JURNAL TELISKA adalah Jurnal dengan akses terbuka, jurnal peer-review yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya, Indonesia. Teliska diterbitkan dengan frekuensi 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun dengan jumlah volume yang bervariasi. Artikel dapat berupa hasil penelitian, kajian ilmiah, dan analisis serta pemecahan masalah yang relevan dengan bidang teknik elektro, diantaranya Teknik Telekomunikasi/Komunikasi Nirkabel/Keamanan Jaringan, Teknik Listrik/Sistem Tenaga Listrik dan Teknik Elektronika/Sistem Isyarat Elektronis/Sistem Kendali, Sistem Informasi/Internet of Things/Kecerdasan Buatan. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus melaporkan hasil penelitian asli, yang sebelumnya tidak dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis yang tidak dipublikasikan dan sedang dipertimbangkan untuk dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Publikasi naskah yang diserahkan tunduk pada peer review. Baik aspek umum dan teknis dari makalah yang dikirimkan ditinjau sebelum dipublikasikan. Naskah harus mengikuti gaya jurnal dan dapat ditinjau dan diedit. Sistem pengajuan dan penerbitan online menggunakan Open Journal System (OJS). Abstract

Various kinds of technology have sprung up so that humans can use it in everyday life. Automation systems have become a very important need in the industrial world to improve quality and quantity in production. By designing tools with automation systems, for example, in metal and non-metal goods sorters. Broadly speaking, the company wants maximum production results so that it can satisfy their consumers, so this automation system is needed to make the desired special specifications. Simulation of a metal and non-metal goods sorter using proximity inductive sensors that move goods from the initial place to the intended place using a conveyor, with a drive system to move goods to storage using pneumatic transport to raise or lift goods, is the function of the tool to move goods based on metal and non-metal materials.

Abstract

The development of door lock technology is now sophisticated with the existence of various smart door lock innovations using sensors, cards, fingerprints, passwords, to face recognition or voice recognition. This is because the conventional keys on the market have an inadequate level of security, such as being easily lost and duplicable. This research aims to implement a double security system at the door with an innovative idea that combines face recognition, vibration sensors, and passwords which of course has better security than locks or locks. Identification technology that will be used in face recognition uses a Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG). The system created is based on the Internet of Things (IoT) which can provide information and early warning through notifications in the form of photos and messages that an unknown person has been detected in front of the house on a telegram in real time.

Abstract

The encoder in the steering system of an Autonomous electric car is a component used to determine the direction andposition of the racksteer displacement in the Autonomous electric car itself. The advantage of the encoder in this steeringsystem is its ability to read the number of rotations and direction of rotation of the car's steering wheel through pulsereadings from both channels of the encoder, without the need for additional specialized sensors. The data generated by theencoder is then used as a reference to ensure that the racksteer position is in the correct position during automatic controlin autonomous driving mode. Automatic control in an Autonomous electric car is achieved by reading the car's positionrelative to the road using lane detection methods through digital image processing on Raspberry Pi 4. The results of imageprocessing provide data such as direction and speed required by the car to accelerate when approaching or exiting a turn.The data from Raspberry Pi 4 is then received by the microcontroller to command the motor on the racksteer, taking intoconsideration the previous position of the racksteer obtained through the encoder.

Abstract

Plants need proper care, including adequate watering, in order to grow properly and provide optimal results. In an effort to increase the efficiency of watering plants, this study proposes the use of a fuzzy logic control system to control automatic watering devices for tomato and cactus plants. The method used in this study involved collecting relevant environmental data, such as soil moisture, temperature, and light intensity. This data is then processed using the fuzzy logic method to obtain the optimal soil moisture level for each type of plant. The proposed fuzzy logic control system uses several linguistic variables, including "dry, moist and wet", to describe soil moisture levels. Fuzzy logic rules that have been determined based on expert knowledge are applied in the control system to produce optimal watering decisions. The results showed that this fuzzy logic control system is capable of controlling automatic watering devices with high accuracy. Tomato and cactus plants grown in the experimental environment experienced an increase in plant growth and health after the application of this control system. Soil moisture is maintained within an optimal range, thereby increasing the efficiency of water use and avoiding the risk of excess or shortage of water. Abstract

