Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi masyarakat, yang berdampak langsung pada pasar ritel di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perubahan tersebut melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan terkait pola konsumsi, kesadaran kesehatan, keberlanjutan, dan strategi pemasaran ritel pasca pandemi. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi mempercepat transisi dari konsumsi konvensional ke digitalisasi, meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen terhadap kesehatan dan produk berkelanjutan, serta memaksa peritel untuk mengadaptasi strategi pemasaran yang lebih personal dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap dampak jangka panjang yang diantisipasi terhadap struktur pasar ritel di Indonesia, di mana belanja online menjadi bagian integral dari kebiasaan konsumen dan teknologi memainkan peran kunci dalam menentukan keberhasilan peritel di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran media sosial dalam pembentukan opini di kalangan mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Madura dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Desain penelitian ini dipilih untuk memahami secara mendalam pandangan dan pengalaman mahasiswa terhadap media sosial serta pengaruhnya terhadap opini mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan analisis konten media sosial, dengan fokus pada interaksi mahasiswa di platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berfungsi sebagai arena penting untuk pembentukan opini, di mana mahasiswa terlibat dalam diskusi dan pertukaran informasi yang mempengaruhi pandangan mereka. Interaksi di media sosial, termasuk partisipasi dalam diskusi dan respons terhadap konten, terbukti memperkuat atau mengubah opini mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi bagaimana konteks digital berbeda dari media tradisional dalam mempengaruhi opini publik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika media sosial dalam konteks pendidikan dan pengembangan kebijakan. Keterbatasan penelitian termasuk keterbatasan sampel dan metodologi yang mungkin tidak mencakup semua aspek penggunaan media sosial. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi variasi dalam platform media sosial dan dampaknya terhadap berbagai kelompok demografis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran human capital dalam mendorong kemandirian Desa Padelegan, Kecamatan Pademawu, Kabupaten Pamekasan. Human capital, meliputi pendidikan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman masyarakat, dianggap sebagai faktor kunci dalam pembangunan pedesaan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber di desa tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan human capital secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan inisiatif pembangunan, seperti pengelolaan koperasi dan program pelatihan keterampilan. Profil human capital yang ada di Desa Padelegan, yang meliputi tingkat pendidikan dan keterampilan yang bervariasi, memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pembangunan lebih lanjut. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait akses pendidikan dan pelatihan lanjutan masih perlu diatasi untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang ada. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar kebijakan desa fokus pada peningkatan investasi dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan yang relevan, serta membangun infrastruktur yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi pembangunan desa yang lebih efektif, sambil mengidentifikasi keterbatasan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penelitian mendatang

Abstract

PT. Andalas Surya Jaya Medan, the reason for the selection of objects is due to a decline in employee performance in the company. The decline in employee performance is caused by the lack of compensation provided by the company to employees and the inappropriate provision of compensation for the educational background and position of employees in the company which causes employees to feel dissatisfied, as well as the lack of employee discipline at work, the presence of employees who are late at work and the frequency of employees making mistakes at work so that it has an impact on the work results of employees who are is declining. The theories used in this study are human resource management theories, which are related to financial compensation, work discipline and employee performance. The analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, simultaneous test determination coefficient (F-test), and partial test (t-test). The results of the study on the hypothesis show that financial compensation and work discipline simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 0.645 which shows that financial compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance with a percentage rate of 64.50% while the remaining 35.50% are other factors that have not been researched such as leadership, motivation and competence. Based on the overall results of the study, it can be concluded that financial compensation and work discipline affect employee performance at PT. PT. Andalas Surya Jaya Medan

Abstract

Buying and selling has been done by humans for a long time. Islam prescribes buying and selling as a way to meet life's needs through fair means. As time goes by, the practice of buying and selling is increasingly developing with a shift from tangible places, now it can be done in places that are not tangible. The aim of this research is to describe buying and selling via the Hype Auction Instagram account from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Research was not conducted on all social media users, so researchers need a sample that can represent the data needed. The samples taken into consideration by researchers were social media users who the author already knew and could meet directly. In this case, the researcher took several samples based on these considerations, and then the data results were analyzed using inductive analysis. Analysis of the practice of buying and selling via social media shows that both the concepts of unity, balance, freedom, responsibility and virtue, it can be seen that there are still buying and selling actions that have not fulfilled the conditions, then sellers still hide defects in the goods being sold, forced purchases of goods also occur. by some buyers. The results of this research explain that the practice of buying and selling via social media is not in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

