Abstract

Abstract

Sejak dalam kandungan manusia memiliki martabat yang sama seperti manusia yang sudah lahir. Sebelum manusia lahir, ia adalah individu unik yang mewakili seluruh “kemanusiaan” dan, karena itu, patut dihargai martabatnya. Tulisan ini menguraikan pandangan Paus Yohanes Paulus II tentang memelihara kehidupan, sebagaimana dinyatakannya dalam  Ensilik Evangelium Vitae. Abstract

This article intends to provide an answer to the following central question: what is valuable and interesting discipline to study accourding to Aurelius Augustinus? We want to put forth three fields of study that are useful to students, according to Augustinus philosophy of education, i.e language, morals and religion. These three areas of study should be presented to the students by the teacher with love and humility. While teaching, the teacher must be awere that the principal teacher is the teacher of the heart, i.e. being imbued by the Truth, by God himself.

Abstract

Information is an important item for manegers of education when having to decide on enhancing educative organisation. The system of management information is a development of the science of management. The information system is a method by which manegers are able to come to decisions that can be accounted for. The management of information systems on activities is easier, inexpensive, effective and efficient when having to make a decision concerning management functions like: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling of which the result of the decision can be accounted for. The role of the information system facilitates manegers of education to make decisions in strategical, static and technical fields.

Abstract

Sanctions in the Church is not a punishment, but a process of learning of how to obey to the law of the Church, and with a greatfull heart taking responsibility to what we have done as a mistake that have broken the commitment of all members of community. Therefore, the sanction of the Church must be understood as a grace to all the faithfull who wants to reconcile with the Church as a mother in faith and moral. As a mother, the Church must guide her chidren to grow up in their life to be the good sons and daughters of one God as the Father. This arcticel will be a guideline for every faithful to understand the meaningful behind the sanctions in the Church.

Abstract

Jerusalem is a most important city in connection with the original ecclesiastical community. Though at first the city could establish a metropolitan position in terms of hierarchical ecclesiastical structure like the Churches of Antioch (Syria), Alexandria and Rome, nevertheless in matters of liturgy, the Church of Jerusalem produced a lot of Christian liturgical practices, which are at the base of liturgical practice in the modern Church. Knowledge of liturgical basics in the Church of Jerusalem during the first seven centuries may be of assistance to us to better comprehend genuine liturgy, which is continued up to now. Thus we can lessen the loss of orientation in any liturgical inculturation effort. Moreover, we will be helped to remind ourselves on the importance of strategical renewal while returning to basics in order to stress again our identity and orientation of faith, which is mirrored in our liturgical practice.

Abstract

Perdagangan manusia dapat terjadi karena berbagai macam alasan misalnya kemiskinan, keretakan struktur keluarga, pendidikan rendah, iman lemah dan hilangnya penghargaan dan pengakuan atas martabat manusia. Secara moral, dapat dikatakan bahwa perdagangan manusia dipandang sebagai sebuah kejahatan karena bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip moral secara umum, yakni prinsip perikemanusiaan, otonomi moral dan solidaritas. Berlandaskan pada asas moral, Gereja Katolik melarang perbuatan yang dengan alasan tertentu mengambil untung dengan menyebabkan orang lain diperhamba, diperkosa dalam martabat pribadinya, diperjual-beli, dan diperlakukan bagaikan barang, serta menjadikan mereka sumber keuntungan, adalah dosa berat. Pertanyaan sentral tulisan ini ialah: “Apakah pandangan moral Gereja Katolik tentang perdagangan manusia sebagai kejahatan kemanusiaan?”

Abstract

This article is a reflection which is meant to be a critical opinion on adat (local customs and tradition) issues in Ambon, specifically since 1998, when many people indulged in talking about adat. Adat should not be looked upon as managing certain objects and valuables, reducing them to traditional appreciation. Nowadays it is important to deliberate in which way adat is being deliberated. In this context Michel Foucault’s analysis on power will be used as the main device of analysis. With the help of Foucault, we will try and scrutinize in wider scope, how to distance ourselves from being trapped in any power which is used in the name of adat.
