Abstract

The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive where the data processing is carried out statistically and then the data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were village officials and village communities in Purwosari, Natar District and the sampling technique used a saturated sampling method with a sample size of 35 respondents consisting of 18 village officials and 17 Purwosari village residents. data testing using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis showed that Transparency has a significant effect on the management of village funds with the acquisition of a t count of 2,915 with a significance value of 0,007 less than 0,05. Accountability had no significance effect on village fund management with a t count of 0,675 with a significance value of 0,505 greater than 0,05. Community participation has a significant effect on management of village funds with the acquisition of a t count of 3,631 with a significance value of 0,001, less than 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the principles of caution used by notaries when storing minutes of notarial deeds. A notary is a public official who has the authority to make deed minutes and save them in the form of a notarial protocol. So far, notaries legally store deeds only in the form of notary protocols, there are no rules that clearly regulate the layout of storing deeds in the notary's office safely and with confidentiality maintained. Apart from that, the Notary must be able to guarantee legal certainty for the parties entering into a deed agreement by being given a copy of the deed and storing the minutes of the deed (original deed) safely. Notaries are expected to apply the principle of prudence with the deeds they make, the authority and obligations they have as a Notary. Bearing in mind the importance of Article 16 paragraph (1) letter b, which is the obligation of a Notary to make a deed and save it in a Notary Protocol. This research uses normative juridical research with data collection techniques from literature consisting of primary legal and secondary legal materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on the stock price of Real Estate and Property Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research uses quantitative research methods. This study uses secondary data obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The population of this study was 75 companies which then eliminated a sample of 9 companies. The analysis technique used linear regression analysis and t test. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that profitability affects stock prices with t-statistic test results of 2.20> 2.05 with a significance of 0.05, which is 0.03, this indicates that with a higher level of company profitability, the company's stock price will also be higher. 2) Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that dividend policy affects stock prices with a t-statistic test result of 2.74> 2.05 with a significance of 0.05, namely 0.00, this indicates that the better the percentage of a company's dividend policy can affect the company's stock price, this is because many investors like companies that regularly distribute dividends.

Abstract

Pentingnya kinerja karyawan sebagai tolak ukur bagi perusahaan untuk menilai kemampuan, produktivitas dan memberi informasi yang berguna bagi hal yang berkaitan dengan karyawan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dapat berupa masalah kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian. Jumlah sampel 51 responden yang dihitung dari jumlah banyaknya pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket (kuesioner). Analisa data asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, Uji F dan koefisien determinasi.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan perhitungan bahwa kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari uji Fhitung sebesar (13.075> 2,71) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh R-square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,716 (71,6%).  Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, human relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara simultan Kompetensi, human relation dan iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian.   Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, human relation, iklim kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

5G technology has taken center stage in efforts to drive digital economic growth and industrial transformation around the world. This research focuses on Bandung, Indonesia, as the study site, to investigate the role of 5G technology in the context of a large, growing city. The research method utilizes a mixed approach, combining quantitative surveys with in-depth interviews to gain comprehensive insights. The analysis results show that while the adoption of 5G technology is increasing, challenges such as high investment costs and infrastructure limitations remain barriers. However, the perceived positive impacts, such as increased operational efficiency and innovation, demonstrate the significant potential of this technology. The importance of awareness, education, regulatory support, and cooperation between stakeholders was highlighted as key in creating an enabling environment for the growth of 5G technology. Practical measures, including infrastructure investment and the establishment of an inter-stakeholder forum, are suggested to accelerate Bandung's digital transformation and make the most of 5G technology's potential.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan merupakan hal yang penting dan strategis, karena berdasarkan beberapa negara menunjukan bahwa tidak ada satu negara pun yang dapat melaksanakan pembangunan secara mantap sebelum mampu mewujudkan ketahanan pangan terlebih dahulu. Dalam konteks Indonesia, pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masih bertumpu pada sektor pertanian yang berbasis di daerah perdesaan. Penelitian ini berupaya mengelaborasi inovasi para petani di Desa Bulutellue dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan di lingkungan rumah tangganya. Atas dasar itu, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan di lingkungan rumah tangganya, para petani dalam mengolah lahan telah memanfaatkan teknologi moderen yang dipadukan dengan kearifan lokal. Demikian halnya, hasil produksi pertanian tidak diorientasikan pada kepentingan komersial, tetapi lebih diorientasikan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga keluarga dengan pendekatan komsumsi pribadi.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify whether Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality influence Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Central Asia. A total of 185 respondents were collected, and the technique used was purposive sampling using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. In this research, the methodology used is quantitative and descriptive. The population of this research is customers who make transactions at PT Bank Central Asia. The results of this research identify that Customer Relationship Management has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relaitonship Management has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, and price perception on purchasing decisions at Kopi Nusa. The population in this study were Kopi Nusa customers with samples taken using accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out accidentally using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analytical method used is the classic test, before multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. 100 respondents were used as a tool, followed by the F, t, correlation and determination tests. The results of this research prove that partially, the brand image variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the price perception variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Therefore, the variables of brand image, product quality, and price perception simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Character is a serious concern for all components of education, because recently there have been frequent cases of immoral acts carried out by society, especially students themselves, so that in every scope of education units must be able to design and implement a curriculum with character. The purpose of this research is to determine the design of learning planning for Pancasila and citizenship education containing character. The research method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive research design, namely a phenomenological type of research. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. Miles and Huberman data analysis: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/ drawing conclusions. The research results show that the design of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning plan takes the form of a learning implementation plan based on the curriculum, the use of visual media and the provision of teaching materials based on learning indicators, the assessment includes affective, cognitive and skills aspects according to the student's character based on the 2013 curriculum. In conclusion, the design of the Pancasila and citizenship education learning plan has shown character content, namely learning implementation plans, use of media, provision of teaching materials and assessment according to student character based on the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Legal certainty for workers in fulfilling their rights and obligations when implementing a Collective Labor Agreement often encounters obstacles, this is often due to changes in labor regulations made by the government, in this case the entrepreneur of PT. Kasen Indonesia and the workers' union in the revision of the 2021-2022 Collective Labor Agreement in the wage article agreed on appropriate points to accommodate the interests of each party, but in its implementation they encountered obstacles in the meaning and implementation or so-called rights disputes. The purpose of the research is to determine legal certainty for workers regarding rights disputes and also to determine the resolution of rights disputes regarding the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement on wages between PT. Kasen Indonesia Employers and the Workers' Union are reviewed from Law No. 13 of Employment of 2023. In writing this thesis, the Juridical-Empirical method is used, namely examining the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality, using the kualitatif method. Conclusions are drawn inductively and presented descriptively. The results of this research are that legal certainty for workers is provided by management's agreement to implement the Collective Labor Agreement and resolve disputes by making a new formulation regarding wages through bipartite. PKB is formal legal for both parties, and the obligation for the parties is to carry out the provisions that have been agreed in good faith. As explained in Article 126 paragraph 1 of Law 13 of Employment.
