Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. The journal contains original research articles based on literature and/or empirical research in the fields of Law, Education, and Society particularly, but not limited to, six main topics, namely (1) Islamic Law and Legislation, (2) Islamic Law in Classical and Modern Social Life, (3) Islamic Education Philosophy, Curriculum, and Methodology, (4) Islamic Education Management, Policy, and Innovation, (5) Islamic Sociology and anthropology, (6) Islamic Community Empowerment. The journal encourages articles that take a multidisciplinary approach to these topics. Abstract

This paper focuses on the description of the views of Iddah (mourning) of women who have been killed by those accounted for in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) about the period of mourning with women (wives) who lived in the past, explained in article 170, Chapter XIX , Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), first a wife who lives dead by her husband, is obliged to carry out a period of mourning during the iddah period as a substitute for grieving and at the same time resulting in slander. Both husband who lived in death by his wife, doing a period of mourning according to propriety.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pembentukan sikap tawadhu’ di MTs Darul Ilmi Batang Kuis serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapannya. Sikap tawadhu’ dianggap sebagai bagian penting dalam pendidikan karakter, khususnya dalam membentuk akhlak siswa yang santun dan menghormati sesama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam membentuk sikap tawadhu’. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan sikap tawadhu’ di MTs Darul Ilmi Batang Kuis telah berjalan dengan baik melalui berbagai upaya, seperti pembiasaan berbicara santun, menghargai pendapat, patuh terhadap guru, serta interaksi sosial yang mencerminkan sikap rendah hati. Faktor pendukung utama dalam pembentukan sikap tawadhu’ meliputi adanya bimbingan dari guru, dukungan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta pengaruh positif dari keluarga. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan pengawasan terhadap perilaku siswa di luar sekolah serta pengaruh lingkungan yang kurang mendukung.

Abstract

Pre-wedding photos have become an inseparable part of one's wedding tradition. Pre-wedding photos are photos taken before the wedding ceremony. The purpose of pre-wedding photographers doing pre-wedding photos is to follow trends and as personal documentation. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the type of field research. The location of this research was carried out in Tanjung Baru Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research subjects in this study were community leaders, religious leaders and pre-wedding photo takers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Pre-wedding photos taken by the people of Tanjung Baru Village were carried out before the marriage contract. Pre-wedding photos taken before the contract clearly violate Islamic law, such as ikhtilath (a mixture of men and women), khalwat (in taking photos together) and some even reveal their genitals (kasyiful aurot). Therefore, based on Islamic Shari'ah and ijtihad, scholars in Indonesia argue that the implementation of pre-wedding photos before the qabul consent is forbidden

Abstract

The research objectives are; First, to determine student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs. Second, to determine student compliance with regulations. Third, to determine the correlation between student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs and compliance with regulations at the Haji Datuk Abdullah Tanjung Morawa Private Madrasah Aliyah school. This type of research is quantitative, data collection techniques are carried out using observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results of the research show that student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs with the highest score is 95 and the lowest is 75. Calculation of the average student achievement in the subject of moral beliefs shows that the score is 81, including in the medium category which is located in the interval 81-85. From the results of calculating the average compliance with school regulations, it is known that the value is 74.16, namely in the interval 71-76 and is included in the medium category. According to calculations using the product moment correlation formula, namely the calculated r value = 0.509 and the r table value at a significant level of 5% from the r table distribution table, and the formula for the r table (df=n-2) df=36-2=34 then, rtable of 34 is 0.339. Because r countr table, the results are significant. This means that the hypothesis which states that "there is a correlation between student achievement in the Aqidah Akhlak subject and compliance with regulations at the Haji Datuk Abdullah Tanjung Morawa Private Madrasah Aliyah School for the 2022/2023 academic year" is accepted as true.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pendidikan agama Islam menurut Ibnu Khaldun serta relevansinya terhadap sistem pendidikan modern. Ibnu Khaldun menekankan bahwa pendidikan tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek keagamaan, tetapi juga mencakup ilmu-ilmu duniawi yang berkontribusi pada pembentukan akhlak, perilaku, dan karakter peserta didik. Pendidikan, menurutnya, harus berorientasi pada keseimbangan antara ilmu-ilmu syari’at dan ilmu rasional, yang pada akhirnya bertujuan menciptakan individu yang memiliki moralitas tinggi dan kesiapan dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan dengan pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun serta teori pendidikan Islam dalam konteks modern. Analisis dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun masih memiliki relevansi dalam sistem pendidikan modern. Pertama, konsep pendidikannya sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Islam yang telah diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan saat ini. Kedua, gagasannya tetap relevan untuk diaktualisasikan dalam pendidikan Islam modern, terutama dalam membangun harmoni antara ilmu agama dan ilmu duniawi. Pendidikan tidak boleh terfragmentasi, tetapi harus menyatu dalam satu sistem yang saling mendukung dalam pembentukan manusia yang unggul secara intelektual dan moral.