Pada saat ini dunia industri manufaktur telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat besar, dapat dilihat dari penggunaan alat-alat teknologi yang dapat membantu mempermudah aktivitas produksi. Programmable logic control (PLC) merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mengambil peranan penting dalam menjalankan berlangsungnya proses produksi termasuk pada aktivitas penyortiran barang warna dan non warna. Dalam hal ini peranan PLC sangat penting untuk kemajuan dan perkembangan sebuah industri serta dapat mempermudah pekerjaan. Untuk itu dengan dibuatnya simulasi penyortiran barang warna dan non warna yang berbasis PLC GLOFA GM4-PA2A agar dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam penyortiran barang secara otomatis. Dimana alat tersebut sudah dilengkapi dengan beberapa fitur seperti sensor optic diffus yang berperan untuk mendeteksi barang warna dan non warna sehingga dapat dipisahkan secara otomatis. Dalam melakukan simulasi tersebut menggunakan aplikasi pemrograman GMWIN sebagai media agar dapat memerintah PLC tersebut sesuai yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Street lighting is one of the public facilities that plays a vital role in providing safety and comfort for road users. Therefore, any problems that occur with street lighting must be handled quickly and precisely. To achieve this goal, this study proposes a system for monitoring the condition of street lighting using LoRa-based multihop communication technology. In this study, each street light unit is equipped with an ACS172 current sensor and a BH1750 light sensor to determine the damage that occurs to the street lights automatically. Data from these two sensors is sent using LoRa Ra-02 to the relay and then forwarded to the gateway. The gateway forwards the data to the Firebase server so that the results of monitoring public street lighting can be observed via the internet network. Based on the results of system testing, the street light units (sensor nodes) can communicate with relays up to a distance of 200 m and with gateways up to a distance of 400 m. The gateway can also properly send sensor data to the Firebase server, so monitoring results can be viewed online via a smartphone.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Grain drying is one of the post-harvest processing processes which aims to reduce the moisture content in the grain to a certain extent until dry grain is obtained according to standards in order to enter the milling process. In general, Indonesian people use traditional methods in carrying out the process of drying grain, namely by drying it under the hot direct sun. Based on this, a machine is needed to help dry this post-harvest grain so that it can dry grain with maximum results in a short time and of course still save energy. This research aims to design and make a dryer as well as be able to monitor the temperature and humidity of the grain so that the grain can be dried according to milling standards. Abstract

Controlling temperature, humidity, and providing proper feed and drink in broiler broiler cages are important factors in maintaining the health and growth of chickens. To improve the efficiency and quality of this control, a system was created that automatically regulates temperature, humidity, as well as feed and drink using the fuzzy method. The fuzzy method is used to process temperature and humidity sensor data and apply fuzzy logic decisions in controlling the intensity of heating lamps, fans, and feed and drink. Sensor data will be entered into a fuzzy system that has been developed, where linguistic variables such as "cold", "warm", and "dry” will be used to represent temperature and humidity conditions. Through the interface provided, breeders can monitor and adjust temperature settings, humidity, and feeding and drinking schedules automatically. This interface allows breeders to enter preferences and limits in the fuzzy system, as well as see a visualization of the conditions of the cage and the decisions produced by the system. By implementing this smart broiler cage system with the fuzzy method, it is hoped that farmers can improve the efficiency of temperature and humidity control, as well as improve the quality of feeding and drinking. This will contribute to better growth and optimal health for broiler breeders, as well as increase productivity and profitability in broiler farms.

Abstract

Bldc motor is an alternative component for autonomous electric car because it has several advantages over conventional DC motors which still use brushes and commutators, while bldc motors do not use brushes and commutators but use electronic circuits to control the bldc motor with high efficiency, high operating life, high maintenance. low and low noise. By using a universal mosfet driver that has a hall effect sensor, hall effect can help calculate the pwm of a bldc motor controlled by arduino. The arduino controlling the universal mosfet driver will calculate using the pwm system of the bldc motor. This system will help the autonomous electric car transportation industry in controlling speed.
