Abstract

Guests who come and visit need interesting tourist attractions in an area will need good accommodation facilities. a very promising business field because the public, guests and state apparatus who go to an area for work or entertainment are in dire need of lodging or hotel services. The approach and type of research is based on a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The sampling is purposive sampling with a sample of 100 hotel guest respondents staying at the Labersa Balige Hotel. The results show that room rates and facilities have a significant impact on positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa. Based on F test results that facilities, room prices and service quality simultaneously affect guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa., service quality, guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa. The results showed that simultaneously from the results of the F test 96.31% of the facilities, room prices, and services had a positive and significant impact on guest satisfaction Staying. Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on guest satisfaction at Hotel Labersa. Based on the results of the t-test -0.703 with a significant level of 0.484 that the quality of service partially has a negative effect on guest satisfaction staying at Hotel Labersa.

Abstract

This writing is a professional work of team research of Akademi Pariwisata Medan who concentrates their research in a South Aceh Regency of Tapak Tuan District. The object of the research is “FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE TOWARDS TOURISM OBJECT IN THE CITY OF TAPAK TUAN, TAPAK TUAN DISTRICT, SELATAN ACEH REGENCY”. The data of the analyses were acquired directly from website, books and directly from the real location and situation in Tapak Tuan Tourism Sites. The data acquired is the basic needs to be analyzed in order to find out the real problem of tourism sites. The purpose of analyses is to increase the visitors the Tourism Sites in Tapak Tuan by researching the real problem and situations to be analyzed and to find out the solution of the situation. The theory applied in the research is empirical theory by doing a direct observation in the area of research combined with answering question of Why and How related to the situation and condition of Tapak Tuan Tourism Area. The facilities and infrastructure needs to be seriously managed by the tourist businessman and local government. This problem must be solved immediately to increase the beneficial of tourism sites to increase the visitors as well as tourism income in Tapak Tuan Finally the writer hopes the research would be beneficial for the development of Tourism in Tapak Tuan District in South Aceh Regency Aceh Province.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on many sectors, not only health but also tourism. The dynamics of government policies in line with the fluctuations in the number of Covid-19 events have had their own impact on the development of the tourism industry; one of them is tourist villages. During the pandemic, tourist villages are one of the government's priorities to restore the tourism sector because tourist villages have a broad impact on the community's economic recovery. Lor Sambi Tourism Village is one of the tourist villages affected by the pandemic. The decrease or even the absence of the number of visits affects tourism income and has an impact on the financial needs needed for the operation of tourist villages. This study aims to demonstrate the efforts to restore the tourism economy after the Covid-19 pandemic in the Lor Sambi Tourism Village, Sleman Regency. The research used qualitative research methods. Data was collected by interviewing four informants using the purposive sampling technique and direct field observations of tourist villages. Research showed that the Covid-19 pandemic has both negative and positive impacts on the Lor Sambi Tourism Village. The negative impact is in the form of a decrease in tourism revenue due to a decrease in visitors. Meanwhile, the positive impact is that tourism object managers can find new tourist attractions to attract visitors' interest and revamp the tourist village to comply with health protocol standards. Changing tourism trends into technology-based tourism in terms of product marketing and tourism management needs to be considered, and also needs to be supported by collaboration with other parties, such as the private sector and the government.

Abstract

This research is aimed to test the effect of tourism attraction and service quality on tourist satisfaction (survey on Green Paradise Pagar Alam). This research used descriptive quantitative methods that is using questionnaire to the tourist to collect the data. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to compute the parameters by using IBM SPSS ver. 25. The result shows that tourism attraction has no significant effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has significant effect tourist satisfaction. Tourism attraction need to develop to increase tourist satisfaction to visit Green Paradise Pagar Alam.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems currently being faced by the COVID-19 pandemic which until now has greatly impacted the sustainability of business lines, companies and tourist destinations. For this reason, strategies for existence are needed to face this pandemic period. So that it encourages business people and MSME actors to use technological advances as an alternative strategy. One way is to implement a marketing strategy through digital marketing which is the best solution and way to market MSME products at Tipangg Tourism Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The focus of the problem in this study is (1) How is the marketing strategy carried out by the Tipangg Tourism Village Pokdarwis in increasing the sales turnover of MSME products during the pandemic. (2) What are the obstacles experienced by the Tipangg Tourism Village Pokdarwis in carrying out marketing strategies through digital marketing (digital marketing). (3) What are the solutions carried out by the Tipangg Tourism Village Pokdarwis to overcome marketing strategy constraints through digital marketing (digital marketing).

