Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the managerial competence of the performance of PAUD heads in Jatiasih District, Bekasi City, then to determine the relationship of interpersonal communication to the performance of PAUD heads in Jatiasih District, Bekasi City and to determine the relationship between managerial competence and interpersonal communication on the performance of PAUD heads in Jatiasih District, Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research that emphasizes its analysis on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. With the quantitative method, the significance of the relationship between the variables studied will be obtained. The relationship between Managerial Competence and Interpersonal Communication together influences Principal Performance by 79%, and 21% is influenced by other variables not examined. The significant value of the Managerial Competency variable is 0.005 or sig <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This shows that Managerial Competence has a partial effect on the Performance of PAUD Principals in the Jatiasih District, Bekasi City. Whereas the Interpersonal Communication variable shows a significant value of 0.000 or sig <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This shows that Interpersonal Communication has a partial effect on the performance of PAUD Principals in the Jatiasih District, Bekasi City. Because good Managerial Competence and Interpersonal Communication will improve quality and affect Principal Performance. Without good school principal performance it is impossible for the school to develop in accordance with the existing vision and mission. By conducting research as a scientific way to obtain data with a specific purpose and specific uses.

Abstract

Conflict management in the leadership of the principal aims to provide solutions to problems that arise in improving teacher performance. Good conflict management has a positive effect on community life, organization, and work atmosphere. This research is intended to describe existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. These can be forms, activities, characteristics, changes, relationships of similarities and differences between one phenomenon and another.This qualitative research uses a descriptive method, where research describes symptoms, events, events that occur now and focuses on actual problems as during the research. The results of this study include;  1) The role and function of the Head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance, among others; a) Involve teachers in upgrading, b) mobilize teachers to evaluate learning outcomes, c) Use learning time effectively. 2) Fator inhibitors include; a) Madrasah educators do not have much time to carry out coaching, b) Diversity of HR vision. Differences in perception often arise when competency coaching of educators (teachers) will be held.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between teachers' perceptions of the principal's clinical supervision (X1) and the teacher's work ethic (Y), 2) the relationship between the teacher's professional competence (X2) and the teacher's work ethic (Y) 3) the relationship between teachers' perceptions of supervision principal clinical (X1) and teacher professional competence (X2) together with the teacher's work ethic (Y). The method used is quantitative-descriptive research. This research is correlational. The results of this study 1) there is a relationship between the teacher's perception of the principal's clinical supervision and the teacher's work ethic with a correlation coefficient of 8.2%, 2) there is a relationship between the teacher's professional competence and the teacher's work ethic with a correlation coefficient of 3.2%, 3) there is a relationship between the Teacher's Perception of the Principal's Clinical Supervision and the Teacher's Professional Competence together with the Teacher's Work Ethics with a correlation coefficient of 8.6%.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  evaluate  the  literacy  program  at  SMPN  2  Serang Baru,  Bekasi  Regency.  This  research  is  evaluative  with  a  descriptive qualitative approach using the CIPP method. The results of the study show1) Context evaluation, including background information, program implementation goals based on needs, and setting up cooperation with related agencies. 2) Evaluation of inputs, such as program development stages, activity schedules, the School Literacy Team, the availability of infrastructure, and program development costs 3) The stages of process evaluation  are  habituation,  development,  and  learning.  Literacy activities are done by teachers, school principals, and other education staff 4) Product evaluation shows the success of the program, namely the  compatibility  of  targets  with  results,  an  increase  in  learning outcomes, and program benefits for schools. In conclusion, this program must  be  continued  with  various  improvements  and  can  be  applied  in other schools.

