Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the picture of parental attention, learning motivation, learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? and is there a significant relationship between parental attention and learning motivation with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the picture of parental attention, learning motivation, learning activity and the relationship between parental attention and learning motivation with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study was all students of the upper class at UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency, totaling 54 students. The sample in the study was 54 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of parental attention showing a very high category and learning motivation showing a very high category with learning activity showing a high category and parental attention and learning motivation having a significant relationship to student learning activity, especially in the upper class of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the description of class management, learning motivation, and learning quality at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency? and is there a significant relationship between class management and learning motivation with the quality of learning at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency? This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the description of class management, learning motivation, learning quality and the relationship between class management and learning motivation with the quality of learning at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study were all high-class students at UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency, totaling 30 students. The sample in the study amounted to 30 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of class management showing a very high category and learning motivation showing a very high category with learning quality showing a very high category and class management and learning motivation have a significant relationship to the quality of student learning, especially in the high class of UPT SDN 238 Ujung Tanah, Mare District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with a correlational design that aims to determine whether or not there is a Relationship between Principal Leadership and Work Motivation with Teacher Discipline of Elementary School Cluster 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were teachers of Elementary School Cluster 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, while the sample in this study was 30 teachers, namely elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires and documentation. The findings obtained, the principal's leadership with an average of 99.10 and a percentage of 79.28%% is classified as good, work motivation with an average of 136.47 and a percentage of 89.78% is classified as very good, and teacher discipline with an average of 119.83 and a percentage of 79.88% is classified as very good. The results of this study also show that the t-value (X1 = 2.814, X2 = 4.019) is greater (≥) the t-table value (1.703) at a significance level of 5%. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between principal leadership and work motivation with teacher discipline at Elementary School Gugus 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) to analyze the implementation of the independent curriculum in science learning for Grade IV of SDN 25 Mattirowalie, 2) to analyze the obstacles and barriers in implementing the independent curriculum in science learning for Grade IV of SDN 25 Mattirowalie, 3) to analyze efforts to overcome obstacles and barriers in implementing the independent curriculum in science learning for Grade IV of SDN 25 Mattirowalie. This research is a qualitative research. The research was conducted at SDN 25 Mattirowalie in August 2024. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Grade IV Teachers, and Grade IV Students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Activities in qualitative data analysis using interactive models are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of the independent curriculum in science learning has been realized well, the planning carried out is by analyzing CP, compiling TP, and making ATP. The implementation of learning that has implemented differentiated learning that is adjusted to student needs and has compiled evaluations in the form of diagnostic assessments, formative and summative assessments, 2) there are obstacles and barriers such as less valid information, reference sources are still few, limited time in compiling teaching modules and assessments, 3) efforts made to overcome obstacles and barriers are by participating in seminars, webinars and workshops, increasing reference sources and utilizing the teaching module preparation guidebook provided by the government.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with a correlational design that aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parental attention and learning interest on student learning achievement of SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all students of SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, while the sample in this study was 53 students, namely all students of SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires and documentation. The findings obtained, parental influence with an average of 131.51 and a percentage of 82% is classified as very good, interest in learning with an average of 136.47 and a percentage of 90% is classified as very good, and student learning achievement with an average of 84.11 and a percentage of 84% is classified as very good. The results of this study also show that the t-value (X1 = 1.806 X2 = 4.797) is greater (≥) the t-table value (1.675) at a significance level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between parental attention and interest in learning on student learning achievement at SD Inpres 5/81 Tadang Palie, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how to describe the implementation of learning using multimedia, description of motivation and the influence of using multimedia on student motivation and learning outcomes at SD Negeri 122 Tassipi, Amali District, Bone Regency. This research is an experimental research which aims to find out the description of the implementation of learning using multimedia in elementary schools. 122 Tassipi, Amali sub-district, Bone regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained through questionnaires and test sheets. The population in the study were all students at SDN 122 Tassipi, Amali subdistrict, Bone district. The sample in this research was 32 class IV students. The data analysis technique is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this research are an illustration of the influence of multimedia learning on student motivation and learning outcomes, especially in Class IV SDN 122 Tassipi, Amali subdistrict, Bone district.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study that aims to analyze the leadership style of school principals in Cluster II, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. Based on the formulation of the problem and the results of the study, it can be concluded that the leadership style most widely applied by school principals in Cluster II, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency is democratic or deliberation. This means that school principals tend to involve teachers and staff in the decision-making process. This reflects an effort to create a participatory and collaborative school environment. A democratic leadership style has great potential to improve the quality of education in schools. However, its implementation requires commitment and ongoing efforts from all parties involved. By considering supporting factors and overcoming existing obstacles, schools can create a more democratic, participatory, and effective learning environment..

Abstract

The problem of the principal's role in improving and advancing the quality of education is a problem that must be overcome. Solving this problem will be followed by a positive impact on the surrounding community, including at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Bone Regency, where the principal also uses the role of the principal in improving the quality of education in accordance with the conditions in the environment. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained by the author by conducting observations in the field and conducting in-depth interviews with sources related to the role of the principal in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Bone Regency. The conclusions obtained in this study are first, the role of the principal in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie uses a participatory leadership style. Second, the quality shown by teachers is still low. Third, the relevant role of the principal used by the principal of SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie in improving the quality of teacher education is a participatory leadership style coupled with better supervision by the principal of teacher performance. The implication of this study is that the role of the principal in improving the quality of education needs to be improved in the environment of SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie if the role used by the principal increases, it can be ascertained that the quality of education produced will increase.

Abstract

This article focuses on the purpose and implementation of supervision carried out at MI Candirejo to see the improvement of teacher professionalism through clinical supervision with an educational background in accordance with the teaching profession. The research in this article uses descriptive qualitative research with a Library Research approach, namely by reading, examining and reviewing journals and writing sources that are closely related to the issues discussed. The results of this study indicate that there are findings of 2 teachers with educational backgrounds who graduated from MI to become teachers at MI Candirejo, this will affect the professionalism of teachers in educating and teaching. Related to the four professional competencies of the teacher. The school's efforts to improve teachers' professional performance include requiring teachers who attend training to socialise with other teachers at school on Saturdays and sending them to attend training outside of general and service-based training. The centre fosters the school's efforts to improve the four competencies. The results of initial observations and school profile data of MI Candirejo, Using the term ‘bottom up’ is more for teachers who ask questions, especially for new teachers who are not familiar with the culture and character of the school. On average, only small problems are solved by asking the right person to fix it so that the teacher can fix the problem. In MI Candirejo, clinical supervision to improve teacher professionalism is very adaptive, starting from planning which is only communicated to teachers in weekly routine meetings by the principal. It can be concluded that clinical supervision will create teacher professionalism through coaching conducted by the principal and follow-up conducted by the supervisor as well as the participation of senior teachers and also the vice curriculum at school.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1). Describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Adobe Flash-assisted learning media based on cooperative learning developed on cube and block material, 2) Describe the increase in student learning independence by using Adobe Flash-assisted learning media based on cooperative learning that has been developed. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 06650 Medan. The subjects of this study were 30 students of grade V of SD Negeri 06650 Medan in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research method is the Thiagarajan model development research. The results of the study showed that: 1) Adobe Flash-assisted learning media based on cooperative learning to improve students' learning independence abilities that were developed have met the criteria of valid, practical, and effective. 2) The increase in student learning independence has increased from trial I to trial II after the Adobe Flash-assisted learning media based on cooperative learning that has been developed.
