Abstract

The implementation of lectures using the blended learning model is due to lectures that have not been maximally carried out face-to-face. To overcome this, lectures are carried out face-to-face and online, which is called the blended learning model. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, the research instrument uses observation and questionnaires. Sources of data in this study were lecturers of PAI courses and 1st semester IT students in class A totaling 27 and B totaling 29 who took PAI courses in the 2021/2022 academic year. The result of the research is that the implementation of Blended learning in the lecture process is carried out by combining face-to-face learning using active learning strategies such as discussion and role playing and online learning by utilizing the Google Meet and Google Classroom platforms. Student perceptions related to the implementation of blended learning are a) students define e-learning as online learning, using the internet, and learning using digital technology and as a tool for distance learning. b) students understand the blended learning model, namely lectures that are carried out in a mixture, sometimes online and offline. c) The type of platform used in implementing blended learning is google classroom. d) Students' opinions related to the benefits of blended learning are 31 students (56.4%) stating they are helpful in learning, e) Student opinions related to the obstacles faced are the lack of smooth internet access, dependence on the internet and electronic media and the need for adequate infrastructure. adequate, such as cellphones, laptops and so on. Abstract

This research is based on several objectives, namely: 1) How is the application of the As-shidiq method at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan. 2) How is the ability to read the Qur'an of students at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan. 3) How is the effect of the application of the As-shidiq method on ability reading the Koran of students at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan. This research method uses a quantitative approach in the form of correlational research to determine the existence of a relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study can be concluded into three,namely the application of the As-shidiq method at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan which is evidenced by the results of the questionnaire showing a value of 76.8% and this score is quite good, students' ability to read the Koran at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan as evidenced by the test results show the value of 82.9% and this value is classified as good, the effect of the application of the As-shidiq method on students' ability to read the Qur'an at MI Narrative Quran Lamongan has a significant effect as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

One form of the local government's commitment to improving human resources is through education. To produce a good and quality education process, of course, efforts must be made to provide quality education services. This research actually aims to find out all the efforts made by the Pasuruan Regency government in improving the quality and services of education in Pasuruan. Using descriptive qualitative method, this research explains several things related to improving the quality and service of education. In short, the results of the research show that there are effortsmade by the Regional Government of Pasuruan Regency in improving the quality and services of education, both in terms of regulations and regional planning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the achievement of grade 9C students in science subjects with the basic material of static electricity in everyday life by developing contextual learning with problem-based teaching models. This research is based on the student's score which is still low related to the material. The research method is using classroom action research with 2 cycles. In each cycle there are 4 stages consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collected was then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the application of contextual learning with problem-based teaching models can improve student achievement in grade 9C in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year in science subjects with static electricity basic material in everyday life. In the first cycle 73.33%, the second cycle 80.00% and the third cycle 88.00%.

Abstract

Based on the observations, it is known that the VIII grade students of MTS Imam Al Ghozali Panjerejo Tulungagung in science subjects still use the lecture method. In addition, learning is still not active and this also has an impact on low student achievement. The KKM standard for science subjects is 75. Before the action, it was known that only 55% of students completed with an average score of 56.78. The purpose of this study is to improve the results of student achievement in science subjects with material on the respiratory system by applying the talking chips method of cooperative learning. This research design uses classroom action research (CAR) using 2 cycles. In each cycle there are 4 stages such as planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed that the application of the cooperative learning model with the talking chips method could improve the learning achievement of class VIII students of MTS Imam Al Ghozali Panjerejo, Rejotangan District in science subjects on respiratory system materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in various cooperative learning models such as the Jigsaw type, the STAD type, and the GI type. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The sample consisted of three classes, namely class 7A subjected to treatment I, class 7B was subjected to treatment II, and class 7C to treatment III, sampling was carried out using cluster sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the method of tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Kruskal Wallis non-parametric statistics. The results of data analysis resulted in 5 different hypotheses. The first hypothesis is the value of Asym Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, the second hypothesis obtained the value of Asym Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, the third hypothesis obtained the Asym Sig value. 0.280 is greater than 0.05, the fourth hypothesis is obtained by the Asym Sig value. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and the last hypothesis is the Asym Sig value. 0.006 < 0.05.

