Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Passing aktif segitiga dan segiempat terhadap akurasi Passing pemain pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikuku. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan two group prettest-posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain pada pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikukun sebanyak 24 pemain. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 5 %. Hasil analisis uji t pada kelompok A diperoleh nilai t hitung (18,58) > t tabel (1,58), dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan Passing aktif segitiga terhadap akurasi Passing pemain pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikukun. Hasil analisis uji t kelompok B diperoleh nilai t hitung (19,08) < t tabel (1,75), dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan Passing aktif segiempat terhadap akurasi Passing pemain pada tim futsal extrakulikuler SMK PGRI 3Walikukun. Berdasarkan persentase peningkatan dapat disimpulkan akurasi dengan latihan Passing aktif segitiga (8,78 %) mempunyai peningkatan lebih kecil dibandingkan Latihan Passing aktif segiempat (10,09 %).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the impact of the pandemic on the workshop business and analyze operational management on workshop growth after the Covid19 pandemic at the JL location. Cirendeu Raya No.2 East Ciputat, South Tangerang Ciputat. This research uses qualitative methods and the main data is obtained through interviews with HRA workshop business owners. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, HRA Workshop experienced a significant decline in income, and they faced various problems in marketing and sales. However, they are also trying to find marketing alternatives, secure capital and assets, and understand digital technology for promotion.

Abstract

The new technological wave that hit the financial industry has changed many traditional banking structures. Factors such as online banking, self-service machines, financial integration and 24-hour access have changed views on the need for digital banking. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived trust and perceived value on behavior intention with satisfaction as an intervening variable for digital wallet users in Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the nonprobability sampling method. The number of respondents used in this study amounted to 145 respondents with the criteria of digital wallet users in Indonesia and who had made transactions at least 2 times. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study prove that perceived trust and perceived value by users can increase satisfaction. The higher the value of customer satisfaction, the higher the behavioral intention for digital wallets in Indonesia. Perception of trust has a positive effect on behavior intention. In addition, perceived value and perceived trust indirectly have a positive effect on behavior intention through satisfaction. This can provide input to the management of digital wallet companies in increasing behavior intention by increasing perceptions of trust and perceived value.

Abstract

The world of teenagers is a world with various forces and demands about freedom that require extra thought and assistance. Adolescent students are an important focus for educators and furthermore in the world of education, where in fact the world of education is still the target of worrying news. Character cultivation is an important choice in cultivating students' religious strength, one of which is through reconstructing the value of being single. The aim of this research is to find out the number of single students at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah. To find out students' understanding of being single at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah. To find out the reconstruction of the symbolic value of being single to strengthen the religious character of students at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah. The methodology used is qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) There are many single students at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah due to limited data available. Some schools may not have a system that records student relationship status, so it is difficult to get accurate data about the number of single students at school. (2) The understanding of students about being single at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah is described by informants as being single is not having a boyfriend, so it can it was concluded that they understood in their own language the term single. (3) The description of the reconstruction of the symbolic value of being single and strengthening religious beliefs at Madrasah Aliyah Al Hidayah was clearly explained by the results of interviews and observations which explained that their religion was stronger than when they were not single.

