Abstract

This research is entitlend “The Role of BUMDES Muara Gemilang in improving the community economy in Batuyang village, Pringgabaya Diatrict, East Lombok Regency”. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of BUMDES Muara Gemilang in impoving the community economy in Batuyang village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency. This research is qualitative research data was obtained from interviews with the community in Batuyang Village. The results of this research indicate that the existene of BUMDES in Batuyang Village has not been able to improve the economy of the people in Batuyang Vilage.

Abstract

This research is Entitled "Analysis Of The Influence Of The Transfer Of Management Of Land And Building Rights On Regional Original Income Of The Central Lombok District". In this research, the researcher wants to see how the transition in management of land and building rights affects regional indigenous income generation in Central Lombok Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that from the results of the regression analysis regarding the influence of BPHTB on Central Lombok Regency's PAD, BPHTB does not have a significant effect on Central Lombok Regency's PAD revenue. This is because the estimation results show that the significance value of BPHTB is greater than the alpha level used, namely 5% ((0.286 > 0.050) or the calculated T value is smaller than the T table value (1, 295 > 2.776). From the results of the R-value Square obtained a result or value of 0.359 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this study has meaning, namely the influence of the BPHTB variable on PAD in Central Lombok Regency, namely 35.9% while the remaining amounting to 64.1% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research, such as taxes, levies, other legitimate PAD sources and several other items that are included in the PAD forming category. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of Central Lombok Regency BPHTB revenues, that BPHTB revenue is included in the effective category, this can be seen from the percentage of revenue realization exceeding 100%.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of the Level of Economic Growth and Level of Education on the Level of Open Unemployment in Central Lombok Regency". In this research, researchers want to see how the level of economic growth and education level influence the level of open poverty in Central Lombok Regency in 2016-2022. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. That partial economic growth has no significant effect on open poverty in Central Lombok Regency (Y). This can be seen from the value of Tcount (1.220) < Ttable (2.571) and the significance value of Tcount (0.290) > alpha significance (0.05). Education level (X2) has no significant effect on open poverty in Central Lombok Regency (Y). This can be seen from the calculated T value (0.093) < T table value (2.571) and can also be seen from the significance value, namely calculated significance 0.930 > alpha significance (0.05). Simultaneously, the estimation results show that the variables of economic growth and education level do not influence simultaneously, this is proven by the calculated F value < from F table (0.793 < 6.94). The results of the R-square test for the independent variable on the dependent variable, obtained a result or value of 0.533 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this research has meaning, namely that the influence of the economic growth and education level variables is able to explain the open poverty level variable in Central Lombok Regency of 0.533 units or 53.3%, and this figure shows a small influence. Meanwhile, the remainder was influenced by other variables not included in this study, amounting to 46.7%.

Abstract

The results of this research are that social capital, in this case the elements of social capital, consist of participation in a network, namely through family, friends, relatives, even neighbors and also through social media as a means for them to expand their business network. ; reciprocity, where they prioritize collaboration rather than competition; trust, they always maintain communication and provide good service to customers, by maintaining their attitude and words; social norms, the rules they use are the rules that have been taught by their parents and religion, such as rules for social relations. These social relations rules include rules for speaking, behaving (ethics and responsibility), and interacting with others; and value, namely in the form of product quality, innovation and creativity, regarding product quality, home industry players really prioritize product quality in terms of taste, cleanliness and tidiness of the product, regarding innovation and creativity are still minimal, especially in terms of product packaging which is still traditional. So, most of the elements of social capital have been implemented by home industry players in the Tembelok area in running their businesses, and this social capital has resulted in sustainable sustainability of their businesses.

Abstract

This research is entitled "ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF VILLAGE-OWNED BUSINESSES IN SUPPORTING THE ECONOMY OF VILLAGE COMMUNITIES THROUGH WASTE MANAGEMENT" The problem raised in this study is How the Role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) in an effort to support the economy of village communities through Waste Management. This research explores the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the community's economy through waste management in Prai Meke Village, Central Lombok. The program aims to manage local resources and improve social welfare. With the increasing amount of waste, waste management becomes essential to achieve sustainable development, related to health issues, climate change, and poverty reduction. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, the results show that BUMDes contributes positively by creating jobs and supporting the 'Waste Free Village' program initiated to utilize recyclable waste. This research successfully creates jobs, increases community creativity, reduces dependency, and improves environmental health. Thus, BUMDes serves as a local economic driver and facilitator of community empowerment, strengthening self-reliance and social welfare in the village.

