Abstract

Komunikasi terapeutik memiliki peran sentral dalam proses penyembuhan pasien, terutama ketika empati menjadi inti dalam interaksi antara terapis dan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami makna dan peran empatik dalam komunikasi terapeutik di RSUD Anugerah Sehat Afiat Depok dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Metode ini digunakan untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif para terapis psikolog dalam membangun hubungan empatik dengan pasien. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis fenomenologis dengan tahapan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empati menjadi fondasi utama dalam komunikasi terapeutik, yang diwujudkan melalui perhatian penuh, pendengaran reflektif, sikap nonverbal yang menenangkan, serta penerimaan tanpa penilaian. Empati terbukti meningkatkan rasa aman, kepercayaan, dan keterbukaan pasien dalam proses terapi, sekaligus memperkuat motivasi penyembuhan. Temuan ini menegaskan tiga dimensi empati dalam praktik terapeutik, yaitu empati kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku, yang secara sinergis membentuk hubungan terapeutik yang manusiawi dan efektif. Penelitian ini juga memperkuat teori Hildegard Peplau tentang hubungan interpersonal terapeutik serta fenomenologi Schutz mengenai kesadaran intersubjektif dalam memahami pengalaman manusia. Dengan demikian, empati tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai respon emosional, tetapi juga sebagai keterampilan profesional dan nilai kemanusiaan yang menjadi dasar praktik psikologi klinis modern. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan empatik bagi tenaga psikolog guna meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi terapeutik dan efektivitas penyembuhan pasien.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the communication strategy implemented by Lavalen Medica, a regenerative health clinic, in building brand awareness through Instagram. Lavalen Medica focuses on stem cell-based treatment services, which are still relatively new, complex, and high-cost in Indonesia. Therefore, an educational communication approach is necessary to foster public trust. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews with internal teams responsible for managing digital communication. The findings show that Lavalen’s communication strategy includes fact finding, content planning, implementation using various Instagram features (feed, reels, stories, and Meta Ads), and regular evaluation through Meta dashboard and Instagram Insights. This strategy has proven effective in enhancing brand recognition, increasing audience engagement, and shaping a positive perception of Lavalen Medica as a modern and trusted health service provider.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in areas affected by natural disasters, specifically the flash floods in Bumiayu, Brebes. The study focuses on the adaptation of curriculum policies, PAI teacher strategies, and the learning challenges that emerged post-disaster. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through analysis of documents, news reports, and previous research related to post-disaster education. The results indicate that the implementation of the PAI curriculum has undergone significant changes, particularly in the adjustment of core competencies, learning methods, and the integration of morality and spiritual resilience materials. PAI teachers play a crucial role in restoring students' psychosocial well-being through flexible, humanity-centered learning. This study emphasizes the urgency of reconstructing the PAI curriculum to be responsive to emergency situations, adaptive, and foster students' spiritual resilience.
