Abstract

After the employee’s problem inventoried at PT. Metriko, the problems were certainly raised not only from the working environment, with the co-workers, superiors or with the load of work itself. Employee’s attitude is represented with satisfaction and working involvement. This attitude certainly will have an impact and or influence towards the employee’s performance. The purpose of this research is to analyse if a commitment and a employee’s attitude caused an impact towards the employee’s performance. Based on calculation analysed by using simple linear regression with SPSS ver. 22.00, the results are: Satisfaction Coefficient B = 1,541 with p value = 0,000 < 0,05 with determination R2–0,421 (4,21%); Management Commitment Coefficient B = 0,784 with p value 0,000 < 0,05 with determination R2= 0,413 (41,3%); and Employee’s attitude Coefficient B = 1,809 with p value 0,000 < 0,05 with determination R2–0,433 (43,3%). It can be concluded that the hypotheses stated that commitment and employee’s attitude have a positive relation and significant impact towards the employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of leadership to employee performance and the effect of motivation on employee performance of mining and energy services of OKU Timur. The Method of data analysis is descriptive analysis with research variables of inferential statistical analysis, path analysis, cholerity and linearity The result obtains that there is the effect of leadership on employee motivation, communication on employee multifaction, motivation on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, and communication on employee performance in OKU Timur mining and energy services. Considiresing leadership, communication and working motivation are very influential on employee perfomarmance, it is expected for the leadership to enhance his abilitiy as one of his tasks and functions as a motivator for his employees, thus employee motivation can increase because of the encouragement for recognition and feeling worthy of respect, and also the encouragement to work responsibly. In theend this can improve employee performance according to organizational expectation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of cigarette manufacturing companies listed on the BEI by using EVA analysis, and prove positive accounting earnings will have or do not have a positive EVA value.By using sample 4 (four) cigarette manufacturing companies listed on BEI, the result of this research mention that there are 3 of 4 or (75%) cigarette manufacturing companies listed on BEI experiencing EVA > 0 value, and profit positive accounting does not necessarily make the EVA value positive as well. This is due to an increase in the cost of equity capital that contributes the largest cost to the WACC figure which results in high capitalcharger borne by the company.

Abstract

This research is conducted to find out whether these i sor not the effect and realtionship between motivation (x) and employee performance (y) at PT. Bumi Pratama Usaha Jaya In Bayung Lincir. The writer uses statistical method in analysing the data in simple linear regression analysis. Considering the results of validity and reliability test, it is stated that all statement indicators are valid and reliable, from regression analysis states that working satisfaction, commitment and working involvement have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that working behaviour is very identical with working satisfaction, commitment and working involvement. Their influential relationship is very positive and significan ton employee performance. Therefore, the hypothesis states working satisfaction, commitment and working involvement have positive and significant effect is accepted., this research is not good yet because of the limitation in it. Suffestion for the development of this reserch is not only done in one company but also the charecteristics of the comparison company, then if the researchdone in some different but similar companies will get the right solution.

Abstract

This research was done in order to investigate the effect of compensation variables which are; salary and benefit, facility and honour toward the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, the objectives of this research were: a) to investigate the effect of compensation variables which are; salary and benefit, facility and honour toward the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, and b) to investigate which independent variable was dominant in affecting the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The research method used was causal. There were 100 employees used as the relationship between variables was measured by using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings in general showed that the variables of compensation which are; salary and benefit, facility and honour significantly affected the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Partially, the salary and benefit variable had a dominant factor toward productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of the relationship between work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 120 people and the sample was 92 people. The analysis technique is done by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the relationship between work discipline and employee performance using the product moment correlation analysis tool obtained rxy correlation value of 0.997. When consulted with r table 0.997 it is at 0.80-1,000 which means that the relationship between work discipline and performance is very strong. The influence of work discipline and employee performance using the determination coefficient determination formula obtained a value of 99.4%, meaning that work discipline has an effect of 99.4% on performance. While 0.6% is influenced by other factors not examined. The magnitude of the qualitative analysis of work discipline and employee performance in table 8-16 concerning work discipline questions in table 17-27 about thequestion of employee performance, it is concluded that the work discipline carried out by employees is still not good. Thus it can be concluded that work discipline has a role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency management of District Own Source Revenue at Tax Management Agency in Palembang during 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data, target report, regional revenue and recurrent expenditures in Palembang during the period 2013-2017. The analytical tool used is the effectiveness budget and efficiency ratio. The conclusions obtained are the level of effectiveness of Palembang's district own source revenue achieve highly effective criteria during 2013-2017. The average of effectiveness ratio from 2013-2017 is 108.23 percent for each year. This shows that Palembang City government has sufficient ability to increase the realization of District Own Source Revenue for each year. Meanwhile, the average level of efficiency is below 60%, which means Very Efficient. Thus, it can be said that the government of Palembang city is able to manage the performance of the utilization of Distict Own Source revenue for each fiscal year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee performance of Parking Division PT. Adhi Pratama Perkasa. By using saturated sampling method, the data taken is primary data obtained through a questionnaire instrument. The analytical tool uses multiple linear regressions. Calculation results show that Compensation variable (X1) and Leadership Style variable (X2) have significant effects on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Companies must be able to compete with competitors to improve services to consumers. Promotion strategies must still be carried out to attract consumers to keep choosing Go-Car as transportation choice. Researcher is interested in conducting research on the effect of promotion strategies on consumer decisions using Go-Car in Palembang. The population is the people in Palembang. Samples taken in this study are 80 respondents using cluster sampling method, with the help of SPSS softare version 16. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a positive and signifi cant influence on consumer decisions using Go-Car in Palembang.This can be seen from t value of 2.530> t table of 1.990 and the significance value of0.001, then t count > t table and the significance value <0.05 which means that promotion strategies variable (X) significantly influences the decision on the usage variable (Y) . This also means that promotion strategiesvariable shows how promotion strategies of PT. Go-jek Indonesia are able to convince the people of Palembang to use Go-Car services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang. (2)The effect of workload on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT.Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang.(3) The effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang. This is an assosiatif research.The type of datais quantitative dataor inthe formofnumbers.The research instrument uses questionnaires. The populationis employees of PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang. The sampling technique uses saturated sample.The instrument validity test uses Confirmatory Factor Analysiswhile the reliability test uses Alpha Cronbach. The measuring instrument is validandreliable for research instruments. Multiple regressionanalys is isused to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of the study at 5% significance level found that: (1) job satisfaction has appositive effect on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang witht count of 3.281 while t table of 2.028 in addition to the significance value 0 f0.002 also indicates the value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. (2) workload has a positive effect on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang with t count of 5.947 while the value of t table (n=39,α=5%) of 2.028. Based on these values, t count is greater than t table, inaddition to the significant value smaller than the value of alpha (0.000<0.05). (3) Job satisfaction with F value of 135.064 is greater than F table of 3.26 besides the significance value of 0.000 smaller than the alpha value (n=39,α=5%), PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang with job satisfaction and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.
