Abstract

Basically, human rights in Islam are centered on five main things which are summarized in al-dloruriyat al-khomsah or also called al-huquq al-insaniyah fi al-islam (human rights in Islam). This concept contains five main things that must be guarded by every individual, namely hifdzu al-din (respect for religious freedom), hifdzu al-mal (respect for property), hifdzu al-nafs wa al-'ird (respect for the soul, rights to life and individual honor) hifdzu al-'aql (respect for freedom of thought) and hifdzu al-nasl (the obligation to protect offspring). Every human being has basic (fundamental) rights that cannot be revoked and relinquished simply because of differences in race, skin color, religion, gender, language, politics, nationality, and other statuses. Islam as a universal religion has taught the importance of human rights in general regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, and language. In writing this writing using qualitative research methods with a literature approach. The results of the research in this article provide an explanation regarding human rights in the Koran along with the interpretation and protection of human rights law according to the interpretation of the Koran which is in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study generally aims to determine the effectiveness of Quantum Learning on student learning outcomes. In particular, this study aims to determine the difference in student learning outcomes between those taught with Quantum Learning and lecture methods, to determine the interaction of Quantum Learning and learning interest in student learning outcomes, and to determine the differences in student learning outcomes in high learning interest and low learning interest taught with Quantum Learning and those taught with the lecture method. This research uses an experimental method with factorial experiment design. The hypothesis testing process in this study uses the two-way Anava statistical technique (Two Way Anova). Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that, there are differences in learning outcomes in students taught using Quantum Learning accompanied by high interest in learning of 82.73 with those taught using the lecture method amounting to 48.80. Thus, the results of the study stated that there is an effectiveness of the application of Quantum Learning learning to the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) and there is an interaction between Quantum Learning and learning interest in SKI learning outcomes, there is also a reduction in learning outcomes in students who have high interest in learning and who have low interest in learning. This implies that in applying the learning model to learning activities, teachers need to pay attention to the level of interest in learning students.

Abstract

The development of the times makes the world today must prepare for the 5.0 revolution which makes us have to face fundamental changes including the way we live, work, and relate to one another. In the concept of era 5.0, the industry began to touch the virtual world, in the form of human, machine, and data connectivity. A transformation is a form of the change process that occurs gradually to achieve progress. Meanwhile, Islamic Education is an education system based on the main teachings of Islam and becomes a guide to achieving the expected educational goals. The transformation of Indonesian education in the Society 5.0 era began with the Merdeka Learning Independent Campus policy spearheaded by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. One of the priority activities of Merdeka Belajar is school digitization. To welcome the era of society 5.0, there must be a way out so that Islamic religious education can still be accepted during the times. Therefore, there are three steps that can be taken: 1). Disruptive Mindset, Mindset is how humans think which is determined by the settings we make before thinking and acting. 2). Self-Driving, Organizations that are agile and dynamic in adapting to navigate the ocean of disruption are organizations that have human resources (Human Resources) with good driver mentality (good drivers), not passengers (passengers). 3). Reshape or create, there is a genealogy of thought popular among Muslims which is still firmly held. The genealogy is "maintaining the old that is good and taking the new that is better." There is a process of modifying Islamic religious education in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Da'wah activities through efforts to prevent evil ( nahi munkar ) among humans are known as al-Hisbah . The practice of munkar occurs everywhere and is carried out openly. This requires maximum prevention efforts from various parties. Both from the side of the state and also from society. However, the facts on the ground show that the implementation of the al munkar causes many problems (madharat). This study used a qualitative research method with a library research approach, also called a qualitative literature review. The author conducts an in-depth (philosophical) study to find principles in the application of hisbah that originate from the books of the Salaf and Khalaf scholars. The conclusion from the results of this study states three things: First, the concept of hisbah in Islam is comprehensive. This concept does not only speak of monitoring one area but all things, which includes the goodness left behind and the evil that is seen, with its four pillars: al muhtasib, al muhtasab 'alaihi, al muhtasab fihi, and al ihtisab. Second, the authors have formulated 14 important rules that become guidelines in the practice of hisbah across the state. Third, the author has also formulated 17 important principles in the practice of hisbah in society.

Abstract

In recent times, the dynamics of colonization have evolved beyond the conventional understanding of territorial conquests and dominations. This article delves into the phenomenon of "new colonization" in the Islamic world, focusing on its multifaceted manifestations and implications. By leveraging both qualitative research methodologies, the study uncovers the socio-political, economic, and cultural shifts induced by these neo-colonial practices. Drawing from primary sources, as well as secondary data like trade patterns and political alliance metrics, the article reveals a nuanced landscape of influence and control. Key findings suggest that new colonization in the Islamic world is largely characterized by economic dependencies, strategic geopolitical alliances, and cultural infiltrations. The ramifications of this are vast, affecting the very fabric of societies within the Islamic world, including their political autonomy, economic sovereignty, and cultural identity. The article emphasizes the necessity for increased awareness and proactive strategies to navigate and negotiate these neo-colonial forces.
