Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance based on the cash flow ratio at PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. 2015 – 2019 Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method where after all the required data has been collected, the next step is to analyze the collected data to be understood and processed in the form of explanations. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors conclude that the cash flow ratio shows poor financial performance, because the average ratio decreases and is below 1. There are only 2 ratios that are considered good, namely the operating cash flow ratio to interest and cash flow ratio operations to capital expenditures.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation and works motivation on employee performance. To determine the magnitude of the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance, the researchers surveyed one outsourcing company in Bandung with 45 employees as respondents. The statistical methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. This study indicates that all independent variables, namely compensation and work motivation, have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the overall analysis of the data obtained, it knows that the compensation is in a reasonably good category, work motivation is in a reasonably good category, and employee performance is in a reasonably good category. Compensation has a high impact of 30%. In contrast, work motivation has a low effect of 29.5%. It reaffirmed that compensation and work motivation had an effect of 59.4% on employee performance and the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other factors not examined and possibly affecting employee performance.

Abstract

The results of this study were carried out to know the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The study used a survey approach to internet service customers as many as 100 people in the city of Bandung. Based on research using path analysis, it appears that the price variable has a direct influence of 14.7%. The indirect effect through the service quality variable is 13.1%, the total effect is 27.9%. On the other hand, service quality variables directly influence 32.1%. The indirect effect through the variable price is 13.1%, the total effect is 45.2%. The coefficient of determination (R-square) relationship expressed in the percentage of the contribution of all independent variables price and service quality in determining customer satisfaction variables is 73.1%. In comparison, other factors that affect customer satisfaction not examined shown by the value Є = 0.269 Or 26.9%. The recommendation is that the company should further improve the quality of the internet and other products to improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Sales are a crucial indicator of a company's ability to carry out its operations successfully. Sales in this context refer to products or services that the business has offered and that customers have accepted or used favorably. A firm's level of sales indicates how successful it is in conducting business operations; the higher the sales level a company achieves, the more successful the company is. The impact of price on customer satisfaction and service quality is investigated in this study. Researchers employed partial least squares (PLS), a non-parametric method, to test the research model. The research model was also predicted using a cross-sectional survey with 100 respondents using one e-commerce site. The findings demonstrated that price impacted customer loyalty, satisfaction, and service quality. The findings also demonstrate the critical role that strategic price policies play in boosting consumer loyalty and happiness.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is a significant influence of the accounts receivable system on the internal control of accounts receivable at one of the General Hospitals in Bandung because accounting information systems add value to the organization with accurate, relevant, and timely information. This activity does so that the company's operations become more effective and efficient. Requires internal control as an organizational plan and method for safeguarding assets from fraud and error. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The data collection technique distributes questionnaires to 30 employees at one General Hospital in Bandung and processes data using simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research shows that linear regression obtains the equation Y = 3.179 + 0.926X. This result shows that X has a positive and powerful effect on Y. In addition, the accounts receivable system contributes 84% to the internal control of accounts receivable. In comparison, the remaining 16% are other factors not examined. Considering that the accounts receivable system affects the internal control of accounts receivable, the management must further improve the application of the accounts receivable system to create good and more optimal receivables internal control than before.

Abstract

The decline in sales of fashion products in one of the department stores in Cimahi City is the background of this research. So the authors want to know whether there is an influence of promotion and distribution channels on purchasing decisions on fashion products at one of the department stores in Cimahi City. Researchers surveyed customers who had made fashion products that became the object of study. The research method used is path analysis because this research, in addition to getting an overview of purchasing decisions associated with promotions and distribution channels, also gets an overview of the pattern of relationships and the influence of the research variables determined. The study results show a positive relationship between promotion (X1) and distribution channel (X2), 0.826. There is a positive and significant effect of promotion (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) that is equal to 40.67%; there is a positive and significant influence of distribution channels (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of 32.53%. Therefore, there is a positive and significant influence of promotion (X1) and distribution channel (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) together, which is 73.2%, and the rest by other factors or also called epsilon by 26.8%. These studies stated that improving purchasing decisions can be done by increasing promotion and location.

Abstract

The share price is the share value that reflects the company's wealth that issued the shares. So that the greater the value of the stock price, the higher the value of the company. This study aims to prove the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices. The research method used in this study is a descriptive verification method on Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2015 period. To obtain data and information that will support this research, namely by collecting secondary data and testing the multiple regression hypothesis to determine the effect of NPM and ROE on stock prices. Based on the study results showing the results of multiple regression, the equation Y=-144618,665+5167,671 X+6846,367 X from the t-test results obtained t-count results of 2,242 with a significant level of 0.05, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.042. From the value R square, it knows that the influence of NPM and ROE Financial Ratios affects stock prices by 0.695 or 69.5%, while the rest is the influence of other factors (variables) not examined. Therefore, the research results above can conclude that NPM and ROE significantly influence stock prices. The research implication suggested increasing the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) of the company's stock price in the food and beverage sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To the company if the management performance is good.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is increasingly showing its popularity as an investment medium that is increasingly taking the attention of the Indonesian people, both common people and experts. This phenomenon is prone to market manipulation by pumping and dumping certain cryptocurrency entities, trapping novice investors.. The respondents of this study were taken from Indonesian people who have cryptocurrencies and social media users. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method with a total of 151 respondents. The data instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed online. The results obtained through surveys that have been conducted prove that social media influencers have a positive and significant influence on Indonesian people's cryptocurrency purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research at the Inspectorate of West Java Province. This study aimed to determine and analyze the professional auditor, audit quality, and the magnitude of the influence of professionalism on audit quality in the inspectorate of West Java province. The research method used by the author is descriptive analysis and verification analysis, with 70 respondents. The results showed that the description of the professional auditor is in the good enough category, the audit quality is in the fairly good category. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient of 0.782 means that the relationship between professional auditors and audit quality is strong. At the same time, the regression is Y = 787.735 + 0.774, and the coefficient of determination of the influence of professional auditors on audit quality is 0.612 or 61.2%, while the remaining 38.8% influenced by other variables not examined, including skepticism, experience, and fraud.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to predict bankruptcy rates in companies indexed in LQ45. The study was conducted on 20 companies as samples taken based on purposive sampling techniques for the period 2019 – 2021. The research method used is explanatory with descriptive investigations. The results showed that companies that met the healthy category in 2019, 15 companies, in 2020, 13 companies, and in 2021, 14 companies. Grey area category in 2019 – 2020, 3 companies, in 2021, 2 companies. For the bankruptcy category in 2019, 2 companies, and in 2020 – 2021, 4 companies.