Abstract

Keberadaan objek wisata warisan budaya dan bersejarah merupakan potensi terhadap peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan dalam maupun luar negeri ke suatu daerah dan kota wisata. Terdapat dua kegiatan wisata yang memiliki hubungan erat dengan warisan budaya dan peninggalan sejarah yaitu kegiatan wisata Cultural Tourism (wisata budaya) dan kegitan wisata Heritage Tourism (wisata ke situs-situs warisan atau pustaka). Di Desa Buluh Awar kecamatan Sibolangitkabupaten Deli Serdang provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang memilki daya tarik sebagai wisata heritagesangat berpotensi sekaliuntuk dikembangkan karena ada beberapa tempat yang dinilai sebagai daya tarik wisata tersebut. Buluh Awar memiliki sejarah yang erat kaitannya dengan penginjilan pertama bagi suku Karo. Hal ini ditandai dengan berdirinya Gereja Batak Karo Protestan (GBKP) pertama di Tanah Karo yang dibangun pada tahun 1890. Tidak hanya Gereja, tapi juga dilengkapi dengan Museum Pekabaran Injil dan makam Nora Tampenawas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data yang sudah ada di Unit Wisata Rohani Buluh Awar dalam pengembangan wisata heritage dan juga dengan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan kepada narasumber. Waktu penelitian dilakukan enam bulam, pada tiga bulan pertama fokus pada pendekatan kepada masyarakat lokal, pengumpulan informasi dan literatur mengenai heritage dari Buluh Awar dan mempromosikan ke sosial media.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi di dalam pengembangan objek wisata rumah adat pakpak, dimana terdapat beberapa hambatan maupun kendala yang dihadapi dalam strategi pengembangan objek wisata yakni perlu adanya perhatian khusus dalam pemeliharaan serta pelestarian dan didukung kerjasama oleh pihak terkait untuk lebih memfokuskan pengembangan wisata budaya yang ada di daerah rumah adat pakpak tersebut. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT, dimana peneliti melihat faktor dari segi kekuatan/ strengths, kelemahan/ weakness, peluang/ opportunities, dan ancaman/ threats merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan strategi pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian rumah adat pakpak memiliki peluang untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata budaya yang memiliki nilai sejarah dari suku Pakpak itu sendiri. Dalam hal pengembangan perlu adanya strategi dan kerjasama pihak pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat sekitar. Kata kunci: Pengembangan, rumah adat

Abstract

Abstract Dairi Regency Government through Dairi Regency Regent Decree No. 83/556/II/2022 stipulates the silalahi tourism village as a tourist village to be developed as part of the Toba Caldera UNESCO Global Geopark. Silalahi II tourism village and its surroundings are tourist attractions that can be developed by relying on the existing tourism potential. In addition to the enchanting natural charm, Silalahi II Tourism Village has traditional and cultural tourism owned by Raja Silahisabungan who has descendants of 8 clans, namely in the form of sites, local cultural wisdom which is held in the Marga People's Party every year and separate ceremonial events by the local community. The development of natural and cultural tourist attractions is carried out by paying attention to aspects of the beauty and quality of tourism as a post-covid-19 tourism trend. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method with SWOT strategy analysis.

Abstract

Worship Facilities, Halal Food and Drinks and Islamic Morality together contribute to each other in linking the system to achieve / meet the needs of tourists so that this will be significant to Muslim Tourist Decisions. The prospects in this area are potential areas and strategies to be managed and developed in supporting the momentum of halal tourism. In this case, to realize halal tourism facilities, there are several supporting indicators, namely worship, halal food and drinks, and Islamic morality. With this strategic area and great potential, making the Kampoeng Lama Paloh Naga Tourism Village to develop in seeing the tourism sector that has Islamic values ​​or better known as halal tourism. Quantitative derivation method is used as an analytical technique in this case study. Where the correlation hypothesis testing and regression analysis between variables will be carried out using an error rate approach of 5% and a confidence level of 95%. The data collected in the form of numbers are then parsed and researched in order to get some information that interprets these numbers. Each variable operates separately from the dependent variable. The findings of this study. Facilities and halal food and beverages have a positive and significant effect on the decisions of Muslim tourists by 56.70% in the tourist village of Kampoeng Lama Paloh Naga, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Technological progress is so fast that it can be felt by entrepreneurs, especially culinary businesses in Indonesia, with this technological advancement which is widely used by culinary business actors, such as those in Berastagi City, Karo Regency, where this area is a tourist destination that is visited by many tourists. tourists both from outside and from within the country, the variety of attractions offered as well as the culinary delights. Online media is one of the media for culinary business actors in selling a variety of culinary delights that are marketed which are usually used as promotional tools to market these various culinary delights. The type used in this research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Where the results of the enthusiastic research of the community in using online media in culinary orders are increasing and continue to increase. This online culinary business makes it easy for people to buy the food they want without having to leave their homes or surroundings. The process of ordering and delivery as well as payment is very efficient, fast and practical, making the online culinary business in Berastagi City, Karo Regency even better
