Female students who are classified as teenagers have a high risk of anaemia, especially iron nutritional anaemia. College students generally have unhealthy eating habits. Based on Riskesdas data, the proportion of anaemia in women (27.2%) is higher than in men (20.3%). The proportion of anaemia in the age group of 15–24 years is 32%. Based on Riskesdas data, the prevalence of anaemia in adolescents is 32%, meaning that 3–4 out of 10 adolescents suffer from anaemia. Nationally, the prevalence of wasting (according to BMI/U) in children aged 5–12 years is 11.2%, consisting of 4.0% being skinny and 7.2% being underweight (Ministry of Health, 2020). LSPR Jakarta Institute of Communication and Business students found many cases suspected of having anaemia. This is evidenced by the symptoms of female students coming to the clinic for health consultations. The design used in this study is quantitative, using the cross-sectional approach method. The sample in this study was 75 female students of the LSPR Institute of Communication and Business in 2022, using a random sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is the Chi-square test. The results showed that the nutritional status of underweight female students was 45 (60%), while the incidence of anaemia was 43 (57.3%). The results of the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anaemia among female students at the Communication Institute and LSPR business in 2022. Advice for LSPR. Health workers should be able to provide health promotion related to nutritional status and anaemia to female students so that they can change healthy living behaviours.

The nurse's physical workload can include lifting and moving patients who cannot move independently, performing medical procedures that require physical endurance, and working long hours without adequate rest periods. The study aimed to determine the physical and mental workload of health workers with the application of patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of this study is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach; the number of samples is 36 respondents. The research variable was an independent variable (mental and physical workload) with a dependent variable (patient safety application). The study's results related the relationship of physical workload with the application of patient safety with a value of p = 0.409 and the relationship of mental workload with the application of patient safety with p = 0.069. It can be concluded that there is no relationship between physical workload and the application of patient safety in the inpatient room. There is no relationship between mental workload and the application of patient safety in the inpatient room. Therefore, hospitals need to provide adequate support and resources to help nurses manage their workload effectively and prevent burnout and workload overload that can negatively impact healthcare workers' mental and physical health

This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and self-care adherence in patients with hypertension. Self-care adherence refers to an individual's compliance with medical recommendations and behaviors supporting hypertension control. The research method employed is an observational study involving participants with hypertension. Data were obtained through questionnaires measuring the level of self-efficacy and self-care adherence. Statistical analysis was conducted to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and self-care adherence. The findings of the study indicate a positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-care adherence in patients with hypertension. Individuals with strong self-efficacy are more likely to be compliant in their self-care practices, including regularly taking medication, following a healthy diet, engaging in regular exercise, and monitoring their blood pressure. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-efficacy in individuals with hypertension to enhance their self-care adherence. In conclusion, self-efficacy plays a significant role in self-care adherence among patients with hypertension. Enhancing self-efficacy can be an effective strategy for improving self-care adherence and controlling blood pressure in patients with hypertension

Tomato is one of the plants that contain lycopene as an antibacterial. Acne is an infectious disease caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis. Antibiotic treatment starts to become resistant so that plants can be used as alternative treatments. The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the ethanolic extract of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L) against the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria in vitro. This type of research is experimental. Extraction was carried out by maceration method with 96% ethanol as solvent. Lycopene extract with concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%. Testing with the paper disk method with five repetitions. Aquadest as a negative control, and tetracycline as a positive control. The results showed that the diameter of the inhibition zone formed in the positive control was 40.36 mm (potent inhibition). Inhibition zones at concentrations of 100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, and 20% had solid inhibitory power. The results of statistical tests showed that the ethanolic extract of tomato (Solanum lycopersycom L) had antibacterial effectiveness against the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria that causes acne in vitro. The post hoc test shows a significant effect between a T1 concentration of 100% with negative control and positive control

Breastfeeding can protect infants and toddlers; therefore, it is advisable to breastfeed as soon as possible after the baby is born. Early contact between mother and baby is a sensitive period in which an earlier delay in contact between the baby and the mother will interfere with the child's further development. Various reasons are put forward by mothers who do not exclusively breastfeed their babies, including mothers who feel less milk production, difficulty in sucking babies, working mothers, the desire to be modern, and the influence of advertising/promotion of breast milk substitutes. This study aimed to determine the relationship between education and knowledge on changes in attitudes of III trimester pregnant women about Early Breastfeeding Initiation. Analytical research with a Cross-Sectional Study approach with a sample of 31 people. Data processing with SPSS with Chi-Square test. The study's results did not show a relationship between education and knowledge in the attitude of III trimester pregnant women towards Early Initiation of Breastfeeding. Every expectant mother is unique, and the approach to teaching and understanding can be tailored to their needs and preferences. Supporting expectant mothers with accurate information, emotional support, and appropriate resources can help improve their attitudes toward early breastfeeding initiation and prepare them for a positive breastfeeding experience.

Early rupture of membranes is one of the complicators in pregnancy and childbirth that plays a role in increasing perinatal maternal pain and death that can be caused by infection, where the amniotic membrane that is a barrier to the entry of infection-causing germs is no longer there so that it can be dangerous for the mother and fetus. The purpose of conducting research is to determine the incidence of SC with indications of premature rupture of membranes in Poso area general hospitals—descriptive research method with a Retrospective approach. The study subjects were mothers with SC delivery with hints of KPD selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of 30 SC mothers with symptoms of Early Rupture of Water (KPD) at the Poso Regional General Hospital were dominated by mothers aged 20-35 years, primiparous parity, gestational age ≥37 weeks, and not working. It can be concluded that it cannot be ascertained that there is a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of KPD because the development or maturity of each woman's reproductive organs is not the same; other causative factors can also be seen from a psychological and financial perspective, such as mothers who experience anxiety in primigravida mothers. Gestational age also influences the older the gestational age will result in the opening of the cervix and stretching of the amniotic membrane, which affects the amniotic membrane so that it is weaker and more accessible to break. Regarding the activities of maternity mothers who work and do not work, it will not affect their health if the mother can still control rest and knows the limits of work. The cause of KPD is multifactor and is usually associated with increased physical stress that causes the amniotic membrane to become weak.

Stabilization of the tibia when moving forward and rotational movements of the knee joint will be assisted by one of the ligaments in the knee joint, namely the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL). This study aims to present physiotherapy management strategies to help reduce pain, prevent stiffness, increase muscle strength, decrease muscle spasms, increase the joint scope of motion, and overcome edema. The method used in this study is a case report. Primary data are obtained through auto anamnesis and physical examination. Holistic diagnosis assessment is carried out quantitatively from the study's beginning, process, and end. The result is that a 33-year-old male patient with a postoperative diagnosis of ACL underwent surgery on November 14, 2022, and has done therapy 7 times; the patient has experienced significant changes. It can be concluded that postoperative ACL rehabilitation can reduce edema and pain, increase muscle strength, and increase ROM. Finding interventions that can be applied to learning and modification of interventions is also recommended to assist in post-ACL reconstruction recovery to return to daily activities. The diagnosis and treatment of physiotherapy in patients are by the latest theories and research. In the evaluation, clinical improvement of patients and increased knowledge were obtained
