Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah peran Tokoh agama dalam pengembangan Pendidikan  Agama Islam di Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa Sei Penggantungan Kec. Panai Hilir. Bagaimana bentuk pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam oleh tokoh agama di Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa Sei Penggantungan Kec. Panai Hilir. Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi Tokoh Agama dalam pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa Sei Penggantungan Kec. Panai Hilir. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan informan penelitian kepala desa, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh adat. Dengan alat pengumpulan data wawancara dan analisis data deskriptif yaitu mengambil kesimpulan dengan menganalisa hasil wawancara setelah dikumpulkan dan dideskripsikan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran tokoh agama dalam pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam di Lingkungan Masyaraqkat Desa Sei Penggantungan Kec. Panai Hilir cukup baik, peranm tokoh agama tersebut adalah melalui pendirian lembaga pendidikan bentuk pesantren dan pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan. Bentuk pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam oleh tokoh agama di Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa Sei Penggantungan Kec. Panai Hilir adalah bentuk pendidikan formal melalui pendirian pesantren dan pendidikan non formal melalui berbagai kegaitan keagamaan di tengah-tengah masyarakat berupa dakwah Islam oleh pesantren, pengaktifan pengajian rutin, pelaksanaan kegiatan PHBI dan sebagainya.Kendala yang dihadapi Tokoh Agama dalam pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa Sei Penggantungan  Kec. Panai Hilir masih adanya masyarakat yang kurang aktif mengikuti kegiatan keagamaan, masih ada masyarakat yang tidak mau menyekolahkan anaknya di pesantren dan minimnya dana yang dimiliki dalam pengembangan pendidikan agama Islam di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

All educational activities that are currently developing basically have a goal of involving all components of education including the community. However, in reality the community lacks a proper place as a subject that plays an important role in every education policy. What's more, many people are used as objects and tools to reap profits. In fact, the contribution of the community is so clear and tangible in supporting efforts towards overall educational goals. On that basis, it is necessary to develop an education paradigm based on the community. an Education Paradigm that will reunite formal educational institutions with informal real-life communities. Thus formal and informal education is not just a story, but a complete reality. Thus, a learning society will be created.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh strategi aspek kognitif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMAN 1 Bagan Sinembah Kab. Rokan Hilir, Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitaif yang dilakukan pada bulan januari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI khusus bagi siswa yang beragama islam saja, sehingga pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan penyebaran angket (pernyataan) menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sample sebanyak 51 responden. Dan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pengaruh strategi aspek kognitif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IX mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam SMAN 1 Bagan Sinembah yang berkontribusi nilai koefisien determinasi R Square (R2) sebesar 0.704 atau 70,4% dan sisanya (100%-70,4%) = 29,6% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian Thitung Ttabel atau -10.787 1.67655 maka dapat diartika bahwa H0 diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh aspek kognitif (X) terhadap motivasi belajar (Y). Terdapat signifikan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel yaitu 116.356 4,03 (F tabel didapat dari F (k ; n-k) = F (1 ; 50) = 4,03) dan dengan tingkat signifikan di bawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Berdasarkan cara pengambilan keputusan uji simultan bahwa variabel aspek kognitif (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh signifikan aspek kognitif terhadap motivasi belajar. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This study uses a bibliographic research approach or research based on literature, the selection of this type is because the data needed are in the form of theories, concepts and ideas about Perpatih customary heritage according to the Syafi'i School. The practice of inheritance distribution to the Perpatih customary community and the implications of this division of perpatih property and the differences that exist between the division of Perpatih property and the Syafi'i school. The inheritance distribution system according to the Perpatih Custom is different from the Islamic inheritance system from the Shafi'i School. According to the Shafi'i school, priority is given to male inheritance for certain reasons, however the female inheritance does not receive from what is owned by male inheritance. The assets belonging to the dead must also be owned as well as goods deposited or credit. After looking at the two inheritance systems and the way of distribution, namely between Perpatih customary law and the Syafi'i school, the author finds that there are differences between the two. Adat Perpatih emphasizes daughters as legal heirs while the Shafi'i School also stipulates sons as legitimate heirs in addition to daughters also having the rights that have been established in Islam. The status of inheritance (customary land) in the Perpatih Adat is as a deposit only. It cannot be sold and pawned, while the heirlooms in the Shafi'i school must be fully owned by someone and if the property is allowed to be sold and pawned.

Abstract

Gender differences are differences in characteristics between men and women that are formed in the interaction relationship. So gender represents the social and cultural roles of men and women, not the physical form of men and women. Furthermore, in the communication style proposed by Tannen: 1992, there are six different ways that male and female speakers are presented. Such as Status versus Support, independence versus intimacy, advice versus understanding, Information versus feeling, orders versus proposal, conflict versus compromise. Even though men and women have the same language, they have different ways and attitudes of communication in their interactions, this is motivated by socio-cultural factors. In line with Danil Maltz and Borker stated that boys and girls have different social spheres in society. For example, in the public sphere, male speakers show more power than women, while female speakers refrain from expressing their power in the public sphere. The purpose of this study, 1) to describe the differences in the communication styles of male and female lecturers in the Trans Tv Islam program is Indah. 2) To find out why male and female lecturers have different communication styles in the Trans Tv Islam Itu Indah program. In this case, whether male and female speakers have different communication styles or have the same communication style strategy. As for the data collection techniques that include observation and documentation, this study uses a qualitative multicase study consisting of two male lecturers and two female lecturers. Furthermore, there are three models in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Based on the analysis, it was found that female lecturers can communicate like the communication style of male lecturers, whereas male lecturers can communicate like the communication style of female lecturers. And also the reason why male and female speakers have different communication styles because they have their own characteristics in their culture and social life.

Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students to be able to carry out roles that require mastery of knowledge. According to Imam Al-Ghazali, true education is a means of getting closer to Allah SWT. Education leads people to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter, as well as a means of spreading virtue. This research aims: "To determine the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thoughts on Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Tanah Java in the Millennial Era." The type of research used in this research is Qualitative Research. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data sources in this research are Islamic religious education subject teachers and Muslim students, while the secondary data sources in this research are literature studies, references, documentation and observations. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research shows that the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thoughts is very relevant to educational goals, methods and educational subjects for educators at SMAN 1 Tanah Jawa. The results of the research on Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Tanah Jawa which are relevant to Imam Al-Ghazali's educational thinking are seen in the objectives of Islamic religious education which have the aim of emphasizing the moral education of students as a means of getting closer to Allah SWT, to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. It is also seen in the methods used in learning Islamic religious education as well as the educational subjects seen in teachers. And it is still less relevant to the curriculum and educational subjects seen by students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the performance of the district apparatus in providing public services based on the following indicators; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The research location is Denai Medan District Office and uses quantitative descriptive methods that involves a research population consisting of all office employees totaling 42 (forty two) people. The results showed that respondents with the five indicators mentioned were related to the quality of service performance, and it showed the following percentages; the largest percentage is related to service reliability with an average of 88.57% and is a very satisfying category, followed by the second, which is related to responsiveness of 86.50% and is a very satisfying category. While the third place is about real service, which is 83.68% included in the very satisfying category. Furthermore, the fourth rank is related to service guarantee with a value of 80.35% and is a satisfactory category. The fifth is related to empathy services which is 70.24% in the satisfactory category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kontribusi Pondok Pesantren MAS Islamiyah Pintu Padang dalam masyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan, sosial, dan keagamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan kepala desa, ketua pondok pesantren, serta anggota pesantren, sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren MAS Islamiyah Pintu Padang memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan aktivitas keagamaan masyarakat serta mempererat hubungan sosial di sekitarnya. Faktor pendukung utama dalam kontribusi pesantren adalah dukungan dari aparat desa, masyarakat sekitar, serta santri dan ustaz dalam menjalankan kegiatan pesantren. Namun, terdapat kendala utama berupa keterbatasan anggaran dalam pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, pesantren menjalin kerja sama dengan pemerintah desa dan berbagai pihak guna memperoleh dukungan finansial yang lebih stabil. Dengan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan, pesantren tidak hanya berperan sebagai lembaga pendidikan keagamaan tetapi juga sebagai pusat dakwah dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

The influence of the economic status of parents is a very big influence on the child's process because the family is the first social institution in human life. And in reality, in real life, many parents with high socioeconomic status do not experience any difficulty in fulfilling their children's educational needs because they have money, so such as school fees, school supplies such as laptops, motorbikes, etc., can be fulfilled, because they have money and with money they can make everything happen. However, it is different for parents whose economy is low, so that in fulfilling their children's educational needs and supplies it becomes a significant problem, by not meeting the educational needs of a child and being supported by some parents. With this research, building only to see the effect of the socioeconomic status of parents on student achievement. Where the socioeconomic status of the parents is a picture of the condition of the parents in terms of socioeconomic terms, that picture is material, vital, and spiritual. Meanwhile, student learning achievement is the result of activities expressed in the form of symbols, letters, sentences that can reflect what has been achieved by each child in a certain period of value. This study aims to analyze the socioeconomic status of parents on learning achievement in Islamic religious education. The results showed that the socioeconomic status of parents had a significant effect on learning achievement of Islamic religious education. The socioeconomic status of parents has a significant effect on student consumer behavior. Likewise, economic learning achievement has a significant effect on student consumption behavior. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research which tends to use analysis. Based on the research results, the influence of parents 'socio-economic status on students' learning achievement of Islamic religious education is still quite good, according to the author, because of their very interest in Islamic religious education, this is because the application of loving religion is not started early on.

Abstract

Student study habits are an activity or activity carried out by students in learning activities, in the form of study habits at school and at home. Study habits carried out by students are different. In other words, study habits are the ways in which students learn to acquire knowledge. Study habits are positively related to student learning outcomes. The better the student's study habits, the better the value of student learning outcomes. The learning outcomes that are focused on in this study are cognitive learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects. Fiqh is an effort to guide and care for students to understand what is contained in Islam as a whole, to live up to the meaning and purpose and objectives and in the end be able to practice it and make Islamic teachings as views and guidelines in carrying out their lives. This study aims to describe habits in learning. Fiqh learning outcomes, and the influence of habits in learning on Fiqh learning outcomes for seventh grade students at MTs Parmiyatu Wassa'adah for the 2020/2021 academic year. The population in this study were all seventh grade students. The research sample was set at 23 students. The sample was determined using a purposive technique. This research method is a descriptive correlational technique with a quantitative approach. The data collection tool used is a habitual questionnaire in learning and Fiqh learning outcomes in the form of final exam scores in odd semesters. The conclusions obtained from this study are: students' study habits get an average value of 73.16 including in the medium rank, students' Fiqh learning outcomes get an average value of 73.57 including in the medium category and study habits have an influence of 25.81% on the Fiqh learning outcomes of seventh grade students at MTs Parmiyatu Wassa'adah Sambirejo Timur. The better the student's study habits, the better the value of student learning outcomes. Based on the calculation of the regression equation, it can be explained that the regression coefficient of the student habit variable in learning is 0.043; This means that if the habit of learning has increased by 1 unit, the learning outcomes of Fiqh will increase by 0.043. The increase in the value of Fiqh learning outcomes to 73.57.
