Abstract

Bekamal is a typical fermented meat from Banyuwangi Regency. Bekamal is made from minced meat with salt and brown sugar added and then stored for a certain time using a clay storage (kendil). Bekamal products are starting to be difficult to find in the market. Reinforcement of processed products based on local wisdom needs to be done so that the products are not lost. One way of strengthening can be done by assessing the quality of nutrition and consumer acceptance. The purpose of this study was to determine the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics of bekamal goats with different fermentation times. This study used a nonfactorial completely randomized design (CRD) with fermentation time variables (1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks). The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if there were significant differences, the duncan multiple range test (DMRT) was continued. The results showed that different fermentation times had a significant effect (P<0.05) on pH value, total acid, water content, water holding capacity, color, aroma, texture and taste. Bekamal which was fermented for 4 weeks gave the best results from all parameters. This product can be developed into fermented meat-based processed products.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to find out some words that contains with connotative meaning as well as the conveyed message from the song writer on specific object of research in the four superman is dead’s songs based on Jackson (2014) and Hook (1975) theories. The data was taken from the lyrics that was downloaded from the band official site, three of the songs that was analyzed are: “Memories of rose”, “Blackmarket love”, “Goodbye whiskey”, and "Saint of my life" by Superman is Dead in their albums “The Angel and The Outsiders” and "Blackmarket Love". Descriptive qualitative method was implemented as the method in this research. After analyzing the data found from the lyrics, this study found that (1) There are 30 lyrics that contains connotative meaning, (2) Each of the song has different message based on the theme of the song and it was conveyed with different manner by the songwriter.

Abstract

Abstract

Analisis Dampaknya terhadap Operasi Bisnis dan Kinerja Keuangan, terdapat beberapa penelitian terkait yang mengkaji dampak pembiayaan sewa dan kapitalisasi sewa terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan sewa guna usaha dan kapitalisasi dapat meningkatkan leverage keuangan, mengurangi ukuran cakupan utang, dan mempengaruhi ukuran profitabilitas dalam operasi bisnis.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini peneliti menganalisis mengenai kejahatan yang sering terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat. Yang mana pada kejahatan ini dapat menimbulkan keresahan publik. Pada penelitian ini peneliti fokus pada kejahatan terhadap nyawa yakni pembunuhan. Bahwasannya kejahatan terhadap nyawa telah diatur pada Pasal 338-350 KUHP. Serta yang menjadi sebab seseorang melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni tinjauan umum kriminologi dalam kejahatan terhadap nyawa, untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan seseorang melakukan pembunuhan, dan cara menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yakni pendekatan hukum secara empiris. serta metode penelitian studi kepustakaan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif analisis serta dengan pola fikir induktif, yang dianalisis menurut perspektif kriminologi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kejahatan terhadap nyawa diatur pada BAB XIX Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP). Yang mana pada perbuatan ini diancam pidana penjara maksimal lima belas tahun. Serta yang menjadi faktor penyebab seseorang melakukan kejahatan terhadap nyawa yakni dapat dilihat dari faktor ekonomi, kurangnya pendidikan, faktor lingkungan, faktor adanya iri hati, faktor pengaruh alkohol. Serta dalam upaya pencegahan dan menanggulanginya yakni dengan upaya preventif, pre-emtif dan represif.

Abstract

This study is entitled “Illocutionary Acts in the Movie Entitled All the Bright Places. Two problems of study are formulated, specifically types of illocutionary acts used in the dialogue of the main characters in All the Bright Places movie and the context of situations used in the dialogue of the main characters in All the Bright Places Movie. The script of All the Bright Places movie served as the research data resource. This study used observation methods and note taking as a technique of collecting data. The steps of collecting data were to watch the movie, read the dialogue script in order to find the types of illocutionary acts and context of the situations of All the Bright Places movie, grouping the types of illocutionary acts and context of situations that were found in the movie script based on Searle’s (1979:12) theory and Leech’s (1983:6) theory. The findings show five types of illocutionary acts found in the dialogue of the main characters in All the Bright Places movie. From the analysis, there are data of representative illocutionary acts, data of directive illocutionary acts, data of expressive illocutionary acts, data of commissive illocutionary acts, and declarative illocutionary acts is not appearing any single time in the script of All the Bright Places movie. The purpose of context of situations is to consider the situational factors such as the speaker, the listener, the setting, and the cultural background, in order to accurately interpret the meaning of illocutionary acts in conversation.

