Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of market orientation and innovation on business performance with competitive advantage as an intervening variable (a case study of salted egg UMKM in Brebes district). This study used a quantitative research type with the research sample calculated using total sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. Market orientation partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. The research results show that Innovation partially has no effect on business performance in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Market orientation partially has a positive and not significant effect on competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Competitive advantage partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Market orientation using the Sobel model 1 test has a greater effect on business performance through competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Innovation in the Sobel model 2 test does not have a greater effect on business performance through competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Federal international finance group cabang bima. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance Group Cabang Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Federal International Finance Group Cabang Bima sebanyak 76 karyawan sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji parsial t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance Group Cabang Bima.

Abstract

Instant noodles are one of the fast food items favored by the public due to their delicious taste, convenience, and quick preparation at an economical price. This research aims to examine and determine the influence of brand image, Korean wave, and brand ambassador on the purchasing decisions of Lemonilo's NCT Dream edition noodles. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection in this study is done through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method employed includes validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques involve primary data in the form of Likert scale questionnaires and secondary data from literature and previous research. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of the smartPLS application. The research results indicate that brand image, the Korean wave, fan loyalty, and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant impact on consumers' purchasing decisions for NCT Dream Lemonilo noodles.

Abstract

Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport located in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara is an airport located in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara with IATA code: BMU. Which is managed by the Airport Operator Unit, namely UPT Directorate General of Hubud. Sultan Muammad Salahuddin Bima Airport as an aviation company in Indonesia, apparently has not implemented a risk management system that refers to ISO 31000. This study aims to determine the stages and processes of identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport based on ISO 31000. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, structured interviews and documentaries. Data analysis used in accordance with the risk management process using the ISO 31000 base, including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. Measurement of the likelihood and impact of risk is performed using the FAA matrix. The results of this study are from the results of the author's risk identification of 12 hazards and 12 flight risks at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. Risk analysis that the author conducted to obtain risk events that could potentially occur in the Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport unit and the impact caused by these risks. The author's risk evaluation found that 9 risks in the red zone (high) and 2 risks in the yellow zone (medium) and 1 risk in the green zone (low) and requiring treatment or control.

Abstract

Teacher creativity in carrying out learning activities is an important thing to increase students' interest in learning. Teaching creativity can be in the form of using fun learning models. In this case, fun learning is not only to make it easier for students to understand the material presented, but to help students in increasing their interest in learning so that they can get maximum learning results. \ The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of fun learning models on student learning interests. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive type of research using data collection techniques in the form of documentation and questionnaires. While the data that has been obtained is analyzed using pearson product moment with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences application. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the joyful learning learning model in MTsN 3 can be categorized as "high" because the average joyful learning variable is in the interval 31-34 with a percentage of 27.5%, (2) student learning interest in MTsN 3 Surabaya through joful learning has an average of 32.7 which is at the interval of 35%. So it can be concluded that students' interest in learning in MTsN 3 Surabaya is "high", (3) From the results of the hypothesis test conducted, a pearson correlation value of (0.564) was obtained where the results were greater than the table R of (0.316). Based on the results of decision making that if the value of person correlation > R table, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the implementation of the joyful learning learning model on student learning interest

Abstract

Communication is a social process in human life, one thing that is very basic and very necessary in human life. As time goes by, communication technology has become a basic need for various groups, initially telephones were only used to make calls and send messages, now they have developed into smart phones or smartphones which have many features so that smartphones have become an important need and a special priority among today's students. In this research study, many researchers have carried out consumer behavior, purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Some related results from previous research are as follows: the first research was conducted by SH Amalia and SH Syahril (2017) with the title "Analysis of consumer behavior towards the iPhone purchasing decision process". This research aims to understand iPhone product management in depth about consumer behavior that will be the target, including the consumer decision making process. The method used in this research is quantitative or statistical. Quantitative research methods are methods used for research on certain populations or samples and are based on the philosophy of empiricism. Thus, this approach will allow analysts to find out the extent of consumer behavior towards iPhone users among Bina Bangsa University students in the city of Serang. It can be concluded that communication is a social process in human life, one thing that is very basic and very necessary in human life. As time goes by, communication technology has become a basic need for various groups of students. Initially telephones were only used to make calls and send messages, now they have developed into smart phones or smartphones which have many features so that smartphones have become an important need and a special priority among students today. This research was conducted to determine consumer behavior in iPhone purchasing decisions among students. Based on the introduction, theoretical studies and data processing as well as discussions that have been carried out in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: consumer behavior variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by the Labbaik Chicken Company. The method used was a survey using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was delivered to a research sample of 330 respondents. Data was analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure the overall level of customer satisfaction. The research results showed that the CSI value obtained was 54.19 which was in the "Quite Satisfying" category. This indicates that in general Labbaik Chicken customers are quite satisfied with the products and services they receive. Factors that have a positive influence on customer satisfaction are food quality, taste and speed of service. Meanwhile, prices were seen as quite expensive by some respondents. This research is expected to provide an overview of the level of satisfaction of Labbaik Chicken customers and input for improving service quality in order to increase customer loyalty in the future.

Abstract

Online motorcycle taxi (online transportation) is an online transportation service that uses an application to run it. This article discusses the analysis of consumer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi services and its impact on rating. Rapid developments in the field of online transportation, especially in Indonesia, have created increasingly tight competition between companies providing these services, such as Gojek, Grab and Uber. The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence consumer satisfaction and order by providing ratings. The data used in this research comes from respondents who use online motorcycle taxi services, especially Gojek, Grab and Uber. The results of the analysis show that service quality is a factor that influences consumer satisfaction and rating. Previous research has also shown that consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty. In addition, this article also identifies several problems faced by online motorcycle taxi drivers, such as excessive working hours and lack of job security and protection. This article provides a better understanding of the importance of consumer satisfaction in the online transportation industry and provides recommendations for companies- service provider companies in improving service quality and paying attention to consumer needs in order to maintain their market share.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction with Asus Laptop products. This research was conducted at Bina Bangsa University, with a sample size of one hundred and eighteen respondents where sampling used a survey method. From the results of the analysis, it was found that price had a positive influence on consumer loyalty. This can be positive because Asus laptops are one of the products most in demand by consumers, especially Asus laptops.

Abstract

The cosmetic industry is currently experiencing rapid growth and intense competition in the personal care and cosmetic market, both domestically and internationally. Purchasing decisions for cosmetics are influenced by various factors, including price, product quality, and advertising. In this era of globalization, companies face opportunities and challenges from external and internal factors. Marketing plays a crucial role in achieving company success by satisfying consumer needs. Implementing marketing strategies that consider the four elements of the marketing mix product, price, place, and promotion along with a SWOT analysis is necessary to adjust to changes in the market.. This research focuses on Guardian, a leading health and beauty retailer in Indonesia, specifically analyzing the marketing strategies of Wardah cosmetic products. Through qualitative descriptive research, including direct interviews with experts in the field, The analysis uncovers the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Wardah, along with its strategies related to the 4P strategies. Key findings highlight the strong brand reputation, challenges of price competition, and the continuous need for product innovation and market adaptation. By optimizing strengths, addressing weaknesses, leveraging opportunities, and anticipating threats, Wardah can enhance its marketing strategy at Guardian Ramayana Serang and maintain its competitive position in the cosmetic market. Effective marketing strategy integration, such as direct distribution, careful price monitoring, and diverse promotional channels, provides a solid foundation for Wardah's sustainable growth and positive image in the cosmetic market.
