This study aims to analyze the effects of self-efficacy and social support on work stress for civil servant teachers in Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village. This study uses multiple linear regression models as the main analysis tool. This study used a sample of 81 civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale and was applied via a google form. Statistical calculations in this study were carried out using SPSS version 25. To test the hypothesis, it was carried out using the t-test and the F test. From the research that has been conducted, it has in several conclusions including 1) self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on work stress for civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village, with a significance value of 0.000 (α <0.005); 2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on the work stress of civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village, with a significance value of 0.000 (α <0.005) and 3) Self-efficacy and social support have a significant effect on work stress for civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village with a significance value of 0.000 (α <0.005) and a coefficient of determination of 0.597 or 59.7%.

The tourism industry is one of the primary needs for the life of modern society today. Because of these factors, it makes the need for recreation or tourism increases. East Sakerta Tourism Village is one of the leading tourist destinations in the Kuningan Regency. This village has a long history and interesting community culture, but not many people know about it. This study aims to investigate the history of the East Sakerta Village as a popular tourist destination in West Java. The research method used is a qualitative method. This data collection method is carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. Primary data collection was carried out directly and purposive sampling by interviewing key people, namely the village government apparatus, tourism community leaders (kompepar), and the community. FGD method was used to find out about the history, legends, and culture of the East Sakerta Village. The results of FGD findings consist of the religion, the history of the village, the local culture, the historical sites, the myths and legend, and the philosophy of Sakerta Timur Village. The philosophy concept is "Tumaritis" which is a village in the Sundanese and Javanese puppet which has a philosophy of mutual protection, security, and prosperity.

Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru dalam penilaian kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Marsudirini Bogor. Penelitian ini mengkaji apakah kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi kompetensi sosial berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja. Penilaian kinerja adalah proses evaluasi sistematis kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan standar dan bagaimana mengkomunikasikan informasi tersebut kepada mereka. Keempat kompetensi tersebut bersifat integratif dalam kinerja guru. Dalam penilaian kinerja, instrumen dan model proses yang digunakan oleh lembaga penilaian kinerja guru harus memperhatikan keempat kompetensi guru tersebut. Alat ini merupakan bagian penting dari manajemen kinerja karena membantu karyawan meningkatkan kinerjanya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas yang menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda untuk melihat pengaruh langsung beberapa variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan Smartpls versi 3.3.2 for windows (Chin, 2010). Dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Variabel menggunakan skala Likert dengan lima tingkat penilaian, yaitu Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Netral (N), Tidak Setuju (TS) dan Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, yaitu dengan memilih 45 guru yang pernah mengajar minimal 1 tahun dan pernah mengalami penilaian kinerja guru. Skor yang diberikan mulai dari 5 untuk jawaban SS hingga 1 untuk jawaban STS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keempat kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja guru. Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik lebih dominan dalam membentuk penilaian kinerja guru. Secara umum, meskipun terdapat korelasi yang jelas, penyajian pengaruh masing-masing kompetensi terhadap penilaian kinerja masih di bawah 50%. Sekolah disarankan untuk mencari strategi untuk lebih memajukan keempat kompetensi tersebut yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kompetensi sosial memiliki pengaruh terkecil (15,7%) terhadap penilaian kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keempat kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap penilaian kinerja guru. Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik lebih dominan dalam membentuk penilaian kinerja guru sebesar 38,9%.

Quizizz is a web tool for creating interactive quiz games for use in classroom learning. It is very easy to use, interactive quizzes are made by having up to 5 answer choices including the correct answer. Evaluation with the quizizz method is used to measure the understanding of basic training participants before and after the learning process. With this quizizz method, training participants will enjoy evaluating learning more, because this method is as fun as playing games. But of course it cannot be denied that every application has advantages and disadvantages, including this quizizz application. The use of this quizizz application online is very dependent on the availability of the internet network. This paper describes the perceptions of basic training participants (Latsar) on the use of quizizz as a learning evaluation method, especially in anti-corruption training. The learning evaluation using quizizz was very effective, where the pre-test results related to the participants' understanding of anti-corruption material were 44%, and the post-test results increased to 71% or an increase of 27%. That means that the quizizz learning evaluation method is able to improve the results of the evaluation, concentration and motivation of the participants when they are in the learning evaluation process.

