Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the management function (X) which includes Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling on the performance of PDAM Tirta Betuah employees, Banyuasin Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive with data acquisition through observation and questionnaire techniques. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples, another term for saturated samples is census. Meanwhile, the primary data collection used in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed with the help of the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squars) calculator version 3.0. From the results of the research used, the management function (Y) in PDAM Tirta Bertuah, Banyuasin Regency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (X)

Abstract

This research aims to find out how brand image influences the decision to purchase an I-Phone brand smartphone from an Islamic perspective, a case study of management study program students at ITBis Lembah Dempo. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis, namely data analysis that can be described using numbers. This research focuses on Brand Image (X1), Lifestyle (X2), and Purchase Decisions (Y). Based on simultaneous testing or F test, the Sig value has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) which is 0,000 < 0,05 and the result of F-obtained was 18,19 and F- table was 3,10. It can be concluded that H3 is accepted. It means there is a significant effect between Brand Image (X1), Lifestyle (X2) on the Purchasing Decisions (Y) simultaneously.

Abstract

Product availability and price are one of the things that consumers consider when purchasing. Often the higher the price of a product, the more available the product is. Consumers are willing to spend more if the quality, consumer sacrifice and availability of a product are commensurate with the costs incurred. The questionnaire in this research was given to 100 consumers of the Sheza Jaya Sentosa Palembang grocery store. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative. The research results show a positive and significant influence on price and product availability on purchasing decisions at the Sheza Jaya Sentosa Palembanggrocery store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of trust and convenience on online purchasing decisions in the Lazada application. The research method used is an associative research type. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 51 respondents who shopped on the Lazada application or who had the Lazada application. The indicators used were obtained from research, namely the dimensions of Trust (X1), Ease (X2) and Purchase Decision (Y). From the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained from the variable Trust (X1) of 0.555 and Ease (X2) of 0.408. This shows that all variables X (Trust and Convenience) havea unidirectional influence on variable Y (Purchasing Decisions). From the results of the hypothesis test, namely the influence of the variables Trust (X1) and Convenience (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y), the value is sig = 0.000, because the sig value = 0.000 <0.05 means that there is an influence of trust and convenience on online purchasing decisions in the Lazada application. Based on this statement means that Ha can be accepted.

Abstract

Company value reflects the present value of expected future earnings. Good financial management can maximize company value. This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure and company size on company value, the influence of dividend policy and profitability on company value. The research sample was 46 financial and banking companies that went public on the IDX. The method used is purposive sampling, namely a sampling method by determining certain criteria, namely financial and banking companies on the IDX that publish annual financial reports consistently in 2017-2020, financial and banking companies on the IDX that publish annual financial reports as of date December 31, and companies that have positive profitability values so that using the pooled data method (2017- 2020), the number of observations (n) = 168 is obtained. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The research results show that there is no significant influence between dividend policy on company value, there is a negative and significant influence between capital structure on company value, there is a positive and significant influence between company size on company value, there is a positive and significant influence between profitability on company value.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Real behavior displayed by eah person as work performance produced by employees according to their role in a company or organization. Good employee performance is one of tthe most important factors in a company or organization’s efforts to increase productivity. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The number of samples in this study was 61 respondents using probbility sampling techniques. The analysis tchnique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine consumer satisfaction with PT. Pegadaian Palembang Branch Taman Bukit Siguntang Unit. The data used in the research uses primary data and secondary data through interviews, observation, documentation and filling out questionnaires. The sample used in this research uses an incidental sample of 100 respondents from a total population of 1316. The method in this research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method where the indicators used in this research are: Quick Completion, Completeness of Facilities, Company Reputation and Image, Employee Friendliness, Cleanliness Room, Employee Responsiveness, Understanding Customer Needs, Warranty. Based on the results of customer satisfaction index (IKP) research on PT. Pegadaian Palembang Branch, Taman Bukit Siguntang Unit shows information that the actual performance level is the same as the expected performance level, namely 3.38, which means that PT Pegadaian Palembang Branch, Taman Bukit Siguntang Unit is quite satisfactory to customers. In general, the company's performance has met consumer expectations on several indicators such as quick completion, company reputation and image, cleanliness of the room, understanding customer needs, and guarantee. However, there are several areas that need improvement to increase overall customer satisfaction, such as completeness of facilities,employee friendliness and employee responsiveness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of motivation (X) on employee performance (Y) at CV Rimba Asam Sejahtera. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study consisted of 34 respondents by distributing questionnaires using a saturated sample, namely the entire population was used as a sample. The data analysis technique used in this research uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS data processing. The research results show that motivation variables have a positive and significant effect onemployee performance variables at CV Rimba Asam Sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Public Relations (HUMAS) Division of the Regional Secretariat of Kaimana Regency. Motivation and job satisfaction factors are considered as important elements influencing employee performance. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample consists of 20 PNS employees from the HUMAS Division, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of each independent variable (work motivation and job satisfaction) on the dependent variable (PNS performance).The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on PNS performance with a contribution of 23.1%, while job satisfaction has a greaterinfluence, contributing 84.1%. Simultaneously, both independent variables contribute significantly to PNS performance, with a coefficient of determination value of 69.6%, indicating that work motivation and job satisfaction together contribute to improving employee performance. The remaining 30.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.This study is expected to provide insights into improving PNS performance through effective management of work motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction in the Emergency Room (IGD) at Kayuagung Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the relationship quality of service on patients in the Emergency Room (IGD) at Kayuagung Hospital. The object of this research was carried out in the Emergency installation (IGD) RSUD Kayuagung. The sample in this study was 97 respondents who came from patients who had been treated in the Emergency Room (IGD) RSUD Kayuagung. The research method in this study used data collection techniques through questionnaires, using the simple random sampling technique. And the data collection techniques used validity test, reliability test, t-test statistic (t-test), coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. This result was obtained from the calculation of the t-test value > t-table (5.484 > 1.661) and was significantin thein umber (0.000 < 0.05). And from the result of the coefficient of determination obtained was 23.2%.