Quality education is education that is able to improve the quality of students by freeing them from ignorance and incompetence. With quality education, generations or human resources will be born who are superior in various aspects of life. To respond to challenges in the world of education during and after the pandemic, the government launched an independent learning curriculum program. Innovation is a new step from the government, but in its implementation, it does not change much about the essence of the previous curriculum. This program only adds new variations to support the strengthening of students' character. The research used the library research method using studies related to various existing writings or literature, whether in the form of books, journals, articles, theses, and other relevant sources originating from the internet. Research shows that in the independent learning curriculum, the administrative burden that teachers must complete is less than in the previous curriculum. The preparation of ATP is simpler but still in accordance with learning objectives, so that teachers can be more focused and effective in teaching in class. Students' learning activities in the independent curriculum are not much different from the previous curriculum, but the teaching materials prepared by the teacher are simpler. Apart from that, to shape the character of students, the time allocation in the independent curriculum is clearer and the actions taken are more concrete, which is realized through the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5).

Abstract

Aplication of management of edication to improve performance of religion in An-Nawawi Pondok Pesantren An-Nawawi Purworejo. The purpose of this research is to analyze how to apply management of education to improve performance of religion of An-Nawawi Pondok Pesantren An-Nawawi. And also to know supparting and inhibiting factors on it, This research use field research as the type of research, it is that used in a row with learning, analyzing, loaking in to field material that has relehance with the object of research. This result of this research shows that thw aplication of mangement in An-Nawawi Pondok Pesantren An-Nawawi, Purworejo is relevant with the function of islamic management of education, it is planning, organizing, moving, oversighting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya perilaku biaya sticky cost pada perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor Property,Real Estate and Building Construction yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018-2022. Sticky cost merupakan fenomena di mana perubahan biaya tidak sebanding dengan perubahan aktivitas perusahaan. Biaya ini cenderung tetap tinggi saat terjadi penurunan aktivitas di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sample dengan melibatkan populasi sebanyak tujuh puluh enam perusahaan yang mana empat puluh satu perusahaan terpilih sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan biaya penjualan, umum, dan administrasi lebih besar saat penjualan bersih meningkat dibandingkan saat penjualan menurun, dengan koefisien regresi menunjukkan β1 > 0.935480, β2 < -0.232143, β1 > β1+β2 = 0.935480 > 0,703337. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya perilaku sticky cost pada biaya penjualan, umum, dan administrasi. Disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya mempertimbangkan pengaruh sticky cost terhadap faktor-faktor lain seperti intensitas aset perusahaan dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Teknologi memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan bantuan kepada manusia dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk memastikan kelangsungan hidup di era modern. Kemajuan teknologi informasi, khususnya internet, memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Interaksi dan komunikasi saat ini cenderung beralih ke ranah digital melalui internet, termasuk dalam aktivitas ekonomi dan jual-beli barang. Indonesia, dengan 106 juta pengguna media sosial dari total 262 juta pengguna internet, menunjukkan potensi besar untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi digital. Setiap perusahaan berlomba memanfaatkan media sosial, seperti Instagram, dengan lima peran utama, seperti meningkatkan interaksi, survei, kesadaran merek, pemasaran viral, dan pengurangan biaya.Instagram menjadi platform andalan dalam membangun brand awareness. Fitur-fitur baru seperti Instastory, archive, inner circle, dan Instagram Promote semakin memperkaya pengalaman pengguna. Content marketing menjadi strategi utama, melibatkan pembuatan, pengelolaan, dan distribusi konten menarik untuk menciptakan percakapan. Dalam konteks ini, Samanko, coffee shop di Tanjungpinang, menggunakan Instagram dengan akun @samanko.roasters untuk meningkatkan brand awareness. Dengan 4.939 pengikut, Samanko secara konsisten memanfaatkan fitur Instagram seperti Reels, Video, Feeds, Story, dan Instagram ads untuk memperluas jangkauan produknya.

Abstract

Instagram is in great demand in this era in more effective marketing to boost sales. The aim of this research is to know marketing communication strategies through social media Yo Dream Cake by Dhea in shaping brand awareness on Instagram. This research method uses descriptive methods through a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are with interviews, observations and documentation. The secondary data in this study is data obtained from Yo Dream Cake that is needed in connection with research such as the image of Instagram Yo dream Cake. The results of the research carried out known strategy of marketing communication among others with marketing through social media is Instagram by providing content, giveaway and video products to consumers, among other things with promotions, advertising, direct and personal sales, whileining the relationship with consumers Yo dream cake. However, in addition to using Instagram social media in marketing communication strategies, it is better to use other social media that can more widely market their services and products with other social networks, such as Facebook and the booming Tiktok. In addition to adding new customers, the addition of social media in marketing can support and help inining a well- executed and regular relationship with consumers.