The low learning outcomes of mathematics at junior high school level students are due to the low ability of students to use and assess the relationship between mathematics topics and organize the information obtained. One of the learning models with the discussion method that encourages students to use and assess the relationship between mathematical topics and organize the information obtained is the cooperative CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) learning model. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' mathematical representation abilities through CORE models and analyzing differences in mathematical representation abilities between students using a cooperative CORE model with students using the learning method with the scientific approach, as well as to see student responses to the cooperative learning model type CORE. The method used is the Quasi Experimental Design method with type Non equivalent Control Group Design, with a population of all class VIII students of Al Ihsan Legenda Bekasi Junior High School for the 2019/2020 school year. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets and essay tests in accordance with the indicators of mathematical representation in the Functions. The results showed that there were differences in mathematical representation abilities between students who used the cooperative CORE model by using the learning method with a scientific approach, as well as student responses after using the CORE cooperative, make students more active and make it easier for students to learn the material and can improve student learning outcomes.

The pandemic that is being experienced by all countries, including Indonesia, has made learning activities undergo changes. Learning, which was initially carried out face-to-face, must turn into distance learning. This change has an impact on student motivation. Therefore, this study aims to examine three variables that are considered to have an influence on student learning motivation which are the role of parents while accompanying student learning, teacher creativity in designing and managing learning, and also student interest in learning. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method on 34 students of grade III SD. The results obtained are the role of parents, teacher’s creativity, and interest in learning each have a positive effect on student’s learning motivation. The role of parents is the most influential variable.

Online learning is carried out in all higher education after the COVID-19 pandemic. The online learning causes forced online learning preparation. The research aimed to measure student attitudes about online learning, student readiness to learn online, and the influence of student attitudes about online learning on student readiness to learn online. The research method was descriptive quantitative and the sample was chosen by simple random sampling. The data were obtained from 311 students of the hospitality management diploma 4 of academic year 2017 to 2020 at one of the tourism school in Indonesia who had to carry out online learning. The collected data were tested using validity and reliability test, descriptive test (frequency and mean), correlation, simple linear regression test and t-test. The result of the mean test showed that students do not like online learning even though they have a perception of readiness to learn online. This result contradicted the results of the simple linear regression test and t-test which concluded that students 'attitudes of online learning positively and significantly affected students' readiness to learn online. The study implication that it is necessary to create efforts to change the attitude of being less accepting of online learning activities into an attitude of accepting online learning for students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of Android-based learning media on students' learning outcomes of Indonesian at SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study were all students at SMA Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar as many as 388 students. The sample in this study was 49 students. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results showed that the r-count value, which is 0.998, is greater than the rtab, which is 0.281, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and nil (Ho) is rejected. The results showed that if the Android-based media was used according to the portion needed in the learning process and following the instructions from the educator, in this case the teacher of the Indonesian Bahasa subject, it would have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the implementation of android-based learning media with the learning outcomes of Indonesian students at SMA Unismuh Makassar.

Even though there are still many alternative learning options that teachers can try, books seem to be the main source of learning for students. One of them is with a smart phone or smartphone. Easy access to Android in today's can be used to use it as a teaching medium. There are many media that can be used in today's learning, one of which is the E-module. E-module is a teaching medium that combines technology with learning. The e-module application is one of the solutions that can be implemented for learning today. E-module is also a development of the manual module which is less attractive to students because of its unattractive design. The E-Module application is an android-based application that can be installed on all types of android. Product developed with the ADDIE model. Product Prototype has reviewed by several experts (material, design and media). Some revision has done according to the experts before tested to 58 third grade students of SD Khadijah Pandegiling. The data analysis techniques in this study were qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data were obtained from suggestions and questionnaire input while quantitative data were obtained from questionnaire percentages.. The evaluation used in this study was a formative evaluation using 2 stages, namely the small group evaluation and the field test. The product trial in small groups was attended by 8 students. The results of the percentage of the small group evaluation or small group evaluation score of 84% or have very good characteristics. Whereas in the large group/ field trial which was attended by 59 students, the percentage was 83%. The main conclusion is this E-modile has increased students reading interest.

This proposed research is aimed to find out to what extent can an online course in intercultural communication influence English language teachers’ intercultural competence and their perception of intercultural communication hence aid in the development of intercultural awareness in an expanding circle university setting. This study is a first step to hold to find out teachers’ intercultural competence after they took online course on language and culture or intercultural communication and explore their perspectives. This study used qualitative method using interview to gain the result. There are three lecturers who are participants of this study. Findings revealed various factors and effect of the online cultural training in developing teachers’ intercultural communicative competence. Several similarities and differences of the participants’ perception and critical evaluation of e-learning and intercultural competence were also found in this study. The advanced development of e-learning platform enables participants to learn many things, share cultural values, having and strengthen their intercultural competence as well as expanding their network for professional development. This study provides benefits and challenges faced by participants during the training. The most common problem they face is internet connection.