Abstract

Thesis with the title "Effectiveness of the Bazkopa Application as a Media for Zakat and Donation Payments at Baznas Palembang City" The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Bazkopa application as a medium for paying zakat and donations at Baznas Palembang city. This research method uses quantitative research with survey techniques which are carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques include observation, distribution of questionnaires/questions and interviews. Data were analyzed by Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Classical assumption test, Simple linear regression analysis, and Hypothesis Test (t test and Determination Coefficient Test) using SPSS version 25 software tools. The theory used is according to Sutrisno which states the effectiveness can be measured by looking at the extent to which the achievement of objectives is in accordance with the set targets. Meanwhile, the theory of payment media according to Turban, E., 7 & King D quoted by Agung Firmansyah which defines payment media is a payment system that supports e-commerce and provides benefits to business transactions by improving service to customers, improving cash management processes, saving money. timely and efficiently, payment transactions can be made at any time. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Bazkopa application for payment media is proven that the R Square value in the table is 0.413 which indicates that the Payment Media (Y) is influenced by the Bazkopa Application Effectiveness variable (X) of 41.3%. The results of this study indicate that the numbers are in accordance with the standard measure of effectiveness which is in accordance with the criteria of effectiveness based on the value range of 0.40 - 0.599. These results indicate that there is an effectiveness of the Bazkopa application as a medium for payment of zakat and donations at Baznas Palembang.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang dirancang untuk menjamin kesejahteraan rakyat. Pemkot Surabaya melakukan terobosan melalui Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil dengan aplikasi Klampid new Generasi  untuk mempermudah dan menstandarkan segala aspek pengelolaan kependudukan bagi masyarakat Surabaya. Dengan  aplikasi Klampid new Generasi, dimungkinkan untuk memperkenalkan layanan publik ke sektor layanan publik dari satu pintu. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari karya ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan optimalisasi administrasi publik di bidang pelayanan publik dengan menggunakan aplikasi Klampid New Generasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Terkait keberadaan aplikasi KNG menunjukkan optimalisasi pelayanan pemerintah mendapat tanggapan yang  baik dari masyarakat, apalagi  saat ini Pemkot Surabaya sedang gencar melaksanakan program Kalimasada untuk mewujudkan lingkungan masyarakat yang sadar akan pentingnya tentang pemutakhiran dokumen administrasi. Aplikasi Klamnpid Generasi Baru diharapkan dapat membantu pengelolaan administrasi secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of international trade as a source of economic growth in Indonesia. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive type. The data obtained is sourced from several secondary information obtained through websites, articles, journals that are in line with the research theme. International trade has a significant influence on economic growth in a country, especially in developing countries, for example in Indonesia. Export and import activities such as sales of goods and services or capital are one of the factors that influence economic growth in a country. The results of the study say that exports carried out by the Indonesian state through a wealth of quality spices and petroleum are one of the driving factors in economic growth in the country of Indonesia. However, people in Indonesia have a high desire to consume goods produced by foreign countries and often Indonesian people follow the consumption pattern of foreign countries. This makes the income generated by the state due to exports which should be used as savings to decrease because the level of consumption or imports of the people continues to increase.

Abstract

This study focused on analyzing women’s linguistic features used by the female main character in “Captain Marvel” movie. The theory used in this study is proposed by Lakoff, in which there are ten linguistic features of women’s speech. The data were collected by using observation and documentation methods. The descriptive qualitative approach is used to interpret the data and describe it in the form of words and sentences. The findings indicated that there were eight women linguistic features used by Carol Danvers as the female main character in the movie, such as rising intonation (10), lexical hedges or fillers (9), hypercorrect grammar (9), emphatic stress (7), tag questions (5), intensifiers (2), empty adjectives (1), and superpolite forms (1). Meanwhile, precise color terms and avoidance of strong swear words were not found in the utterances. The finding shows that the most dominant feature was rising intonations, while the least frequently emerged features were super polite forms and empty adjectives. The dominant use of rising intonation in the movie reflects the character’s personality. Therefore, it can be concluded that Carol Danvers used rising intonation because she is a bold character who is assertive, especially when stating her opinion
