Moderasi: Jurnal Kajian Kajian Islam merupakan jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan oleh Ikatan Dosen PTKIS Indonesia. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus melalui proses tinjauan double-blind. Jurnal ini menerima artikel penelitian dan non penelitian yang akan direview oleh paling sedikit 2 (dua) reviewer. Setelah naskah diserahkan melalui proses online, editor jurnal memeriksa naskah dan menentukan kesesuaiannya untuk tinjauan sejawat lengkap. Jika seleksi awal berhasil, naskah akan dikirim ke satu atau lebih peer reviewer. Dewan editorial jurnal kemudian akan mempertimbangkan laporan peer reviewer dan menyerahkan keputusan akhir untuk menerima atau menolak manuskrip untuk diterbitkan. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini sejak tahun 2021 adalah bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Arab.

Abstract

The discussion of the 'ulum Al-Qur'an is very broad, complicated, with Arabic literature that is difficult to understand. The existence of the book "Embracing Ulumul Qur'an" by Ahsin Sakho Muhammad which is unique, is interesting to study. This article examines Ahsin's work, by comparing it with the literature of 'ulum Al-Qur'an by Manna' al-Qaththan, which is widely used as a reference in Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Programs, in several universities, both at home and abroad. The main focus discusses: (1) the similarities and differences of the 'ulum Al-Qur'an in the book Membumikan al-Quran by Ahsin Sakho Muhammad and in the book Mabahits fi 'ulum AlQur'an, by Manna' al-Qaththan, 2) How is the explanation and discussion of Qira'ah and Rasm in general in these two works? This type of library research seeks to analyze descriptively-comparatively. The result, concludes the following: First, examines the material related to the 'Ulum Al-Qur'an. Second, on the material of science Qira'ah and Rasm. The similarity of the works of these two figures is in describing in general the definitions of the three materials discussed, as well as in citing examples usually taking from a number of verses of the Qur'an which are then given explanations and similarities in the reference sources. Meanwhile, the difference between the two is the scope of the discussion and the topics discussed from each theme. Ahsin Sakho always provides relevance to Muslims in Indonesia, while Manna' Al-Qaththan only focuses on the core of the topics discussed.

Abstract

The similarity between existentialism and management is that they both deal with human interests. Management and existentialism each have an influence that needs to be analyzed, namely the logic and moral issues of a manager. In this study, we will examine and develop the thoughts of existentialism philosophers with management science to provide critical considerations so that a middle way is obtained in empowering existentialism philosophy in management. In all of these roles, it is argued that a manager's philosophy and value system influence the way he or she performs various managerial tasks. Therefore, management style seems to be directly influenced by certain philosophies, and value systems that direct managers' thinking. Existentialism which sees human nature in its works will be seen as having no identity if the manager's success is only seen in the wealth and money he has but not the ability to produce innovative works in his business. With the philosophy of existentialism, the work of an extentialism manager must show his identity in his work, even though he succeeds or fails, an extentialism manager does not forget himself, his family and the values that build his identity.

