Marketing strategy is a strategy to serve a market or market segment that is targeted by an entrepreneur. Therefore, the marketing strategy is a combination of the marketing mix implemented by entrepreneurs to serve their market. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to determine the marketing strategy of food stall entrepreneurs in increasing the income of the food stall business. The type of research used in this study is empirical, because in this study the researcher describes a situation or phenomenon from the research object studied by developing concepts and gathering existing facts. This research method is descriptive qualitative. From the research results, the marketing strategy used to increase entrepreneur income is by implementing a marketing mix system; product, price, place and promotion. Viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, food stall entrepreneurs also apply the practices of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely shiddiq (true and honest), amanah (trustworthy), fathanah (smart), and tabligh (communicative).

Islamic Business Ethics is an important thing in the course of a professional business activity, and shows that there is a stand-alone structure that is separate from other structures because business ethics in Islam explains more about policies and truths both at the level of intentions and ideas towards behavior, starting from law Islam to trade relations. Trade in Islam has now begun to show its fangs. This is due to the collapse of the capitalist economy due to the global crisis. And in everyday life a person will never be separated from economic activities, especially Islamic economics. In practice, Islam recommends that it be based on Islamic law, namely the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah.

Islam is the most perfect religion in all respects. One of its perfections is to oblige its people to be able to live independently by working or doing business in the right way. Islam not only teaches to worship, but Islam also teaches its people to be independent and work hard, one of which is entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is a science that studies the values, abilities, and behavior of a person in facing life's challenges. Entrepreneurial elements include motivation, vision, communication, optimism, encouragement and the ability to take advantage of opportunities. Islamic entrepreneurship is an aspect of life that is grouped into muamalah issues. Problems that are closely related to horizontal relationships, namely the relationship between humans that will be accounted for later in the hereafter. Islamic entrepreneurship is a worship that will get a reward if it is implemented.

This study was to determine the effect of Leadership, Compensation, and Employee Performance at the Efraim Jaya Savings and Loan Business branch office company. In research using primary data. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling using predetermined criteria. The sample was selected from 54 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26. The results of the study show that leadership has a significant effect positive and significant on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect positive and significant to employee performance R-square value of 0.732, meaning that the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.732. This states that the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 73.2% and the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other independent variables outside of this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of internal communication, work environment and job descriptions on employee performance at PT Sinar Surya Alumindo. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sinar Surya Alumindo, a total of 65 people and the sample set was 65 people using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses SPSS Version 26. Partially, internal communication has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, internal communication, work environment and job descriptions have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially and simultaneously internal communication, work environment and job descriptions have a significant influence on employee performance at PT Sinar Surya Alumindo

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of recruitment, selection and job placement on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and supported by secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 102 respondents from employees of PT Mitra Karsa Utama.The results of this study partially show that the recruitment variable has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mitra Karsa Utama. Partially, the selection variable has no positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Karsa Utama. Partially the placement variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Karsa Utama. And simultaneously recruitment, selection, to placement shows an influence on employee performance.

Currently, the rapid development of technology is marked by the large number of people using technology to help their work. Most of the use of the internet by entrepreneurs is used for promotional media via social media. With marketing methods that use sophisticated information and communication technology via social media, many entrepreneurs use it to promote their products. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the influence of social media on business success, especially for culinary traders in Medan Johor District. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique of 76 culinary traders who actively use social media to promote their business. The variables studied include the frequency of using social media, the type of content posted, and interactions with consumers. There is a significant relationship between the intensity of using social media and increased sales. Business actors who regularly update content and interact with their consumers through social media tend to have an increase in sales of 25% compared to those who are less active. In addition, the type of content that is relevant and interesting also influences consumer loyalty. Social media has an important role in increasing business success, especially in terms of marketing and promotion. Using the right strategy on social media can increase sales and consumer loyalty. Plastic waste is the most waste in every country, including Indonesia. In Indonesia alone, the use of plastic reaches thousands of tons every day, the high rate of plastic use has been made by Indonesia, one of the countries that produces the most plastic waste in the world. this should be of particular concern to every community in order to reduce the plastic waste. the community can utilize the plastic waste into something that has selling value. Social media users are currently an opportunity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market their products, which is known as the previous digital marketing strategy, replacing traditional marketing strategies. The new digital marketing strategy was applied to the Pala Nusantara Small and Medium Enterprises, which previously only did marketing by offering products to stores. Assessment of effectiveness in digital marketing uses the theory of Marketing Communication Integration as a communication tool in conveying information to consumers. sales time by business owners can be done at any time, purchases can be made instantly so that for business owners using marketing on social media it becomes effective in terms of receipts from sales made and benefits for consumers, namely it is more efficient in buying products without having to go to the store. You need to understand that in building a culinary business, not only taste is the main thing for a culinary business. But also packaging, product photos, and so on are also the main attraction for potential buyers.