Abstract

The title of this research is "The Influence of Price, Location, and Quality of Service on Consumer Satisfaction at the Kopi Kenangan coffee shop in Sidoarjo". This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, and service quality on customer satisfaction. .As for the research method used is quantitative method. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The independent variables are price, location, and service quality and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction at the Kopi Kenangan coffee shop. All statements are valid, reliable and normal.the effect of price, location, and service quality on consumer satisfaction, based on the tests carried out, the results of this study show that with a coefficient value of 0.840 it can be seen that the price variable (X1) is 0.293, the location variable (X2) is 0.230, the service quality variable (X3) .of 0.312.Price (X1), Location (X2) and Service Quality (X3) which have a strong relationship to customer satisfaction can be seen in the R Square value of 0.704, which indicates that the independent variables consisting of the variables Price, Location and Service Quality can be explained with.Consumer satisfaction of 70.4% is able to explain the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 29.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. .The conclusion of this study is that price, location, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Kopi Kenangan coffee shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes through the application of problem-based learning models in fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 123 Banti. The subjects in this study were 16 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 123 Banti. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with Kurt Lewin which consists of four main steps, namely planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used were learning outcome tests, student activity observation sheets, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that in the first cycle that was completed individually from 16 students only 7 people or 43.7% met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Classically it has not been met because the average value obtained is 66.06. While in the second cycle where out of 16 students there are 14 people or 87.5% who met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) and classically it has been met, namely the average value obtained is 86.43. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 123 Banti, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency, through the implementation of the problem-based learning model have improved.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Profitability and Leverage on financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. Eighteen companies were sampled for this research. The data analysis results indicate that Profitability, measured by Return On Assets (ROA), has a positive and significant partial effect on financial distress. Conversely, Leverage, measured by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), has a negative and significant partial effect on financial distress. Furthermore, simultaneously, both variables together have a significant impact on financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the study period. These findings contribute to understanding the factors influencing financial distress levels in the industry. The practical and theoretical implications of this research are relevant for managerial decision-making and financial strategy development. This abstract succinctly summarizes the key research findings, highlighting their practical and theoretical contributions.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of orthodox style shot put (sideways) in grade V students of MI Ma`arif Tempursari. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of orthodox style shot put (sideways) in grade V students of MI Ma`arif Tempursari. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of 3 cycles, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. Each cycle consists of 3 stages, namely planning, action, closing. The data collection method used in this study is from the results of test observations on grade V students. The results of the pre-cycle research have not yet obtained results above the KKM, so in Cycle I the results were 72% or 28 students achieved the KKM score and 28% or 11 students did not meet the KKM score. While in cycle II the results improved, namely 85% or 34 students achieved the KKM score and 15% or 5 students did not achieve the KKM score. Based on research results, it was found that the use of play in orthodox (sideways) shot put learning can improve student learning outcomes, student enthusiasm, and a pleasant classroom atmosphere, as well as improving grades.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this work is to understand constitutional law in Indonesia from Mahfud MD's perspective. This research adopts a qualitative approach to deepen understanding of constitutional law in Indonesia from Mahfud MD's perspective. The literature review involves studying literature related to constitutional law theory and the work of Mahfud MD as the main reading material. The main data source comes from Mahfud MD's writings, including books, articles and speeches discussing constitutional law in Indonesia. Data collection techniques include literature study, document analysis, and a review of Mahfud MD's online publications. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach, identifying the main concepts and views of Mahfud MD through comparison and synthesis of information. Legal politics in the Indonesian context, both before and after the amendments to the 1945 Constitution, provides a historical perspective on the evolution of the Indonesian legal framework and its impact on the direction of law formation. Mahfud MD's understanding that legal politics is an official and valid legal policy, which determines the direction, form and substance of laws, provides a basis for seeing the complex relationship between politics and law.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan karya ini untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum bagi individu yang memegang sertifikat hak milik tanah dievaluasi dalam konteks sengketa. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian hukum normatif atau doktrinal, dengan fokus pada kajian mendalam terkait norma hukum, hukum substantif, asas-asas hukum, teori-teori hukum, kaidah-kaidah hukum, dan analisis hukum perbandingan, khususnya dalam konteks hukum pertanahan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai sengketa hak kepemilikan tanah. Hasil karya ini perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang sertifikat hak atas tanah menjadi krusial dalam mengatasi potensi konflik dan ketidakpastian seiring upaya pembangunan di Indonesia. Meskipun tujuan hukum pertanahan adalah memberikan kepastian, pemegang sertifikat sering merasa tidak aman terutama terkait potensi pembatalan sertifikat tanah. Meskipun Pasal 32 ayat (2) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 menetapkan syarat sahnya sertifikat setelah lima tahun, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang prosedur penerbitan tetap menjadi tantangan. Proses pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia bertujuan menyederhanakan hukum dan memberikan landasan bagi bukti hak atas tanah, dengan perlindungan hukum komprehensif dan keterlibatan sistem peradilan sebagai kunci penanggulangan tuntutan hukum. Kesimpulannya, perlindungan hukum ini memerlukan pendekatan holistik untuk menciptakan lingkungan hukum yang adil, menjaga stabilitas sosial, dan memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem pertanahan.
