Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence on independent variables of Compensation and Job Stress on Employee Performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis uses multiple linear test, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Analysis in this study using SPSS. V. 22. The results of this study indicate that the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance based on the results of the statistical test t test shows that the results between t count t table (4.102 1.705) with a significant value Compensation of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and has a direction positive coefficient. The perception of work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with the results of the tt test t table (0.321 1.705) with a significant value of the Competency variable of 0.751 greater than 0.05 and has a direction positive coefficient. The results of the f test Compensation and Work Stress together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect between f count f table ((7.656 3.35) with a significant value of 0.003 smaller than 0.005 or 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of leadership, competence, and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Amorojo Putra Pewaris, a leading construction services company. Using a quantitative approach with survey methods, this research collected data through questionnaires distributed to the company's employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The research findings show that leadership, competence, and work motivation significantly positively affect employee job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction has been proven to have a significant positive impact on employee performance. This study underscores the importance of effective leadership, good competence management, and high work motivation in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance, ultimately positively affecting the overall company performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang karyawan PT. Godong Ijo Asri. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan desain penelitian asostiatif, metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial (Uji-t) dan pengujian koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian secara parsial (Uji-t). Menunjukan bahwa variabel tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Godong Ijo Asri, variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Godong IJo Asri. Dan melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (Adjusted RSquare) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,554 atau 55,4%. artinya kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 55,4%. sedangkan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important for the progress of a company. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance by taking a case study at PT Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera. Researchers took a sample of 50 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative method with associative research using primary data. The results of this research indicate that the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera (X1) with a calculated t value greater than t table (3.042 2.011) and a significance level (0.004 0.05), the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera (X2) with a calculated t value greater than t table (3.420 2.011) and a significance level (0.001 0.05) as well as Compensation and Work Environment together have a significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera (Y) with a calculated F value greater than F table (23.384 3.20) and significance level (0.00 0.05).  Keywords : Compensation; Work environment; Employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine students' financial literacy and the factors that influence it, namely pocket money, parental income, and parental education. The research sample was students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta, who were taken randomly. Data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that pocket money and parental education have a positive and significant effect on the financial literacy of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta. Meanwhile, parental income has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial literacy of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta.Keywords: pocket money, parental income, parental education, financial literacy

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and competence on teacher performance (at Mandiri insan schools, West Jakarta). The population in this study were all teachers at SMP and SMK Bina Insan Mandiri, totaling 75 people and all of them were used as samples. The research sample was determined using the Saturated Sample technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis method. From this study it shows that the estimated multiple linear regression model is feasible to use to explain the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and competency variables on teacher performance. Simultan organizational culture and competence have a significant effect on teacher performance while work motivation has no effect on teacher performance.Keywords:Organizational culture, work motivation and competence, teacher performance

Abstract

Manajemen operasional adalah proses penting dalam mengelola sumber daya seperti bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan produksi untuk mencapai tujuan produksi secara efisien dan efektif. Dalam konteks organisasi, manajemen operasional mencakup tiga fungsi utama, yaitu pemasaran, produksi/operasi, dan keuangan/akuntansi, yang saling mendukung untuk memastikan keberlangsungan organisasi. Proses ini melibatkan aspek struktural, operasional, dan sistem pengurusan, yang semuanya dirancang untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik. Strategi jangka panjang dalam manajemen operasional dirumuskan, diimplementasikan, dan dievaluasi dengan mempertimbangkan unsur manusia, struktur organisasi, dan perkembangan teknologi informasi.Dalam perspektif Islam, perkembangan ekonomi tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek material, tetapi juga berlandaskan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual. Faktor-faktor seperti sumber daya investasi, tenaga kerja terampil, kewirausahaan, dan inovasi teknologi menjadi pilar utama dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Islam. Digitalisasi menjadi elemen kunci dalam transformasi ekonomi Islam di tengah perkembangan ekonomi global. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of the Environment and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT Kereta Api Logistik Head Office Employees. The independent variables used are Environment and Work Motivation, while the dependent variable is Performance. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents, employees of the PT Kereta Api Logistik Head Office. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative in nature using primary data. These results show that the environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table 3,617 2,01 and a significant value of 0,001 0,05, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater from the t-table 2,226 2,01 and a significant value of 0,031 0,05. Together the environment and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value greater than F table 25,826 3,20 and a significant value of 0,000 0,05.Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh sikap terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren (2) Pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren (3) Pengaruh perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dibagikan kepada santri di Pesantren Asshidiqiyah Jakarta. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik partial least square dengan bantuan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh sikap terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren (2) Pengaruh norma subjektif terhadap minat berwirausaha santri. di pondok pesantren (3) Pengaruh perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dibagikan kepada santri di Pesantren Asshidiqiyah Jakarta. Selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik partial least squares dengan bantuan smartPLS0.4 for windows. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif, dan perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa digunakan analisis Partial Least Squares, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa.
