Abstract

Iklim organisasi serta kepuasan kerja yang tinggi diharapkan dapat dijadikan modal penting bagi  PT. Jasamitra Propertindo untuk terus maju di masa mendatang. Manajemen dari PT. Jasamitra Propertindo dapat mencegahmunculnya ketidakpuasan kerja yangdapat menyebabkan penurunan kinerjakaryawannya. Permasalahan yang menyangkut pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan sebuah fenomena menarik untuk diteliti karena hal tersebut erat hubungannya dengan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris, apakah variabel iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur, tanggung jawab, imbalan, resiko, kehangatan, dukungan standar, konflik, identitassecara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jasamitra Propertindo. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel dalam iklim organisasi yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jasamitra Propertindo. Berdasarkan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, maka penelitian ini digolongkan sebagai explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan) yang akan memberikan penjelasan mengenai hubungan kausal (sebab akibat) antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Jasamitra Propertindo. Cara pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan propotional stratified random sampling, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 109 orang yang terbagi dalam 5 unit, yaitu departemen marketing dan promosi, teknik, keuangan, umum dan personalia, dan departemen operasional. Data yang didapat akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, maka hipotesis pertama dari penelitian ini dapat terjawab, yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel- variabel iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur, tanggung jawab, imbalan, resiko, kehangatan, dukungan standar, konflik, identitasdengan kerja karyawan PT. Jasamitra Propertindo. Sedangkan variabel dalam iklim organisasi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah identitas. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sebaiknya perusahaan lebih meningkatkan item-item yang terdapat dalam variabel struktur dan resiko. Disamping itu, para karyawan hendaknya menciptakan suasana kerja yang serius tapi santai dan seharusnya mereka tidak takut untuk mengemukakan pendapat.

Abstract

The growth of Islamic financial products has fueled as financial issues in the last recent years. This kind of products has been developed as the alternative of financial investment not only in the Islamic countries, but also in the non-islamic ones. This research provides one of the Islamic financial issues, especially equity fund, which traded on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The aim of this research is to compare investment on equity funds base on Islamic and conventional perpectives regarded to risk and performance measurers. The results show that conventional equity’s funds have higer risk and better performance than Islamic ones. According to these results, it reflects that conventional funds have more active strategic investment comparing to Islamic funds.

Abstract

 The purpose of these research is to test dan to prove the influence of marketing mix (product (study program), price (tuition fee), promotion, place, people, process, and service) toward students decision for choosing the School of Computers IBBI Medan. The type of these research is assosiative descriptive with clausal connected. Data were colleted based on proportionate stratified random sampling of 308 respondents from two study programs, namely S1 Information System (204 students) and S1 Informatica Tehnics (104). The research instruments used was a likert scale in which the validity and realibility were using the SPSS version 17. Result if these statistical analysis showed that  the F calculated was orang bigger than F-Tabel which was 2.040, showing that the Product(study program), Price(tuition fee), promotion, place, process, and service had a significant influence on students decision for enrolling the School of Computers IBBI Medan. Based on these research we take a conclusion that was an Marketing Mix such as product, promotion, price, place, process, service that have a significant student decide to enroll at the school of Computers (STMIK) IBBI as a accepting place for their study.And people had not significant influence on students decision for enrolling the School of Computers IBBI Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the inflation effect on stock index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). to find out if the SBI interest rate affects the index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and to find out if inflation and interest rates affect the SBI share index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) To test the hypothesis the researchers used F test and t test. Test results obtained figures F 32.292 with sig. namely 0,000, as the value of F count> F table (32.292> 3.159) then H0 is rejected, meaning that Inflation and Interest Rates significant effect on stock index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Results of t test variable inflation figures obtained .968 with sig. ie 0.337, because the value of t <t table (0.968 <2.002) then H0 accepted, it means that inflation is not a significant effect on stock index LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Results of t test variable interest rates SBI -7.697 figures obtained with sig. namely 0,000, since the value t count> t table (-7.697> -2.002) then H0 is rejected, meaning that the SBI interest rate significantly influence the LQ45 index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran pembiayaan mikro terhadap laba bagi pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknis analisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Disimpulkan bahwa para pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang, banyak yang tidak meminjam untuk tambahan modal usahanya yaitu hanya sebanyak 24,2%, adapun alasan tidak melakukan pinjaman yaitu belum mampu menyicil hutang dan sumber dana modal untuk usaha sudah cukup berasal dari modal sendiri. Peran pembiayaan mikro dan KUR bagi pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil Kota Palembang memberikan pengaruh kepada pertumbuhan laba yaitu sebesar 0,007 aset setelah pembiayaan. Artinya dengan Rp 0,007 dari aset setelah pembiayaan sudah memberikan Rp 1,- laba kepada usaha. Sayangnya aktivitas pembiayaan masih sangat sedikit pada pedagang di Pasar Bukit Kecil ini.Para pedagang hanya mengetahui informasi pinjaman modal usaha dari perbankan saja. Sehingga pemberian alternatif institusi keuangan non bank juga perlu disampaikan kepada para pedagang. Bila pembiayaan dari perbankan masih rumit dalam hal prosedur ada alternatif pembiayaan lain selain perbankan yaitu lembaga non perbankan seperti koperasi, modal ventura bahkan dari lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) kelebihannya adalah prosedur lebih mudah tetapi limit pinjaman lebih kecil. Sehingga calon nasabah dapat memilih berdasarkan karakteristik antara jumlah pinjaman dan prosedur peminjaman

