidentMore

Abstract

AbstrakProduksi adalah proses mencari, mengalokasikan dan mengelola sumber daya menjadi output dalam rangka meningkatkan dan memberi mashlahah bagi manusia Sehingga faktor utama yang dominan dalam produksi adalah kualitas dan kuantitas manusia, sistem atau prasarana  (modal dan teknologi) serta manajemen dalam  industri tersebut. Faktor-faktor tersebut sangat mendukung dalam Perkembangan suatu industri. Dengan didukungnya pengelolaan usaha yang baik serta ditopang modal yang memadai dan tersedianya tenaga kerja yang terampil, sangat diperlukan oleh sebuah industri agar dapat melakukan operasinya dan tidak menghambat proses produksinya. Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of psychological empowerment and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BRI Syariah Bandung City both partially and together.               This research uses descriptive as well as verification methods. The study was conducted on 77 employees of PT. BRI Syariah Bandung City, Sampling is done using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.               The findings of this study are that psychological empowerment and organizational culture partially or jointly have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, the determinant value obtained was 0.883, this means that psychological empowerment and organizational culture were able to explain job satisfaction worth 88.3%. Meanwhile, 11.7% was caused by other factors. Keywords: Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Culture, Job SatisfactionÂ
