Abstract

Class VIII students of MTs Babussalam so far, learning is still carried out with the conventional approach of learning through explanations and namely question and answer, this does not create critical, creative and scientific students, so that students are more qualified, learning with a scientific approach needs to be applied, in that the writer wants to apply and indicators of whether the scientific approach can form quality students, or whether the scientific approach can affect the quality of student learning so that with the scientific approach students are better able to reason, understand and analyze problems in learning. This is the rationale for the author to conduct deeper research. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the learning quality of class VIII students of MTs Babussalam Batu Karang, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency. how is the scientific approach in the teaching and learning process carried out in class VIII MTs Babussalam Batu Karang, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency. Is there an effect of scientific learning on the learning quality of class VIII students of MTs Babussalam Batu Karang, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency. Based on the results of the research, the learning quality of class VIII students at MTs Babussalam Batu Karang, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency has a good learning quality, this can be seen from the students' ability to take part in the teaching and learning process with a scientific approach. Science in the teaching and learning process carried out in class VIII MTs Babussalam Batu Karang, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency is through a scientific approach, a thinking power development approach, approaches and hypotheses and the ability to present problems and finally the ability to draw conclusions on existing problems. The effect of scientific learning on the learning quality of class VIII students of MTs Babussalam Batu Karang, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency, because with a scientific approach it can improve critical thinking skills, scientific thinking, problem analysis and identification skills, data and the ability to take resources owned by students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the use of the school environment as a source of Fiqh learning in improving Fiqh learning outcomes for Hajj and Umrah materials, what factors were supporting and inhibiting the use of the school environment as a source of Fiqh learning in improving students' Fiqh learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of class VIII MTs Al-Jamiyatul Washliyah Jalan Ismailiyah Number 82 Medan, totaling 108 students. The sample was selected using a purposive sample technique (purposed sample), namely 40 students in class VIII.1. Data collection techniques were carried out through non-test, namely questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the use of the school environment as a source of Fiqh learning included the use of mosques, libraries, internet, computer laboratories, and tools. All of these learning resources are used optimally by teachers and students with careful planning and strong motivation to use them, so the Fiqh learning resources on the MTs Al-Jamiyatul Washliyah Medan page contribute to improving student learning outcomes, especially on Hajj and Umrah materials. supporters of the use of the school yard as a source of fiqh learning include: motivation from teachers, student attention, parental attention, and the availability of supportive learning resources, while inhibiting factors include: lack of student motivation, limited media or available tools, and lack of funds. student learning increases after teachers and students utilize the school yard as a learning resource to the fullest. This is evidenced by the increasing results of students' daily tests on the material for Hajj and Umrah before utilizing learning resources and after utilizing learning resources.

Abstract

Although the distribution of inheritance has been arranged by Allah SWT, but there are still disputes between humans in terms of dividing inheritance as happened in the Muslim community in Bangai Village, Torgamba District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, even though the distribution has been arranged, but disputes often occur. Field data on the distribution of inheritance of Muslim communities in Bangai Village, Torgamba District was collected through research, to find out about the distribution of inheritance to Angkola girls in Bangai Village, Torgamba District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency. knowledge assisted with library data relating to this reason to obtain relevant results. After it is successful, it is collected, grouped and analyzed. Based on the analysis of these data, it was found that there are a variety of laws that apply to the Muslim community in Bangai Village, Torgamba District. So that Islamic inheritance law cannot be applied purely to the Muslim community of Bangai Village. The applicable inheritance law is Angkola's customary inheritance law which is carried out by dividing the assets to only boys and not getting girls. This is certainly not in line with Islamic inheritance law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan guru kelas dalam pembentukan karakter nilai dan moral siswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian regresi yang berdasarkan data diperoleh dan data yang yang telah diperhitungkan dari hasil penyebaran angket terdapat beberapa hasil diantaranya: Uji t (t-test)hasil perhitungan ini dibandingkan dengan t tabel dengan menggunakan tingkat kesalahan 0,05 (5 %), diperoleh nilai t hitung variabel aspek kognitif sebesar -3.846. Kemudian, t tabel menggunakan df n-2 dengan n adalah jumlah populasi, sehungga hasilnya yaitu 32 -2 = 30 dan dapat diperoleh T tabel 1.67655. Jadi diperoleh Thitung ,Ttabel atau -3.846 167655 maka dapat diartikan bahwa H0 diterima. Artinya, Terdapat peran guru SKI (X) terhadap pembentukan karakter nilai dan moral (Y). Selanjutnya diperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel yaitu 14.794 2,07 (F tabel didapat dari F (k;n-k)= F (1;32) = 2,07) dan dengan tingkat signifikan dibawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Berdasarkan cara pengambilan keputusan uji simultan bahwa variabel peran guru (X) signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter nilai dan moral siswa (Y). Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) seberapa 0,338 berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebesar 33,8 % pembentukan karakter nilai dan moral siswa ditentukan oleh peran guru.