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine consumer ethnocentrisme in Palembang. Ethnocentrism defined as the tendency of consumers to accept or reject any foreign-made products. Ethnocentrism is considered as an effortt better understand consumer behavior related to affective and normative aspect to buy national product. CETSCALE, ethnocentrisme scale consumers from Shrimp & Sharma used in this study. Data collection used a questionnare with seven points of measurement Likert Scale. A convinience sample of 90 students was employed in this study. The Spearman test apply to the correlation of consumer ethnocentrisme and low involvement also high involvement decission process. The result conclude that consumers have a low preference to use of local product, among low invelvement and high involvement decission process. Indonesian government and companies need to increasing consumers awereness to use local product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of advertising on purchase decisions at CV Vista Estate Medan. The method used in this study is the survey approach, and the research type is descriptive quantitative. Method of data collection uses a list of questions (questionnaire). Data analysis method used is simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination test and t-test. The samples are customer of CV Vista Estate, is about 53 people. Based on the results of the study showed that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.428, which means that the independent variable (advertising) has an influence about 42.8% on  the dependent variable (purchase decisions) and 57.2% more influenced by other variables not be included in this study. While the hypothesis testing with a t-test shows that tcount > ttable(6.178> 2.01) at α = 2.5%. It can be concluded that the advertising variable positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The relation between advertising and purchase decision is shown by formula Y = 7,066 + 0,814 X

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the role of communication to management functions inthe PT. Astra International - Honda Tbk Plaju Palembang. Data were obtained from questionnaires and observation. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, it was used because of the number of population is less than 30 (thirty) people, where the total population was 11 (eleven) employees in the finance division. the results of this study indicate that the role of the communications to planning function in PT. Astra International-Honda Tbk Plaju Palembang has been performing well; the role of communication to organizing function as a regulatory function in which the management has authority to control all information related to employees and to make company’s rule; The role of communication to the direction function is a function of persuasion in constructing coordination, integration and synchronization. Therefore, the process of employees’ actualization can be implemented well; the role of communication to the supervisory function is as a solution to the internal conflict settlement; Suggestions given is as a company working in the field of sales and service, PT Astra International - Honda Tbk Plaju Palembang should improve the communication skills of all employees, both internal and external communications in order to achieve company goals.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dengan kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan oleh Business Administration Departemen Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya (SPS). Untuk mendapatkan data sebagai bahan penelitian, penulis menggunakan: kuesioner, observasi, dan buku referensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dari dimensi kelima yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan siswa menunjukkan bahwa siswa kepuasan dengan kualitas layanan dikategorikan tinggi tetapi di antara dimensi lain sebagainya, dimensi keandalan adalah memiliki tingkat kepuasan terendah . Penulis menyarankan kepala program untuk mendesak dosen untuk datang tepat waktu sehingga waktu yang digunakan untuk mengajar siswa dapat digunakan secara efektif.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to know the differents participation women labour market between Thailand and Indonesia. Based on Human Development Index report 2011, position of Indonesia in the medium country with rank 124, then Thailand as the compare due to Thailand as the first rank of Asean country in the same group. The indicator variabel are female employee, distribution unemployment in education, participation married women in labour market, participation women labour in industri. Data were analyzed with kualitatif deskriptif analysis from 1995 until 2008, which the sourced are from International Labour Organization report. The conclusion in general is participation women labour market in Thailand same as rank in HDI index, much larger than in Indonesia. The differents is only on variabel participation labor of married women, Indonesia much larger than Thailand.