Abstract

This study is entitled "ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF INFLATION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH ON OPEN UNEMPLOYMENT IN CENTRAL LOMBOK REGENCY IN 2016-2021". In this study, the researcher wants to see how inflation and economic growth affect open unemployment in Central Lombok Regency in 2016-2021. The type of this research is Quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the R-square value is 0.664 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this study has a meaning, namely the influence of the inflation and economic growth variables is able to explain the unemployment variable in Central Lombok Regency by 0.664 one-unit or 66.4%, and this figure shows a large influence and meets the regression criteria. While the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study by 0.336 or 3.36%. Partially, the influence of the inflation and economic growth variables is not significant in influencing unemployment in Central Lombok Regency from 2016-2021. Simultaneously, the inflation and economic growth variables are not significant in influencing unemployment in Central Lombok Regency from 2016-2021. Meanwhile, the dominant variable influencing unemployment in Central Lombok Regency is the economic growth variable.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the digital marketing strategy used by UMKM actors in Babakan Village in maintaining and increasing their business profits in accordance with the perspective of Islamic Economics. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods are Observation, unstructured interviews, Documentation and Case Studies. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display), Verification. The results of this study indicate that the digital marketing strategy carried out by UMKM actors in Babakan Village is in the form of marketing through social media. The impact of digital marketing in increasing income is very significant, in addition to other positive impacts, namely the creation of wider marketing channels and increasing popularity, reducing advertising costs. Digital marketing is very helpful for UMKM in running their business. With digital marketing, UMKM can promote their business more easily and quickly reach consumers more widely.

Abstract

Interest rates are also a factor that influences investment development. Low interest rates allow investors to invest their capital in an area, especially the Mandalika SEZ in the Central Lombok Regency area. High economic growth makes a positive impression on investors, this could be because economic growth can reflect the prosperity of a region because with economic growth the purchasing power of the community increases, this will be a good investment opportunity for investors. This research aims to see the influence of economic growth, inflation and interest rates on investment value in the Mandalika District, Central Lombok Regency. This research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that the economic growth variable (x1) has a significant effect on investment in the Mandalika SEZ, Central Lombok Regency (y). This can be seen from the calculated t value > t table. The inflation variable (x2) does not have a significant effect on investment in the Kek Mandalika area, Central Lombok district. This is proven by the calculated t value being smaller than the table t value. The interest rate variable (x3) has a significant effect on investment in the Mandalika Islands area. This is proven by the calculated t value of the interest rate variable being greater than the t table value. together the variables of economic growth, inflation and interest rates have a significant effect on investment in the Mandalika District, Central Lombok Regency, this is proven by the calculated f value being greater than f table (15.749>3.71).

Abstract

Central Lombok Regency is one of the regencies in West Nusa Tenggara Province and is a Special EconomicZone (KEK) with tourism destinations. The potential for developing MSMEs in Central Lombok is very large.The number of MSMEs owned is around 8,095 units spread across 12 sub-districts. One of them is Pujut subdistrict with 1,045 MSME units including in Ketara Village. The existence of the Mandalika InternationalCircuit has an impact on the emergence of MSME actors in Ketara Village. So that many people have switchedprofessions from farmers to MSME actors. This study tries to find the impact of MSMEs on the welfare of theKetara Village community and what factors influence the implementation of these MSMEs. This study uses adescriptive qualitative method and data analysis with data reduction. The results of the study and discussionshow that the role of MSMEs in improving community welfare has a very big impact, this can be seen from theincrease in the stages of community welfare before and after opening an MSME business. The presence ofMSMEs in Ketara Village has opened up new jobs and absorption of workers who are currently active as MSMEactors in the production sector as the conclusion of this study. Government support in the development ofMSMEs is very much needed and the inhibiting factors are lack of capital and business networks that need tobe expanded as suggestions and conclusions of this study.