Abstract

The curriculum is the heart of education. The curriculum is dynamic and follows the changing times. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Curriculum, evaluate its impact on student learning, and identify the implications of this implementation at the Senior High School of Human Bekasi. Data collection techniques include class observations, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of curriculum documents. Data analysis was carried out using a written qualitative approach. Data from observations, interviews, and document analysis were reviewed thematically to identify patterns of implementation, changes in student learning, and teachers' understanding of these approaches. The results showed that implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum had a good impact on student learning. Flexibility, independence, and active participation of students in learning increases. Teachers also reported positive changes in student engagement and achievement of learning objectives. This research implies the need for adequate support and training for teachers in implementing the Free Learning Curriculum. Educational institutions must also create an environment that supports creativity, innovation and student involvement in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze recruitment management in an effort to improve the quality of educators at SMPIT Lampu Iman Karawang. This study uses a qualitative method. Methods of data collection are done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. This research resulted in the following conclusions: 1) The quality of Educators at SMPIT Lampu Iman Karawang is relatively good; 2) Recruitment management which is carried out through the process of preparing recruitment, distributing vacancy announcements through brochures on social media, receiving new applications and selecting applicants from administrative requirements, written tests, microteaching tests and interviews; 3) Factors hindering recruitment are the difficulties in getting educators who are in accordance with the academic fields needed by schools. From the results of the study it can be concluded that with planned, measurable and objective recruitment management can improve the quality of educators.

Abstract

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving the quality of Arabic language learning at junior high school Ma'arif Ngantru Tulungagung in the era of Society 5.0 is an intriguing subject to be explored. Society 5.0 refers to a new paradigm where digital technology and humans interact harmoniously to create a sustainable and innovative society. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and document analysis as data collection tools. The gathered data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns and trends in the implementation of AI in the context of Arabic language learning. The research findings indicate that the use of AI in Arabic language learning at junior high school Ma'arif Ngantru Tulungagung has significantly contributed to the improvement of the learning quality. AI is utilized to broaden the accessibility of Arabic language learning, enhance student engagement, and provide personalized and real-time feedback. Furthermore, AI is also employed to develop learning content tailored to individual needs and preferences. The implementation of AI in Arabic language learning at junior high school Ma'arif Ngantru Tulungagung also faces several challenges. These challenges include teacher training in utilizing AI technology, concerns regarding privacy and data security, and the management of infrastructure that supports AI requirements. In the context of the Society 5.0 era, this research provides an important contribution in demonstrating the potential of AI in enhancing the quality of Arabic language learning in junior high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Evaluation of Child Friendly School (CFS) Program at Adam's School Kindergarten with CIPP Evaluation Model. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study are: (1) The context component is in the form of program objectives according to needs, clear background and has a strong legal foundation. 2) The input component in the form of educator resources and education personnel is not all according to qualifications, the preparation of programs and learning media according to CFS principles, facilities and infrastructure must be improved, almost all program policies are running well. 3) The process component is learning according to CFS principles, the assessment process has not been seen with CFS principles, parent/guardian participation is cooperative. 4) The product component in the form of CFS program implementation shows the success of the program, namely the conformity of criteria and results, changes in children who are active in school and very happy in all activities, the benefits of the program are felt by the residents of the education unit So that the CFS program must be continued and can be applied in other institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze compensation management in an effort to improve the performance of education personnel at SMK Teknikom Cikarang. This research uses a qualitative method. Data collection methods were conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This research resulted in conclusions: 1) The form of compensation for educators at SMK Teknikom Cikarang is given in four forms of compensation, namely wages, salaries, allowances, and incentives; 2) Stages in the implementation of the compensation system at SMK Teknikom Cikarang start from analyzing positions, how to determine compensation and how to provide compensation; 3) The performance of education personnel can increase after the implementation of the compensation system at SMK Teknikom Cikarang. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of good compensation management, namely in a planned and objective manner, can improve the performance of educational personnel. Therefore, educational institutions need to pay attention to compensation management as an effort to improve the performance of education personnel which can have an impact on improving educational services for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability to think analytically and the intelligence quotient partially and together with the learning outcomes of PAI students in public elementary schools in Tarumajaya District, Kab. Bekasi. This research uses quantitative methods with correlation research types. This study used random sampling with a sample of 320 students from a population of 1539 students taken from grade 5 in public elementary schools in Tarumajaya District. The results of this study indicate that the research hypothesis is proven to have a value of Py12 > 0, which explains that there is a positive relationship between analytical thinking ability (X1) and intelligence quotient (X2) together with Islamic education learning outcomes of students (Y) at the public elementary school level in Tarumajaya District, Kab. Bekasi.