Abstract

Basically, in Islam justifying a husband who is going to divorce his wife is only enough to say itin front of his wife or another person (witnesses) then divorce falls, but in state life, one must obey governmentregulations, as long as they do not conflict with Islamic law itself because obedience to the government is partof the obligation as a Muslim. The government established a regulation on divorce with the aim of orderlyadministration as well as the problem of registering marriages, and childbirths and making divorce difficult.This is basically to the principles of Islamic law regarding divorce, namely making it difficult for divorce tooccur. In addition to the principle of complicating divorce, the government issued the regulation also has alegal goal that KHI (Compilation of the Islamic law) rules are in line with the concept of maqasidsyariah including at the center the principles of protecting religion, protecting the soul, protecting the mind,protecting offspring, and protecting private property rights. With the existence of these principles and concepts,the decisions of the Religious Courts in divorce cases that occur in the community become inkracht. TheCourt's decision in divorce cases is to maintain legal certainty that will occur after the divorce, namelyprotecting the rights and obligations of husband and wife, and protecting the rights of their offspring(children). Divorce if it occurs outside the court according to KHI is not justified, this is to the contents ofArticle 115 KHI which states that divorce can only be done before a court hearing after the court has triedand failed to reconcile the two parties. In terms of data collection techniques, the authors use library research,namely by studying books and journals that have something to do with the subject matter. From the resultsof the research that there are still many people who think that divorce can be done anywhere, and thishinders the renewal of Islamic law. Divorce which is carried out in front of a court session aims to realizebenefits in the form of protection for family institutions and the realization of legal certainty where marriageis not so easily broken. The KHI does not regulate the legalization of divorces that are carried out outsidethe Court. This is based on Article 115 KHI that divorce must be carried out before a court hearing.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difference between the theory of the concept of nazhar in Islamand the concept of nazhar in mubarakah marriages at the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School,balikpapan, where the concept of nazhar in mubarakah marriage does not only look at the woman who willbe proposed to directly, but there are criteria that are seen in terms of non-physical so that this is what isconsidered in the matchmaking process. Therefore, researchers are interested in digging up information andknowing more deeply about the concept of nazhar in Islam and the wisdom in its law, with the concept ofnazhar in mubarakah marriages, so that the similarities and differences can be examined and later theconcept of nazhar in mubarakah marriages will be reviewed for conformity with Islamic law. This research isdescriptive-analytical in nature which describes the concept of nazhar in mubarakah marriages, thenanalyzes its suitability with Islamic law based on the formulation of the problem and research objectives. Thelocus of this research is the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Balikpapan. The data collectiontechnique in this study was by direct interviews with respondents, as well as studying documents about themubarakah marriage process. Respondents in this study were members of the steering committee (steeringcommittee), organizing committee (organizing committee) and mubarakah wedding participants, as well asthe people involved in the event. From the results of this study, several aspects were found for thematchmaking process, namely; Religion and institutional idealism, educational background, ethnicity,appearance or physique and wealth. Therefore, researchers did not find a significant difference between thetheory of the concept of nazhar in Islam and the concept of nazhar in Mubarakah marriages, because theconcept is still based on sharia principles even in accordance with the purpose of the sharia being carried out(maqasidus sharia), and the existence of this nazhar concept in marriage mubarakah is intended to avoidpost-marriage conflict, so that the integrity of the household is deemed necessary as the actualization ofpositive values and in accordance with the goals of marriage

Abstract

The rihlah method (the journey of dispensing knowledge) of the struggle of the Prophet Musa inlearning from the Prophet Khidhir after receiving questions from his people, namely the children of Israel.The question is: Who is the most pious (smart) person in this world, O Musa?, Prophet Musa replied, I(Prophet Musa). Then Allah reminded Prophet Musa that the most pious person in the world was Khidir.Prophet Musa asked Allah, how should I meet him I do not know. Allah informed the Prophet Musa,that the person was at the confluence of two seas. Then Prophet Musa was told to take the fish on the way(rihlah) to go to that place, so when the fish goes out to a place, that is where Khidir is. The Prophet Musahad a great will to find Khidir, until he said I had to go on until whenever I had to meet God's servantwhose name was Khidir. This paper examines the rihlah method, namely how the Prophet Musa (as)traveled in search of knowledge by using the rihlah, namely making a tiring journey to meet a teacher. Atthat time the Prophet Musa received a revelation to seek knowledge from a servant of Allah whose locationand area were not known, he was only told the sign and address of the meeting of the two seas, so he made adifficult journey to find a teacher. This is explained in QS. Al-Kahfi (18): 60-82.

Abstract

Social behavior is human behavior and social institutions. The purpose of this research is tofind out the application of the learning model. Project Based Learning and Sociology learning outcomes forclass X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Depok in 2022/2023. The research was conducted using the ClassroomAction Research (CAR) method in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing andreflecting. The subjects of this study were students of Class X IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Depok. The resultsshowed: 1) Project Based Learning learning syntax was fully implemented. 2) Student learning outcomeswith KKM scores of 75 in the cognitive aspect have increased after using the project based learning model,namely obtaining 63.8% completeness in cycle I to 88.8% in cycle II. 3) The average value of studentlearning outcomes in cycle 1 was 70.28, which increased in cycle II, which was 88.8. 4) The Project BasedLearning learning model can be applied by teachers in Sociology subjects because it improves student learningoutcomes. Based on the results of the research and data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that theapplication of the project based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class X IPS 1 atSMA 1 Depok for sociology subjects with material regarding the function of sociology to recognize socialphenomena in society in the 2022/2023 school year.

