Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. The journal contains original research articles based on literature and/or empirical research in the fields of Law, Education, and Society particularly, but not limited to, six main topics, namely (1) Islamic Law and Legislation, (2) Islamic Law in Classical and Modern Social Life, (3) Islamic Education Philosophy, Curriculum, and Methodology, (4) Islamic Education Management, Policy, and Innovation, (5) Islamic Sociology and anthropology, (6) Islamic Community Empowerment. The journal encourages articles that take a multidisciplinary approach to these topics. Abstract

Moral is a condition in a person's soul, which is the source of his actions, which are alternative (good or bad) in accordance with the influence of the education given to him. If this soul is educated to praise glory and truth, it will easily be born of good deeds and it is not difficult to practice good morals (akhlakul karimah). On the contrary, on the contrary, the soul is neglected, not properly educated so that it loves and loves, it will emerge from it despicable and flawed words, which are called bad morals (akhlakul madzmumah). Therefore, Islam has good morals and teaches Muslims to build morals and instill them in their souls. The research in this thesis refers to the concepts described by Ibn Miskawaih in several of his essays. By taking the title Ibn Miskawaih's Moral Education Concept. The objectives of this research are: To know the concept of education of Ibn Miskawaih Morals in order to maintain human dignity and instill good morals for students in schools. This type of research is library research using a descriptive qualitative approach. That is research that describes the properties or characteristics of individuals, circumstances, symptoms, or certain groups. With the descriptive method of content analysis, namely the method by analyzing the content and describing the object under study through the sources related in this study. The results of this study are: Ibn Miskawaih gives an understanding of the middle or middle way that must be achieved by each individual in order to maintain dignity and achieve moral perfection. He emphasized that every virtue has two sides. The middle side is commendable and the extreme side is reprehensible. Such as should not think wrong and should not be excessive but must be wise. You can't be a coward, and should not be reckless, the middle way is courage. You can't be stingy, but you can't be wasteful either. The middle way is not to be expounded and expounded, the middle way is fair And Ibn Miskawath gives a special position to the teacher, the teacher is considered to be more instrumental in educating his psyche in order to achieve true happiness Ibn Miskawaih aims for every teacher / educator, regardless of the material in the field of knowledge he nurtures must be directed to create noble character for himself and his students Not only teach or deliver the subject matter he teaches but also must insert ethical values in the lessons taught.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan pondasi peradaban suatu bangsa. Bangsa yang maju akan selalu beriringan dengan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Perkembangan zaman mengalami beragam modernisasi. Karakter generasi milenial diantaranya adalah menganggap benda elektronik adalah jembatan dalam menuntaskan segala pekerjaannya. Salah satu untuk menghadapi masa depan yang cerah adalah dengan mengutamakan aspek pendidikan. Kedepannya, perjalanan pendidikan akan semakin sulit dikarenakan mesti menyesuaikan dengan karakter generasi milenial. Generasi milenial yaitu ia yang kini berusia sekitar 17-37 tahun atau kelahiran 1980-2000. Abuddin Nata memandang pendidikan sebagai proses yang menggali, mengarahkan, membina, menempa segenap potensi manusia agar peserta didik mampu  menghadapi era milenial. Sebab, era milenial membutuhkan kualitas pendidikan dalam menghadapi pendidikan digital dan beragam kemajuan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1.Mengetahui konsep pendidikan Islam dalam perspektif Abuddin Nata,  dan 2. Mengetahui relevansi pendidikan Islam dengan era milenial menurut Abuddin Nata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka atau penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian ini yakni kualitatif yang sifatnya deskriptif komparatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu : Tahap Orientasi, Tahap Eksplorasi  dan Tahap Studi Terfokus. Dalam perspektif Abuddin Nata, ilmu pendidikan Islam mempunyai 2 corak; filosofis dan historis. Ilmu pendidikan Islam yang bercorak filosofis adalah ilmu pendidikan Islam yang memfokuskan kajiannya pada pemikiran filsafat Islam. Sedangkan ilmu pendidikan Islam yang bercorak historis adalah ilmu pendidikan Islam yang memfokuskan kajiannya pada data-data empiris. Dalam menghadapi era milenial, guru yang dibutuhkan di era digital adalah guru yang memiliki kemahiran dalam menilai penggunaan teknologi yang edukatif dan noneduktif. Guru hendaknya terus mengevaluasi kemampuan siswa yang dibutuhkan untuk bersaing dalam ekonomi global. Kemajuan teknologi dalam pendidikan era milenial ini mesti diawasi para orangtua siswa dalam mengontrol anak mereka dalam memeroleh sumber pendidikan.