Abstract

Learning strategies are used in a series of learning systems that play a very important role in its success. This research is motivated by the variations in the use of learning methods that are carried out by Arabic language teachers at MTs Swasta Fajrul Iman Patumbak to deliver Arabic learning materials to students, so that students are able to master competencies in accordance with existing learning objectives. Where it is known that in learning Arabic students must be able to master four skills. Listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills and writing skills. Of course, here the teacher must master and use methods that are in accordance with the learning material. The type of research that the author does is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are the teacher's Arabic vocabulary learning strategy using grammar translation strategies (Tariqah al-Qawa'id wa al-Tarjamah), direct strategies (al-Tariqah al-Mubasyarah), reading strategies (Tariqah al-qira'ah ), and Audio-Lingual strategy (al-Tariqah al-Sam'iyyah wa al-Syafawiyyah). The obstacles faced by students and teachers during the process of learning Arabic vocabulary include the obstacles faced by teachers are the lack of interest of students in learning Arabic, the weakness of students' learning enthusiasm due to lack of desire to learn Arabic vocabulary, and students do not understand the meaning of the importance of learning Arabic vocabulary, and the lack of Arabic practice. While the obstacles faced by students include lack of mastery of Arabic vocabulary so that it is difficult to pronounce Arabic, difficulty in memorizing Arabic texts and difficulty in compiling sentences using Arabic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the concept of Imam Al-Ghazali regarding educational leadership, to know the concept of Imam Al-Ghazali regarding the characteristics of educational leadership. know Imam Al-Ghazali's concept regarding educational methods and know Imam Al-Ghazali's concept regarding educational goals. In this study, the authors used a descriptive research method of literature, namely trying to examine and analyze the object of study using reference literature, both primary and secondary. After that, the researcher carried out categorization and analysis. The results of the study concluded as follows: 1) The division of knowledge of educational leadership according to Imam according to Imam al-Ghazali there are two, namely a) muamalah science includes the science of fardu ain. The science of fardu ain is a science that must be learned including the science of monotheism, divinity, and others. While fardu kifayah science is divided into three parts; commendable knowledge (sharia and general), knowledge that is obligatory, and knowledge that is despicable. b) Mukasyafah science, namely knowledge obtained through inspiration, 2) The concept of educational leadership according to Imam al-Ghazali includes: a) Imam al-Ghazali's views on students and educational goals, b) Imam al-Ghazali's views on teachers and children's education, c ) Views of Imam al-Ghazali regarding the Goals of Knowledge, d) Views of Imam al-Ghazali regarding the classification of the importance of knowledge: First, the Qur'an, religious sciences, fiqh sunnah and interpretation. The second is the sciences of language, nahwu science, tajwid. Third, knowledge that is included in the obligatory kifayah category, namely medicine, arithmetic, skills including political science. Fourth, namely cultural sciences such as poetry, history, philosophy, mathematics, logic.

Abstract

Kecerdasan spiritual itu sendiri melahirkan kemampuan untuk menemukan makna hidup, serta memperhalus budi pekerti, juga terwujudnya hati yang tentram. Dengan kecerdasan spiritual, setiap individu akan memiliki visi dalam kehidupannya, artinya setiap individu akan mengetahui apa yang benar-benar memotivasi dirinya. Visi ini sebenarnya bertujuan untuk membentuk korelasi dengan sang Pencipta atau Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Sehingga setiap individu akan merasakan keterkaitannya antara dirinya dengan Allah sehingga menciptakan keyakinan bahwa Allah adalah Maha segalanya. Korelasi tersebut tidak hanya berhenti kepada Tuhan melainkan juga kepada manusia atau sesama. Abstract

Marriage in LGBT against nature has been against the nature of human life that strives to establish inner and biological bonds between the opposite sex, namely between men and women. A positive legal review emphasizes the Marriage Law stating that marriage is built on the basis of the marriage law that regulates marriage as an inner bond between men and women for women, households and families, and helps to uphold religion and use customs. In addition, the human rights perspective also provides guarantees for families related to marriage institutions through their harmless relationships in social life such as transmitting sexually transmitted diseases. While discussing Islamic law clearly and severely linking similar marriages are classified as haram, this is considered to be no longer in accordance with the syar 'argument, this is related to texts in the Qur'an and Hadith as the basis of Islamic law. Therefore, efforts should be made to oppose LGBT relations in order to avoid ignorance and even challenge challenges. One effort that can be done is to criticize and actualize religious interpretations (interpreting the story of Lut and the concept of marriage) which does not favor the LGBT people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kreativitas guru tahfidz dalam memotivasi siswa kelas VII SMP IT Al-Munadi Medan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah strategi yang digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan semangat dan kualitas hafalan siswa serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (field research). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru tahfidz, kepala sekolah, dan siswa, serta dokumentasi. Sementara itu, data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru tahfidz dalam memotivasi siswa mencakup pemberian nasihat, penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif seperti permainan estafet ayat dan tebak surah, serta penggunaan media pembelajaran sederhana. Selain itu, sistem reward dan punishment juga berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Faktor penghambat dalam proses ini meliputi keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, serta rendahnya motivasi internal siswa. Namun, faktor pendukung seperti pelatihan tahsin bagi guru dan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif turut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program tahfidz.
