Abstract

This study discusses the traditional marriage of the Ndeskati community associated with the Compilation of Islamic Law. There are two main issues that will be discussed in this study: first, how is the implementation of traditional marriages for the people of Ndeskati Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency, and secondly, how far is the influence of the Compilation of Islamic Law on the implementation of marriages in Ndeskati Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of traditional marriages for the people of Ndeskati Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency, and to determine the effect of the Compilation of Islamic Law on the implementation of marriages in Ndeskati Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency. In this study the authors used field research (Field Research) with a descriptive qualitative approach. The instruments used in this study were the researchers themselves using assistive devices in the form of pens, books, cameras, voice recorders and interviews. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. The results of the study show that firstly the Ndeskati Village Community of Karo Regency views marriage as a very important thing so that a man and a woman can live together so that the resulting child has a legal status in the community; secondly, the Compilation of Islamic Law (Inpres No.l. / 1991), does not provide a detailed explanation of the technical implementation of marriage, so it is adat that can complete it so that Law No.1 of 1974 and RI Presidential Decree No.1 of 1991 have an influence on the implementation of customary marriages in the people of Ndeskati Village, Karo Regency, so that almost all of them synergize and implement the Compilation of Islamic Law in the case of indigenous peoples' marriages in Ndeskati Village. It turns out that the traditional marriage of the Ndeskati people does not violate the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah, pertama, mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak di MTs YPK Sidomulyo Kecamatan Medang Deras Kabupaten Batubara. Untuk mengetahui apakah implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak dapat membentuk karakter siswa di MTs YPK Sidomulyo Kecamatan Medang Deras Kabupaten Batubara. Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak dalam membentuk karakter siswa MTs YPK Sidomulyo Kecamatan Medang Deras Kabupaten Batubara. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dengan informan kepala sekolah dan guru akidah akhlak. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak di MTs YPK Sidomulyo Kecamatan Medang Deras Kabupaten Batubara dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu melalui proses belajar-mengajar di kelas, melalui peneladanan dari guru dan melalui nasehat oleh guru akidah akhlak serta melalui hukuman kepada siswa yang melanggar peraturan. Implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak dapat membentuk karakter siswa di MTs YPK Sidomulyo Kecamatan Medang Deras Kabupaten Batubara. Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak dalam membentuk karakter siswa MTs YPK Sidomulyo adalah faktor dari dalam yaitu faktor usia siswa yang masih labil sehingga masih mudah terpengaruh dan berubah terhadap karakter dari yang diajarkan oleh guru. Faktor dari luar adalah adanya pengaruh dari luar diri siswa yaitu pengaruh teman dan pengaruh media sosial.

Abstract

In accordance with the conditions at SMP Negeri 1 Lawe, Aceh Tenggara District, it shows that teachers have professional competence, this is indicated by the ability of teachers to master material in teaching broadly and deeply, teach according to the curriculum, be able to relate subject matter to others, and are able to apply in everyday life. The existence of this professional competence is inseparable from the supervision coaching carried out for teachers, but to be clearer about increasing the professional competence of teachers through supervision guidance, a deeper study will be carried out through research. Based on the aforementioned background, it becomes the rationale for the author so that he sets the title: Increasing the Professional Competence of Islamic Religion Teachers through Education Supervision Development at SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Southeast Aceh Regency. The problem in this study is how to increase the professional competence of Islamic religious teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Southeast Aceh Regency. How is the supervision of Islamic religious teacher education at SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Southeast Aceh Regency through supervision guidance. What are the obstacles that have been experienced in increasing the prefunctional competence of Islamic religious teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Southeast Aceh Regency. This study is a qualitative study using interview data collection techniques for school principal informants, Islamic religious teachers. As for the results of this study, there is an increase in the professional competence of Islamic religious teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Lawe Alas District, Southeast Aceh Regency, this is marked by a broad and deep mastery of material which includes curriculum development, making syllabus and lesson plans, advancing learning methods, ability utilize technology, use concepts and learning units. There is an increase in the professional competence of Islamic religious teachers due to supervision guidance. Educational supervision is carried out through class visits, individual talks with the principal, group discussions, teaching demonstrations, class visits between teachers, curriculum development, attending workshops and conducting field research. The obstacles experienced in increasing teacher competence through educational supervision are the issue of implementation time which is sometimes inappropriate and the budget needed, especially in conducting field research as a requirement for teacher certification as an increase in teacher professional competence.

