Abstract

Kesuksesan tata kelola sebuah organisasi merujuk pada sejauh mana tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI dilakukan. Penyelenggaraaan Pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik (public service) memerlukan tata kelola yang baik (Good Governance). Implementasi Good Governance akan menjamin transparansi, efisiensi, dan efektifitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan institusi pemerintahan yang saat ini berupaya untuk mewujudkan smartcity Banyumas. Saat ini Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika Banyumas masih mengalami beberapa kendala pada pelaksanan Tata kelola TI antara lain: Penerapan teknologi Big Data, Internet Of Things, maupun Artificial intelligence, serta belum adanya kebijakan yang mengatur mengenai kolaborasi dan transparansi data. Hal ini menjadi kendala dalam upaya mewujudkan smart city serta membutuhkan strategi dalam pemanfaatan TIK untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Untuk dapat mengatasi kendala – kendala tersebut perlu diketahui terlebih dahulu kondisi kematangan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi saat ini (as is). Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) yaitu untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi infromasi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Banyumas. Sub Domain yang digunakan pada penlitian ini adalah EDM01, EDM05, APO01, APO02, APO03, APO04, DSS01, DSS02, dan MEA01. Hasil analisis tingkat kematatangan secara keseluruhan berada pada level 4 (Predictable proccess) dengan target pengelolaan TI berada pada level 5 (optimizing).

Abstract

Identification of population welfare influenced by several factors. This identification is useful to assist the government in classifying the level of welfare population which is useful for providing subsidies to be targeted. Therefore this study aims to determine the level of welfare population based on the level of income per capita using decision tree method. The selection of the best model is based on the calculation value of accuracy, precision, and recall with k-fold cross validation method. Based on experiments that have been done, it can be concluded that the decision tree model produced has good performance with a tree shape model has 622 leaves with tree size 705 of nodes, the model has an accuracy of 86,97%, precision 0.897 and recall 0.917.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid-19 sekarang ini dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan tinggi banyak perubaahan yang dilakukan oleh institusi penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi, salah satunya adalah sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh institusi penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi tersebut. Sistem kerja yang fleksibel dan mendukung keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi merupakan daya tarik yang sangat kuat bagi para civitas akademika untuk memperoleh rasa puas akan pekerjaan mereka. Kepuasan akan pekerjaan tersebut akan berdampak pada kinerja dan loyalitas dari para pekerja. Dengan kondisi khusus seperti masa Pandemi COVID-19, para civitas akademika di suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi diharuskan untuk melakukan pekerjaan mereka di luar kantor dengan jam kerja yang lebih fleksibel. Dampak dari perubahan sistem kerja pada para civitas akademika di suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi yang dikenal dengan sistem kerja yang tetap dan fleksibilitas yang rendah tersebut menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari bekerja dari rumah selama pandemi covid-19 pada flexible working hours and a work-life balance perspective terhadap civitas akademika di politeknik harapan bersama Tegal. Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, non probability, purposive sampling menggunakan sarana kuesioner online, yang disebarkan kepada para civitas akademika di politeknik harapan bersama (April - juni 2021). Dengan total responden yang valid berjumlah 100 orang yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap variabel - variabel data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM yang dilakukan dengan software SMART- PLS 3.3.2. SEM merupakan suatu metode analisis statistik multivariat. Melakukan olah data SEM berbeda dengan melakukan olah data regresi atau analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi WLB berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja civitas akademika. FWH juga berpengaruh positif terhadap tercapainya WLB. Akan tetapi, FWH mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja civitas akademika secara negatif terhadap para civitas akademika di sektor pendidikan tinggi selama masa pandemi di daerah Kota Tegal

Abstract

Sudagaran Village is one of the villages that has implemented Information Technology (IT) to support business processes and village government operations. One of the business processes that utilize IT is a letter request service, using the SMARD application. However, in the business process for the letter application, the community must come to the Village Hall to collect the required documents and fill out the letter application form. This process is considered less effective. So that the village government expects the planning and development of a better and more effective information system, which can be accessed by the community starting from collecting files, filling out forms to receiving/downloading letters without having to go to the Village Hall. An enterprise architecture is needed for the design of the Sudagaran Village information system, which is focused on the business processes of 5 types of mail services, namely Letter of Introduction, Certificate of Population Move, Cover Letter of SKCK, Certificate of Underprivileged, and Business Certificate using TOGAF ADM. This study uses 6 stages of TOGAF ADM, namely the Preliminary Phase to Phase E – Opportunities & Solutions because it focuses on planning. This study resulted in an EA document containing business artifacts, data, applications, and technology made using Sparx, which can be used as a guide for Sudagaran Village to support the smart village concept in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Suicide is a deliberate act that results in death for oneself. Suicide is often associated with mental disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and alcohol and drug abuse. Around 800 thousand people in the world are recorded to commit suicide each year, most of cases occur among teenagers. The lack of signs or symptoms in someone who wants to commit suicide is a big problem to reduce the number of deaths caused by suicide. Therefore, this research raised a theme related to these problems. research will design the Suicide Risk Idea Identification application using the Rapid Application Development method. RAD is a type of system development that is based on a series of iterative development cycles, using RAD method only takes 60-90 days. RAD has two types of methodologies, namely phase development and prototyping. The type of methodology used in this study is a prototyping methodology. Prototyping methodology applies all stages (analysis, design, and implementation) into action simultaneously. To facilitate early identification of suicidal ideation, a questionnaire is needed that discusses the severity of suicidal ideation and other attributes. SIDAS (suicidal identification attributes scale) is a questionnaire designed to identify suicidal thoughts and assess the severity of these thoughts.