Abstract

Negative behavior is much influenced by internal and external factors. Where a very difficultsituation in adolescence, one of which is the attitude of self-defense when teenagers are influenced by theirfriends. Due to being in an unstable attitude. Parents, teachers, friends and society are part of the factorsthat influence adolescents' negative behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive typeusing a case study. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and additional documents. Dataanalysis was carried out by collecting data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. As for checking thevalidity of the data in this study using credibility through source triangulation, technical triangulation, andtime triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the occurrence of negativebehavior are the influence of friends, social media, the environment, and parenting styles.

Abstract

An independent Indonesia means that it must manage itself in order to build and explore allits potential, both its natural wealth and most importantly the development of the potential of its entirehuman resources, which in the end is for the welfare of the Indonesian people based on Pancasila. Moreimportantly, aligning the dignity of the nation with the world community. Islamic education strongly supportsprogress and development in all fields, be it economic, cultural, political and self-sufficient, especially in thefield of education in general and Islamic education in particular. Important issues in Islamic religiouseducation, at least there are three important issues namely: first, about Islam Nusantara, not a few who donot accept the existence of Islam Nusantara, second, Prof.'s statement. Siti Musda Mulia, that in Indonesiathere is no need for Islamic religious education, because it is not effective in forming the character andmorality of good nation's children and third, circular letter of the Minister of Education and Culture 21 of2015 concerning the cultivation of character, whose contents are mandatory for children before starting andafter learning to pray 'a including singing Indonesia Raya song to build a child's polite attitude. Three globalissues that are becoming increasingly symptomatic today are: drugs, radicalism and pornography.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the law of using Litecoin digital money from an Islamicperspective. The research method used is descriptive method and content analysis. The results of the studyshow that the use of litecoin digital money according to an Islamic view is the same as buying and sellingmoney with money or in fiqh muamalah terms it is called al-sharf, so it is only natural that according tothe MUI fatwa Number: 28/DSn-MUI/III/2002, rules regarding buying and selling have beenestablished. money in the fatwa which reads: Currency buying and selling transactions are in principlepermissible, with the following conditions: Not for speculation (coincidence), there is a transaction needor for precaution (savings), If the transaction is carried out in the same currency, the value must be thesame and in cash (attaqbudh). If it is of a different type, it must be made at the exchange rate (rate)valid at the time the transaction was made and in cash. The mechanism for using Litecoin digital moneyin buying and selling transactions already has conditions and rules that must be met, which are far fromgharar (obscurity), because Litecoin is purely evil in nature (unknown). and demands. this is whatmakes this practice contain maesar. Because there is speculation seeking profit, and trying their luck.Will sell when the price goes up, and sometimes the value can drop to zero. even though in Islam there isno stipulation that money must be in the form of gold and silver, then as an object digital money litecoinis permissible. However, in practice it contains unclear elements and seeks profit by exploiting pricefluctuations that are not in accordance with Islamic law. So, using Litecoin digital money is notrecommended because it has disadvantages for users.

Abstract

The machine is a vital part, with several supporting tools that can move massively to produce aprocess, namely solid and perfect goods. So if the machine is not managed properly some of the supportingtools will move erratically or can damage some production results. Like a machine, da'wah is a major partin producing buds that always spread the religion of Islam. Da'wah is also the engine or soul for Islamicteachings on earth. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, the concept means; understanding, mentalimage of the object, process, opinion (understanding), design (aspirations) that has been thought of.Management basically does not have a standard and fixed definition that is universally agreed upon.However, Ricky W. Griffin defines management as a process of planning, organizing, coordinating, andcontrolling resources to achieve goals (goals) effectively and efficiently. Effective means that goals can beachieved according to planning, while efficient means that existing tasks are carried out correctly, organizedand according to schedule. A new era brings new weapons, that is what Tan Malaka said in his book, HisYouthful Spirit. Each era has its own characteristics. This characteristic brings two things, either glory ordamage. The Da'wah of Islam brought by the Most Beautiful Man, the Most Noble Man, namely HisMajesty the Prophet Muhammad Saw, is an activity that brings light to darkness, delivers freedom fromslavery, delivers faith from polytheism. After His Majesty Saw passed away to Rahmatullah, IslamicDa'wah continued with His Companions Saw. Executed with the guidance that has been exemplified byHis Majesty, do not change the teachings even if one letter. However, the Companions who stopped by intheir respective times had several social methods that were applied to the Muslims so that the light deliveredby His Majesty would remain intact and be conveyed even though the times had brought their characteristicswhich might lead to damage on earth.