Abstract

Development of Medan City, number, growth, employment, sector, formality, formal sector, sectoral, sectoral, sectoral, street vendors as one of the informal sectors that are often carried out with the informal sectors, with negative impacts, the environment, slums and disorderly. But there is a need for street vendors by the community to make street vendors even more. Medan City Government through Regional Regulation No. 31 of 1993 Jo the Mayor of Medan Letter No. 54 / SK / 1994 and Mayor Regulation No.8 of 2009 concerning the prohibition of trading on patterned roads, sidewalks, and road shoulders are still ineffective. Which is marked by the number of rounds carried out by street vendors. This research aims to study the characteristics, structuring and empowerment process, the benefits of structuring and empowering, as well as understanding of the development in structuring and empowering street vendors. The existence of street vendors involving the City Limun Intersection is considered as a cause of traffic jams and differences in the beauty of the city. In connection with the New Market Thoroughly The Medan City Government reviewed the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors who were originally selling along the shoulder roads in the Simpang Limun Market in Medan City by relocating them in existing markets. Medan City Regional Market Company. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the policies on structuring and empowering street vendors, applying the policies on structuring and empowering street vendors, as well as efforts to protect the policies on structuring and empowering street vendors in Medan's Simpang Limun Market. This research uses descriptive type using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used include the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Street vendors at Medan's Simpang Limun Market have not been going well. This is due to the fact that many street vendors who have joined the New Market have not been well served due to the disposition of market managers and policy implementers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP IT Al-Ikhlas Kecamatan Medan Selayang Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis statistik. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada siswa dalam rentang waktu Maret hingga Juni 2024. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji r untuk menguji hubungan serta signifikansi antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor-faktor tertentu dengan hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap proses pembentukan akhlak siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) IT-Al-Ikhlas Kecamatan Medan Selayang. Dimana nilai t hitung 0.678 lebih besar dari t tabel (10.098 >1.678) dengan kearah positif. Adapun persentase yang dipengaruhi oleh variable X sebesarl 0,699.

Abstract

Customs and culture are something that must be preserved as a legacy from our ancestors since ancient times. However, if the tradition or culture is contrary to the teachings of our beliefs, namely Islamic law, then the custom must be set aside and take a path that is in accordance with the guidance in Islam. Basically a marriage is said to be valid in Islamic teachings if the marriage has fulfilled the pillars and conditions that have been determined by Islamic law in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. However, in addition to obtaining legality in marriage, a person who carries out a marriage must maintain chastity in undergoing the marriage process. The tradition of Nangkih, rebu and the prohibition of marrying women of the same clan are examples of cultural heritage in Karo customs that must be studied in order to determine the law whether the above traditions are in line with Islamic law or vice versa, namely contrary to Islamic law.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by a phenomenon that spiritual intelligence has not been paid much attention to by educators and parents because it prioritizes learning achievement in the form of good report cards or only intellectually. In addition to informal education from the family, formal education by educators or teachers also has a role in increasing students' spiritual intelligence. As a PAI teacher who has a role as a motivator, it is expected to increase students' spiritual intelligence. This study aims to determine the role of the teacher as a motivator in increasing spiritual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and the influence of the teacher's role as a motivator to increase the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were all 230 students at MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. From the population set a sample of 20% of the population, namely 46 students using random sampling technique. Research data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and correlational analysis techniques using the r Product Moment Correlation formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that: The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the spiritual intelligence of MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa students, Deli Serdang Regency belongs to category A (very good) with an average value of 80.13. The spiritual intelligence of MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa students, Deli Serdang Regency, belongs to category A (very good) with an average score of 80.60. The influence of the teacher's role as a motivator on increasing the spiritual intelligence of MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa students, Deli Serdang Regency, based on the results of the correlation test, was significant at the 95% confidence level, obtained rxy rtable (0.959 0.291) categorized as high relationship. This means that the influence of the teacher's role as a motivator to increase the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency, is 92% and shows that only 8% of students' spiritual intelligence is influenced by other factors.