Abstract

In the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic season, learning activities are carried out online and a lecturer is required to be more creative in terms of delivering material and information to students. One solution is learning animation videos. Therefore, the purpose of the research on "Creating Motion Graphic Animation in Accounting Learning Standard Chart of Accounts for the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic Accounting Department" is to find out how effective this standard account chart learning animation video can convey standard account chart material to students in the online learning process. In this learning animation video, the material to be delivered is packaged with a fictional story played by 2D characters so that it becomes more interesting to know. Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the forecasting of 3 kg LPG gas sales at the Carica House Grocery Store. This shop as one of the LPG gas agents in the Kaliwiro area who sells 3 kg LPG Gas either retail or reseller, the number of requests for LPG gas in stores is very high , thus causing the sale of LPG gas in the shop is always uncontrolled between incoming goods and outgoing goods. Therefore, it is necessary to forecast sales. Sales forecasting has the meaning as an activity to predict product sales by using previous data as a reference in making decisions. The development of this forecasting model aims to get better forecasting results, especially regarding the accuracy of forecasting results. The Fuzzy Time Series method is used to predict the demand for 3 kg gas cylinders for the next month based on the pattern from the previous data. In data forecasting using this method, there are two forecasting techniques, namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Then for the calculation of the error value from the forecasting results, this study using MAPE produces an error value of 0,3% because it states the percentage of error results more accurately.

Abstract

The management of documentation for the publication of student writings at the IBI Darmajaya library has several problems. These problems include: the accumulation of files that must be inputted within a certain period of time, slow processing, and frequent data inconsistencies. Meanwhile, the publication of student scientific works is a valuable asset of the University and the academic community. So that scientific work that is managed and well documented is very much needed in a university.This study aims to build an independent upload repository for student scientific work publications. The research was conducted in several stages, namely: planning and needs analysis, design, system development and testing. The research produces outputs that facilitate the process of independent uploading of student papers. The independent upload process is carried out in several stages, starting from creating an account, uploading papers and validation from the editor.

Abstract

Abstract The interest in the Internet of Things (IoT) field is getting more and more popular in the world of technology this recently. This can be seen from the number of researchers, students and students starting to study the Internet of Things (IoT). If viewed globally, then the notion of the Internet of Things (IoT) is that everything in the form of living or inanimate objects in this universe has a code/identity that can be recognized by a system. Many parties have begun to introduce and teach Internet of Things (IoT) technology to Generation Z children. The thought of the importance of Arduino technology learning media is that it can facilitate the learning process for students and students in recognizing and making Arduino devices. Arduino devices consist of CPU, ROM and RAM. Arduino power supply uses a dc voltage between 9-12 volts. In learning Arduino assembly so far, lecturers do not use supporting media other than direct practice and books and power point slide shows. students also have difficulty in absorbing Arduino assembly subject matter because students are faced with new material that has never been obtained before. In the Internet of Things (IoT) course, there is Arduino assembly material. Arduino assembly material cannot be separated from the practicum. Therefore, students need learning media that can package practical activities into a video that can be studied anywhere and anytime. By using learning video media, it is hoped that there will be an increase in student learning outcomes, especially in Arduino assembly materials. Therefore, in this study, a 3-dimensional animation video will be designed in learning Arduino assembly using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method.

Abstract

The presence of the law on villages, namely Law No. 20 of 2018 strengthens the status of the village as a community government as well as the power of the village to build infrastructure and empower village communities. As support to the Village Government by utilizing information and communication technology in managing village finances, the Government developed an application called the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES). The SISKEUDES application is an application developed by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in order to improve village financial governance. The features in the SISKEUDES application are made simple and user friendly, making it easier for users to operate the SISKEUDES application. However, to run the SISKEUDES application, there are still obstacles, namely the availability of human resources (HR) and village officials who do not master computers. After the implementation of the application in the village government, in fact in the use of SISKEUDES there is still a mismatch in the use of an information system with what is expected by the user of the application. This study required testing of 69 villages in Purbalingga Regency, with one village and one respondent, namely village officials who used the SISKEUDES application. The system usability testing model that is known to be able to perform this task is to use the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire framework to measure usability aspects according to the user's subjective assessment. The purpose of this study was to measure the usefulness of SISKEUDES using the System Usability Scale with a Village Case Study in Purbalingga Regency. In this study, to obtain data, a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire was made for village officials using SISKEUDES with a total sample of 69 respondents. The results showed that the majority of village officials were satisfied (Above Average) with SISKEUDES (Village Financial System) which was 59 village officials (86%) while the remaining 10 village officials (14%) were dissatisfied (Below Average) with SISKEUDES (System Village Finance).