Abstract

In line with the development of science and technology (IPTEK), especially in the field of education, the use of learning aids or media has become more extensive and interactive, such as the projector infocus media, computers and the internet. The teacher's habit of teaching with the same teaching method, such as the lecture method, the question and answer method, the assignment method, etc. and using media tools that only come from textbooks and student worksheets (student worksheets) is the background for this research. The learning objectives of Jurisprudence will be easier to achieve if the teacher adds variations in the teaching and learning process using teaching methods combined with using learning media such as video-based audio-visual media. This research is a qualitative research, with documentation and interviews with information participants from the Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan Private Madrasah which collected information and documentation that has been collected and from that conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study indicate that video-based learning media is a learning medium that converts an idea or subject matter ideas into an image and sound display whose recording and viewing process involves certain technologies. With the existence of video-based learning media, it makes it easier for teachers to distribute the contents of Hajj pilgrimage material to students and makes it easier for students to understand the contents of the Hajj pilgrimage material. With the existence of video-based learning media can also generate enthusiasm for student learning, learning is not boring and can increase motivation, interest and achievement of student learning outcomes. In addition, it creates affective, cognitive and psychomotor abilities of students after gaining experience in learning Jurisprudence with the theme of iabadah haji using video-based learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what forms of practice of moral values are in the Thawalib Mosque Youth, Sisingamangaraja Street, Medan City District, the practice of moral values for the Thawalib Mosque Youth at Sisingamangaraja Street, Medan City District, and the form of the practice of moral values affects the practice of values. The morality of the youth of the Thawalib Mosque, Sisingamangaraja Street, Medan City District. The population in this study are all teenagers who are members of the Thawalib Mosque Youth organization whose activities are centered at the Thawalib Mosque Jalan SM. The king of Medan Kota sub-district was 46 people. The sample in this study used the entire population (total sampling) as many as 46 mosque youths. The research data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and correlational analysis techniques using the r Product Moment Correlation formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that: 1) The form of the practice of moral values in the youth of the Thawalib Mosque is to open recitations three times a week whose implementation is centered at the Thawalib Mosque by inviting the Ustad/Ustadzah to give lectures/tausiah. The form of moral practice values is classified into the good category with an average value of 3.20. The forms of practicing these moral values are: Patience and resistance to disturbances, namely refraining from what is hated with pleasure and willingness, putting your trust in Allah SWT in all things, namely doing and hoping with a calm heart. Loving and doing good, Loving and loving yourself, family, other people and creatures. Likes and manifests the truth, which is true in speech, daily interactions, ideals or desires, in promises and in appearance. Tawadhu, namely being humble, not arrogant and not feeling the greatest. Sincere. Diligent, neat, active, polite and istiqamah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Pertama, mengetahui bagaimana kaitan kualitas mengajar guru pendidikan agama Islam terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Kedua, mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam mengajar. Ketiga, mengetahui Metode belajar apa yang digunakan guru pendidikan agama Islam untuk membuat siswa berminat belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, lokasi dan objek penelitian bertempat di MTs. Nurussholih Kecamatan Medan Polonia yag terletak di Jalan Cempaka No. 20 Karang Sari Medan Kecamatan Medan polonia. Fokus penelitian yaitu upaya peningkatan kualitas guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam proses belajar mengajar, teknik penarikan menggunakan random sampling, instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan catatan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni kepustakaan meliputi kutipan langsung dan tidak langsung serta lapangan meliputi observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian MTs. Nurussolih berdiri pada tahun 2004 yang awalnya berbentuk Taman Kanak-Kanak. Lalu, berkembang juga di bidang home schooling.Setelah empat tahun berjalan, mulai ada bantuan dana yang diberikan oleh Cemara Asri sehingga MTs. Nurussholih bisa lebih berkembang. Saat ini, jumlah kurang lebih berada di angka 180 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa kelas VII. VIII, dan IX. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dimulai dari perencanaan, pemilihan metode pembelajaran, sarana prasarana, evaluasi, dan keterampilan.

Abstract

Application of Think Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Models in Fiqh Subjects in Class IX MTs Lab. IKIP Al Washliyah Medan went as expected. Based on the percentage of completeness after each student is implemented pesra students get results with an average value of 82.1% of the teacher's role in fiqh learning in the Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning model (TPS). Before teaching in advance the teacher makes a lesson plan so that the learning process is achieved, explains the instructional objectives, reminds students of learning competencies, provides motivation to students, provides material, presents steps in the TPS model, provides suggestions and conclusions on learning material. Supporting factors: the policy of the principal itself, openness of students, supporting instruments, namely the completeness of school facilities and infrastructure. Inhibiting factors: the diversity and diversity of student characters, the handling will also vary according to the child's condition.