Abstract

The value of students' moral aqidah lessons is still relatively low at MTs Ta'dib Al-Muallimin Al-Islamy, the low values of moral aqidah lessons in general are on average 6-7 and only a few have 8 learning scores. the learning method applied by the aqidah moral teacher, because the learning method applied so far still seems conventional or the lecture method, question and answer and assignment. Therefore it is considered important to use the tutorial method. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of the tutorial method in the student learning process on the subjects of aqidah morality. This study aims to determine the learning value of Aqidah Morals subjects at MTs Ta'dib Al-Muallimin Al-Islamy and to determine the effect of using the tutorial method on increasing student learning scores in Aqidah Morals subjects at MTs Ta'dib Al-Muallimin Al-Islamy. This research method is quantitative with a sample size of 30 people. This research method used quantitative method by setting a sample of 30 people. The results of this study indicate that the use of the tutorial method in learning morals for students in class VIII MTs Ta'dib Al-Muallimin Al-Islamy Year 2021-2022 is implemented well, this can be seen from the implementation of the tutorial model learning accepted and liked by students, namely the system teacher's guidance. The learning scores of class VIII MTs Ta'dib Al-Muallimin Al-Islamy based on the test given after being taught the tutorial method learning model with an average value of 10.16, while the standard deviation of 8.60 and the price variance 2.93. there is a difference between the tutorial method and the conventional model on the value of learning moral aqidah education in class VIII MTs Ta'dib Al-Muallimin Al-Islmy with a comparison that the tutorial method is higher than the conventional method. 1,667. This means that accept Ha or reject Ho, which means the average learning value of students who are taught with the tutorial learning model is higher than the average learning outcome of students who are taught using conventional learning strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas efektivitas pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an dengan sistem dalam jaringan (daring) yang dilakukan di Ma’had Tahfiz Imam Ahmad Abi Abdillah Tanjung Morawa. Metode pengumpulan data yakni wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan tiga alur kegiatan bersamaan yaitu: pengumpulan data sekaligus reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan (verify). Hasil penelian menunjukkan pembelajaran daring di Ma’had Imam Ahmad Abi Abdillah Tanjung Morawa belum berjalan efektif.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of Grade VII students of Thaharah subject Fiqh are still low. This happens because the delivery of subject matter by the teacher is dominated by the use of lecture methods and less linking the subject matter with the real world, so students are less active in learning. To achieve optimal results, teachers need to use learning methods that can help students associate subject matter with students' daily lives, so learning becomes more meaningful. The method is learning together. This study uses a class action research design which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 36 students of grade VII of MTs Muallimin Univa Medan. Data collection techniques are done through tests and non-tests (observation and documentation). Indicators of success in this study are the average grade of ≥ 75 and the percentage of classical learning completion 75%, and student involvement in learning activities ≥ 75%. Research shows an increase in student learning outcomes, student learning activities from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes reached 70.69 and the percentage of classical learning completion 69.44%, while in the second cycle the average learning outcome was 81.39 and the percentage of classical learning completion was 86.11%. The involvement of students in learning cycle I was 71.76% and cycle II became 78.40%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the learning together learning method can improve the activities and student learning outcomes in learning the Fiqh of Thaharah material in class VII MTs Muallimin Univa Medan. Therefore, teachers can use the learning together method as an alternative learning approach to improve the quality of learning in school

