Jurnal ini dikelola oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) dan diterbitkan oleh Universitas Bina Taruna Gorontalo. <![CDATA[Coconut fiber is one of the components of coconut fruit which, when processed and decomposed, can become a product needed for the domestic market and even become a product with high export value. Coconut fiber (cocofiber) and coconut fiber powder (cocopeat) are two products derived from coconut fiber which have benefits and can be used as industrial and agricultural products. PKBM Sinar Mulia is a center for community learning activities. In Puncak Village, you can find many coconut trees which are processed into coconut milk, cooking oil and also made into copra or sold to factories. However, the current problem is that people only take the meat to make copra and send it to the factory without paying attention to the benefits of coconut fiber. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out outreach and provide training on coconut fiber waste skills so that it has economic value, which of course has a very positive impact on the people who live around coconut tree plantation locations. If this coconut fiber can be processed properly with assistance and provision of skills materials in processing this waste.]]>

<![CDATA[This service aims to improve teachers' skills in using e-comic media as a mathematics learning aid at SMPN 1 Banjar. This training is designed to provide teachers with practical understanding and skills in creating and integrating e-comics into the learning process. The methods used in this training include workshops, group discussions, and direct practice. The training participants consisted of 20 mathematics teachers from various grade levels. Training evaluation is carried out through observations, interviews and questionnaires given before and after training. The evaluation results show a significant increase in teachers' abilities in creating and using e-comics as a learning medium. Teachers also reported increased student interest and involvement in mathematics learning after using e-comic media. In conclusion, this training succeeded in increasing teacher competency in using digital technology for learning, and it is hoped that it can be widely applied to improve the quality of mathematics education in other schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe a program to improve the ability to read the Koran for Indonesian citizen (WNI) children at the North Gombak Learning Studio (SB), Selangor, Malaysia. This program is carried out by lecturers and students of the Bakti Negara Islamic Institute (IBN) Tegal, Central Java, as part of community service carried out abroad. The aim is to foster love and improve the ability to read the Koran properly and correctly for Indonesian citizens who live in Malaysia but do not have complete documents as a requirement for citizenship. The method used in this program is the presentation of material about makharijul letters to help children understand how to pronounce the letters in the Koran correctly. Next, memorize the Al-Qur'an letters al-Ma'un and al-Fil and their meanings to improve memorization and understanding of the contents of the Al-Qur'an. The final stage is watching a motivational video from a blind memorizer of the Koran to provide inspiration and enthusiasm for children to continue learning and memorizing the Koran. The data collection technique used in this research is observation, by directly observing program activities and children's participation. Conduct interviews with children, parents, and teachers to find out their experiences and perceptions of the program. Finally, a memorization test by carrying out a memorization test of al-Ma'un and al-Fil letters to determine the level of children's memorization before and after the program. The results of the discussion show that this program is effective in fostering love and improving the ability to read the Koran for Indonesian children in SB Gombak Utara, Selangor, Malaysia.]]>

<![CDATA[The GORR construction road is one of the non-toll (unpaid) national roads carried out by the Gorontalo National Road Implementation Agency (BPJN) in stages since 2014, divided into 3 segments. The existence of this ring road is also an alternative route for vehicles to Gorontalo Harbor as a collection port. <![CDATA[The Taluduyunu Irrigation Area is one of the irrigation areas under Gorontalo Province, located in Pohuwato Regency. The current condition of the Taluduyunu irrigation area network is experiencing a lot of damage, especially to the secondary channels which causes leaks so that network function decreases and is not optimal. Therefore, rehabilitation and improvement of irrigation network facilities and infrastructure in the Taluduyunu irrigation area is needed. This service aims to help the contractor team as project implementers to carry out rehabilitation work in the Taluduyunu irrigation area network. The rehabilitation of the Taluduyunu regional network was carried out on a 12,140 meters long irrigation network with 566 hectares of affected agricultural land with the aim of increasing agricultural land production so that the local community's income would be better than before]]>

<![CDATA[This service is a participatory action research service where the service team mingles for 2 months with the community living there to analyze what the community needs and we together try to solve it through a focus group discussion strategy. So communication is the main tool in implementing programs because our job is not to improve development but to build civilization. We form successor cadres who will continue the programs that we have agreed together with the stakeholders. This service was carried out by lecturers and students of Al-Qolam University Malang in the frame of the Real Work Lecture / KKN Program in the village of Sanggrahan Ampelgading Tirtoyudo district Malang Regency. The purpose of this service is to optimize the role of the Mosque in the benefit of the community in the social and religious fields. The mosque not only plays a role as a place of worship but also plays a role in alleviating various dynamics of problems in society because the mosque is considered a neutral and sacred place so it is needed to be a reference place for musyawaroh together with various parties. The mosque as a religious place will certainly be able to reduce turmoil and potential conflict when it is utilized to improve the character and faith of the community.]]>

Education on safe and wise internet usage needs to be enhanced so that society can maximize the benefits of technology without facing detrimental risks. GPIB Marga Mulia Yogyakarta is concerned about the current situation among teenagers who are witnessing the prevalence of social media that portrays bullying as something amusing to the public. The enthusiasm and active participation of the participants during the PkM session indicate that this program is effective in capturing the attention of teenagers and raising their awareness about digital literacy and cyberbullying.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the essence and important dimensions of the freedom or independence of judges in responding to / providing legal arguments regarding the dynamics of the Constitutional Court trial. This research method is an empirical study that uses a sociological legal approach. Meanwhile, the data collection technique is through observation and documents related to the trial at the Constitutional Court. The focus of the research is on the main discussion of dissenting opinions. The results of the discussion show new indications of the independence of the judge's attitude and views in adjudicating a dispute by showing different perceptions through dissenting opinions. It can be concluded that the judge's attitude/view in the context of this dispute is an "important dimension" in law enforcement in order to save the constitution and democracy, as well as provide legal enlightenment to the public. Therefore, dissenting opinion has an important meaning in the Constitutional Court's decision on the 2024 Presidential Election (decision number 1/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024) and (decision number 2/PHPU.PRES-XXII/2024) which adjudicates constitutional cases at the first and final levels.]]>
