Abstract

Digital Islamic is a platform owned by the Al Muslim Foundation that utilizes integrated technology to help various educational processes, one of which is the learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of Digislamic in the learning process at SMA Al Muslim Tambun in terms of George C. Edwards III's theory with four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure; and knowing the achievement of process standards after implementing Digislamic. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that communication was conveyed well, clearly and consistently;  resources consist of adequate staff and have expertise in accordance with their duties and authorities, facility resources provided electronic devices, accounts, and the internet; the disposition of the foundation as a positive, firm, open, responsible and solutive leader and the management of the SMA unit as an implementer provide positive support; The bureaucratic structure applied is a top down  structural approach and has complete and clear SOPs. The use of Digislamic provided a significant change in the standard of process at Al Muslim High School.

Abstract

The educational thinking of KH Noer Alie, in the book Nurul Hidayah, has an important urgency in improving student morals. This study aims to analyze KH's educational thinking. Noer Alie in Nurul Hidayah's book and identified his contribution to improving the morals of Mts students. Attaqwa Putra Bekasi. The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation studies, including literature and content analysis. A literature study was conducted to collect information related to KH's educational thinking. Noer Alie in the book Nurul Hidayah. Content analysis was then conducted to analyze the book's contents and identify KH's views. Noer Alie about education and development of student morals. The results of this study indicate that the educational thinking of KH. Noer Alie, in the book Nurul Hidayah significantly contributes to improving student morals. This book provides practical and comprehensive guidelines for developing good morals, including moral and ethical principles in education. KH educational thinking. Noer Alie also emphasized the importance of  a holistic approach to educating students, which involves intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional aspects

Abstract

The quality and success of learning are also influenced by the competency and accuracy of the teacher in choosing and using learning methods. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Drill method in Islamic Religious Education lessons and the constraints faced at SMK Iman and Taqwa Darurrahim Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews to gather information. The subjects of this study were students at the SMK level. This study's results indicate that applying the Drill method to PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMK Iman and Taqwa Darurrahim Jakarta. With the drill method, students do the same thing, repeatedly in earnest, to strengthen an association or perfect a skill so that it becomes permanent. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes had increased.

Abstract

This quantitative descriptive study seeks to provide an overview of the Fuzzy Tahani use to aid in selecting the best lecturers in the Mathematics Education Study Program based on EDOM. Four areas of lecturer competency will be measured: pedagogical, professional, personality, and social. Compiling domains and membership functions, establishing membership degrees, compiling Fuzzy rules, compiling Fuzzy Queries, assessing fire strength, and assembling recommendations for the best lecturer candidates are the six parts of this research. The study's findings indicate that Fuzzy Tahani can aid in selecting the finest lecturers based on EDOM. Based on calculations, DTM06 is the best lecturer in the Mathematics Education Study Program.

Abstract

Internalising religious values in a typical curriculum is important in strengthening student character. This study aims to analyse the process of internalising religious values in a typical curriculum and its impact on strengthening students' character at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar. Data collection techniques include class observations, interviews, and analysis of curriculum documents. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach. Observational data, interviews, and document analysis were studied thematically to identify internalisation patterns of religious values in a typical curriculum and their impact on strengthening student character. The sample of this research is students. The results of the study show that the process of internalising religious values in a typical curriculum has a significant impact on strengthening student character. Students experience changes in attitudes, behavior, and a deeper understanding of religious values. They can apply these values in everyday life, such as being kind, honest, tolerant and responsible. The implication of this research is the importance of developing a distinctive curriculum that focuses on internalising religious values to strengthen student character.

Abstract

PAI teaching is the foundation of an education, in order to produce students who have noble character. Whatever the method, as long as the teacher's speech can inspire and influence the thoughts, feelings and actions of students. This study aims to design the use of public speaking in teaching Islamic Religious Education, designing stages of teaching Islamic Religious Education with systematic communication, overcoming obstacles encountered in public speaking in teaching Religious Education. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through interviews and observation. The subject of this study was the Islamic Islamic Elementary School teacher Arriyadh Insan Cendekia Bekasi City. Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Hilokal application in increasing speaking abilities among college students. The study took a qualitative approach, employing in-depth interviews with 30 people. The goal was to evaluate Hilokal's usability, its impact on speaking abilities, and the level of awareness among college students. According to the findings, Hilokal was seen as a user-friendly tool, with users praising its intuitive interface and ease of use. Participants reported varied amounts of improvement in their speaking skills, with some reporting strong, moderate, or low impacts. Furthermore, the survey emphasized the need for increased Hilokal knowledge among college students, since a sizable majority of participants were still unfamiliar with the application. The findings complement to our understanding of language learning technologies and have implications for educators and developers in optimizing the use of Hilokal in college settings to improve speaking skills. The findings underline the need of a user-friendly design and show Hilokal's potential benefits in promoting speaking skill development. Efforts to generate awareness and market the application, on the other hand, are critical to ensuring its widespread acceptance among college students.

Abstract

In memorizing the Al-Qur'an is not an easy matter. Not everyone can memorize the Al-Qur'an. Given the different abilities of students. This study aims to determine the planning of the Tahfidzh Al Qur'an program and to determine the planning for implementing the Fahim Qur'an method in the Tahfidzh Al Qur'an subject at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Nurul Ilmi Bekasi. This study uses a descriptive analysis research method with a qualitative approach. In collecting data in the field researchers used data collection methods through three techniques, namely: interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects in the research are school principals, teachers, students, or it could be portfolios which include: Reviews, reports, video recordings of student activities, photos/pictures, interview notes and others. The results of the study explain a clear and in-depth knowledge of Islamic Religious Education and the application of the Fahim Qur'an method in improving the quality of Tahfidzh of Integrated Islamic Elementary School students Nurul Ilmi Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Human Relations for Madrasah Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda, and present the obstacles encountered in implementing Human Relations for Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda. The type of research uses a descriptive analysis research method, namely, a research method that describes an ongoing situation based on the actual and factual data and information obtained. The data collection techniques used are: literature study, field study, through observation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that Human Relations in improving teacher performance refers to several points, namely (1) good communication. (2) a comfortable work environment, and (3) there is a reward from the principal. Thus, it can be seen that the obstacles to the implementation of Human Relations in improving teacher performance are, (1) differences in perceptions in receiving messages and (2) the inability of subordinates to initiate communication with the principal.

Abstract

Al'Imaroh Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT Al’Imaroh) has a new product that must be offered to the community, SDIT Al’Imaroh Cikrang Barat Bekasi is in great demand by the community, the number of students registering is increasing, exceeding its capacity. This is an interesting factor to study, what is the marketing strategy. One of the effective marketing methods is the kinship model. In fact, many parents of new students end up getting to know and are interested in the institution because they get references from friends, relatives or co-workers in the office. This qualitative research obtains data from what is known, done, experienced and felt by informants. A school environment that is healthy and beautiful then with a school program that supports the curriculum by memorizing the Qur'an, memorizing daily prayers is a new product for the community. Services for basic educational needs are highly prioritized, for example exemption or relief from school fees, scholarships for outstanding children, health checks and child development consultations.