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep ta‟dib dalam konsep pendidikan Islam menurut Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, dan untuk mengetahui apakah konsep ta‟dib Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas sesuai dengan yang diterapkan di SMP Perguruan Islam Amalia Kecamatan Denai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan: 1). Konsep ta‟dib menururt Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas yaitu mencakup ilmu dan amal dalam pendidikan serta adanya praktik untuk menjamin ilmu dapat dipergunakan dengan baik dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Istilah ta‟dib ini tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga meliputi pendidikan spiritual, moral, dan sosial. Syed Muhammad Naquib juga menghendaki agar pendidikan Islam mampu mewujudkan insan kamil yang bercirikan universalis dalam wawasan dan otoritatif dalam ilmu pengetahuan, dengan kata lain manusia yang mencerminkan pribadi Nabi SAW. 2). Penerapan konsep ta‟dib di SMP Perguruan Islam Amalia Kecamatan Denai sudah dimulai sejak siswa mulai bersekolah di sana, selain itu konsep adab yang diterapkan sudah sesuai dengan konsep adab (ta‟dib) menurut Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang diterapkan seperti dilarang ribut dan menyela penjelasan guru saat proses mengajar, wajib bertutur kata yang baik dan sopan kepada siapapun, konsep adab ini dilakukan agar sejalan dengan tujuan dari SMP Islam tersebut dengan harapan dapat menciptakan generasi penerus yang paham akan ilmu agama, ilmu dunia (ilmu pasti), yang dilengkapi dengan adab yang baik.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were: to find out how the students' enthusiasm for learning was at the Islamic Education Foundation MTs (YASPI) in Medan Labuhan District before and after the reward strategy was applied and to find out the form of the reward strategy carried out by the teacher for the students of the Islamic Education Foundation MTs (YASPI) Medan Labuhan District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population studied were all students of class VIII, totaling 104 students. From this population, 36 students were assigned as samples by random sampling. The data collection tools used are questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique uses frequency distribution data analysis according to the relative frequency formula (percentage number). The results showed that the learning enthusiasm of the students of MTs Islamic Education Foundation (YASPI) Medan Labuhan District before the reward strategy was applied was categorized as adequate with an average value of 77.55. The form of reward strategies carried out by teachers for students of MTs Islamic Education Foundation (YASPI) Medan Labuhan District, among others; First, thank you, praise, thumbs up and plus points. The reward is given to students when they finish doing the task. Second, awards. The reward is given to students who get the best grades or students who excel among their friends and the provision of scholarships and other assistance to students who excel. The scholarship is obtained from the school's annual budget plan. The learning enthusiasm of the students of MTs Islamic Education Foundation (YASPI) Medan Labuhan Subdistrict after the reward strategy was applied was categorized as good with an average score of 79.32.

Abstract

Imam Al-Mawardi is an Islamic thinker who lived during the heyday of Islamic civilization. This is evidenced by his work, namely the book Ad-Dunya Wa Ad-din. The book describes his concepts and views on moral education. This study aims to find out how the concept of moral education according to Imam Al-Mawardi in the Book Ad-Dunya wa ad-Din, what are included in the moral aspects according to Imam Al-Mawardi in the Book Ad-Dunya wa ad-Din, and how is the relevance of Imam Al-Mawardi's concept of moral education to the current concept of education. In conducting this research, researchers used deductive qualitative research methods. While the method used to collect data is through the essays of Imam Al-Mawardi which are documented in his masterpiece, namely the book Ad-Dunya wa Ad-Din. To analyze the data, the researcher uses a qualitative deductive analysis technique, namely to describe the existing data to describe the reality described in his book according to the actual phenomenon. The results of the study show that the concept of moral education according to Imam Al-Mawardi in the Book of Ad-Dunya wa ad-Din is divided into two parts, namely: 1) Moral education through a process of imitation and habituation, namely moral education taken through a predetermined pilot or imitation process the method is by ethicists (akhlak) and is based on the opinions of scientists, 2) Moral education is through a process of training and awareness, that is, something that is created is formed by a situation that cannot be refuted by reason and experts cannot debate the pros and cons of these rules, because the reason is logical and the truth is clear because it is supported by evidence.

Abstract

Gambaran umum tentang pandangan masyarakat etika dan akhlak adalah bagaimana pendapat masyarakat mengenai etika dan akhlak pada anak di usia remaja yang berada di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues apa saja dampak negative dari kurang nya penerapan etika dan akhlak pada anak di usia remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Agar lebih mengetahui bagaimana  pendapat masyarakat blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues tentang etika dan akhlak pada anak di usia remaja  yang berada di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan. Agar mengetahui dampak negative dari kurang nya penerapan etika dan akhlak pada pandanfan masyarakat tetang etika dan akhlak anak di usia remaja di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan. Metode penelitian adalah Sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, maka digunakan metode eksperimen teknik analisis kuantitatif. Metode eskperimen adalah suatu metode penelitian yang menekankan kepada pengendalian atau pengontrolan atas objek yang diamatinya dan tujuannya adalah untuk mendemontrasikan adanya jalinan sebab akibat antarvariabel dependen dengan variabel independen. Teknik analisis kuantitatif adalah suatu cara mengolah data dalam bentuk mancari informasi dari kepala desa penampaan kecamatan blangkejeren dan Tokoh adat . Dalam disain eksperimen terdapat kelompok yang disebut kelompok eksperimen. Kesimpulan adalah hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan kesadaran bagi remaja di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan.dan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi remaja di kecamatan blangkejeren kabupaten gayo lues di desa penampaan, serta membantu kepala desa membina para remaja supaya memiliki Etika  Dan Akhlak  Pada  Remaja Di Desa Penampaan Kecamatan Blang Kejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues.