Abstract

In 2022, Matematics Education of ITSNU Pasuruan will conduct a Thesis examination for the first batch of student. In order to be more effective and there is no overlap in the implementation of the thesis exam, proper and efficient techniques are needed in solving problems in the preparation of the thesis exam schedule. One of the the techniques that can be used for the preparation of the thesis exam schedule is by applying graph coloring with the main -sequence algorithm. The reseach method used in this research is literature study and data collection. The algorthm can be applied in preparing the thesis exam schedule at the Matematics Education ITSNU Pasuruan. The result of this study obtained seven test schedule that can be used so that there are no clashes between the thesis exam schedule with the same supervisior. Suggestiob for the further research to improve in terms of schedule accurary, space, time and other variable so that the schedule obtained is more efficent and effective.

Abstract

This study entitled Effectiveness of Using Video Learning Media to Improve Mathematical Literacy in Bethel Christian Middle School Surabaya. This study aims to describe and analyze culture-based videos in improving mathematical literacy on square, triangleand quadrilateral material at Bhetel Christian Junior High School Surabaya in the 2021/2022 even semester. The method used is the research method used in this study is a Pre-Experimental Design using the One-group Pretest-Postet design form. In this design there is a pretest before being given treatment and a posttest after being given treatment. Data analysis itself uses normality test, paired sample t-test, Wilcoxon test, N-Gain test. From the results of the Wilcoxon test that has been carried out, it can be seen that the significance value is 0.001 so there is a difference in the average results of the pretest and posttest of the two samples of mathematical literacy and critical thinking of junior high school students. It can be concluded that the results of mathematical literacy and critical thinking of junior high school students towards culture-based videos can increase. From the results of the N-Gain test that has been carried out, which occupies a playing score of 0.4488, which means that culture-based videos are quite effective in improving mathematical literacy and critical thinking of junior high school students.

Abstract

The research is classroom action research (CAR) using 2 cycles and in each cycle using 4 stages. This study aims to improve the skills of understanding poetry by using a contextual approach to the learning community elements of class X AK 1 SMKN 2 Buduran, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the results of low student learning scores so that it is necessary to develop an appropriate learning approach. One of the approaches used is the contextual approach. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed with a descriptive approach. The average score in the first cycle is 59.71% or has a poor category, while in the second cycle the average score is 71.29% or has a good value category. This shows that the application of a contextual approach to elements of the learning community can improve the skills of students in class X AK 1 at SMKN 2 Buduran, Sidoarjo Regency in understanding poetry.

Abstract

The selection of learning methods greatly determines the quality of learning in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with mathematics teachers in parallel grade VI MIN Blitar City, information was obtained that: 1) students whose scores were less than 75 were still 10 students more than 28 students, 2) there were still many students who were not ready to participate in activities learning, 3) the involvement of students in the learning process is still less active, 4) the madrasa has not yet carried out learning with the probing-prompting learning method in mathematics learning, especially spatial building materials. To overcome these problems, the researchers used the probing-prompting learning method as an effort to improve the learning outcomes of building materials. This research is a qualitative research in the form of classroom action which is designed in a cycle. The subjects in this study were grade VI students of MIN Blitar City in the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection in this study was carried out by tests, observations, and questionnaires. The instruments used in this study were lesson plans, test questions, observation sheets, and questionnaire sheets. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis, namely descriptive analysis. This analysis model by comparing the average percentage. The results of the study indicate that the application of probing-prompting learning in learning can improve learning outcomes of quadrilateral material in grade VI students of MIN Blitar City in the 2021/2022 academic year. This can be seen from the results of the study. The results of observations showed that the teacher's activity in the first cycle the average score was 66.65% while in the second cycle the average score was 87.45% and the student activity in the first cycle the average score was 65.63%, while in the second cycle the average score was 65.63%. II the average score is 86.46%. The test results in the first cycle showed that 16 students had completed their studies with classical mastery of 57%, while in the second cycle there was an increase of 39%, namely 27 students who had completed their studies with 96% classical completeness. Based on the results of student questionnaires, the probing-prompting learning method got a response of 64.64% in the first cycle and got a good response from the students in the second cycle, which was 84.46% interested in being applied to the next lesson.
